This was an internet sale. Patrick was awesome, either had an answer or got an answer to every question I had. Patrick even made me a video of the vehicle, going through it completely. Crazy day flying, arrived at 7p when I was scheduled for 11a. All paperwork ready to go! John in finance was on it as well; very professional and played no games with the numerous items most dealers pressure you to buy. Very impressed with this dealership.

Ivan (sales) and Shahrukh (manager) were amazing. I was on a nationwide search for a unique F90 M5 spec. These folks came through with an amazing car.Being out of state, they made the entire process wildly easy. They sent a service to the house for me to do all the paperwork and then had it delivered to my driveway.Thank you for making this memorable, special, FUN, and most of all easy.Now it s time for bangs and pops in Sport Plus mode!

My buying experience with Gwinnett Place BMW was exceptional! My Sales Advisor, Baye Lo, was knowledgeable, patient and responsive. My Finance Manager, Jin Chong, was also amazing informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed by anyone. I ve purchased several cars over the years from various dealerships; this was one of my best buying experiences. I would certainly recommend doing business with them.

I don t know who s writing these reviews but it seems like it s more on the sales side and not so the service. I think it s a thing in Atlanta. After leaving one dealership in hope of a better one I decided to go to BMW Gwinnett place for service. The best part are the guys at the front who greets you. First time I went there to get a coolant top off and also set up service. This guy at the drop off line was super nice and helpful. He topped me off and walked me to go speak with a service advisor to make the service appointment. The service advisor with no clients, gave me a number instead to call. When I walked outside the same young man at the drop off line saw me and asked and I told him they gave me a number to call. The look on his face was like, WHAT. He had to walk inside to speak to the manager about it then they set up the appointment. When I got there for my service I was given a $6000 projected work order. Granted that one of the issues they found was an issue I have been complaining about from the old dealership and they keep telling me it s normal. I bought the car from Gwinnette BMW with that same issue but because the car had warranty on it I felt the interest to replace was at a low percent until it came off warranty. They told me one price and when I called in schedule service the price was drastically higher. Third issue is they serviced my brakes and 2 front tires. For some reason my wheel lock wasn t in the car. Once again that same young man at the car drop off greeted me. Super nice man. They gave me a replacement but later found out that the wheel nut itself was rounded so it ended up damaging the wheel lock. (Reason why the lock wasn t returned to my car). I took it back and they told me $500 to replace the wheel lock when they are the ones who damaged it in the first place. At this point I don t know what to think considering I have plans to upgrade my car.

Best experience I have heard dealing with any sales personnel. Tony, Mike Miller and Shah from finance team were of impeccable character and provide me with the highest level of experience you will ever get from any individual.I arrived at the dealership at 9am (with my appointment planned for 6pm instead). They attended to me with no wait time and my needs were heard in terms of how much I was anticipating to finance and also out of pocket. The sales personnel (Tony) helped me with integrity and honesty, explaining to me what my options were while thoroughly going through every single line items in each documents I had to sign.I was then sat with Shah from finance and the service was equally the same. It felt like they had planned to give me this service from the onset because it was unreal. I also had to drive my car home and come back to pick my new vehicle and they also called in an uber to pick me up from my home address.At the end, I was sitting in my new experience (my vehicle) with Brian from the electronics team to show me how to use the features in the vehicle.I strongly recommend any individual out there to go into the Penske BMW dealership in Gwinnett as I believe that they are highly trained with the utmost fundamentals of how to treat any customer no matter how you come in.Thank you Tony, Shah, Brian and Mike for the service. I guess that is why you pay BMW money for a all round experience.

Bought a 330i mid last year and they did not deliver 100%. The car was suppose to come with 2 sets of keys and an NFT card and only received 1 key with low battery. I tried contacting about this and 6 months later still have not had my problem resolved. Other than that, I love the car and the quick transaction.

I arrived at BMW of Gwinnett Place to look at and ask questions about the 2024 X3 xdrive. The host introduced me to Evan, client advisor, who was customer-attentive and well-informed about the X3 and who answered each question immediately based upon thorough knowledge of the model that he was showing me. When I askedfor a printed list of available X3 options, he had that info for me right away. I knew then that I had found a great advisor and was ready to proceed toward a purchase on 12/31/2023. He patiently explained each option with which I was not totally familiar, and we built the vehicle that I wanted for order, as one did not already exist. Evan kept me well informed about the date of beginning production, date my vehicle was completed and date delivered to the dealership. Evan and then sales manager, Corey, made this buying experience outstanding. I have been purchasing new vehicles from dealerships since 1971, and this experience ranks at the top. I was treated with respect and given support from Evan and Corey in sales and others in the business department. Afterthe actual purchase on 1/29/2024, Evan, Corey and a customer representative have called to check on my satisfaction and to answer any questions. I highly recommend BMW Gwinnett Place based upon my experience of a) being shown ultimate respect and support as a customer and b) given credibility as a woman shopping for a new vehicle that I knew what I wanted and working with me to bring that vehicle to reality.

My wife and I worked with Mike in the online sales department. He was awesome and responsive and we could not have worked with a better salesperson. When we went to see the vehicle, he had it parked right in front and ready to go. Mike in sales and the finance manager we worked with made the experience enjoyable and we could not have felt like we were in better hands throughout the whole process. This was a 5 star experience and I highly recommend considering this dealership for your next vehicle. You will not be disappointed!

One of the best buying experiences ive had. I look much younger than I am and dress pretty casual, so I get that look like im not a serious buyer. I came in with a 20% chance of buying a car. Just really wanted to experience a few. Then I met Alex, I felt no judgment from him, he took me out in the CSL. He is a true enthusiast, because as a car guy, most sales ppl do not know much other than what the brochure says. But he knew all the little details, that help me towards the car. An M car needs an enthusiast selling it. I was clear that I was not ready to buy now, but Alex still treated me like a buyer. He was taking the initiative to ask if I wanted to drive or look at this M etc. We just talked like friends and I felt super comfortable. He didn t treat me like a kid who was just there to drive all the cars. I left that day with an actual intent now to buy one. 2 days later here we are! I took delivery yesterday, Alex still replies to my messages about the car. If Alex had not shown me the car I would not have bought it. He made the process very easy. So thanks again, congrats on your first g80 sale, and ill be seeing you in the future for the f90 . **Goes to show, its 2024, times are different, money is different, I should not have to wear a suit to be taken as a serious buyer**

The experience keeps getting better ! Just picked up our 6th BMW & 3rd from BMW of Gwinnett and would be back when in the market for the next one.Everyone from Tanzir (Sales Manager ) to Rohan (Finance Lead) to Patrick ( Sales ) have been amazing.If you are looking for a great sales team who will take care of you without any pressure or cheap marketing- this is your team and dealership to go to! We live 45 minute away and have a BMW dealership in our city but we drive to them and recommend them to everyone in our family and friend circle.Cheers to another awesome experience!

They sold me a 202O Chevy Suburban and it s turned out to be a lemon. 4 months after getting the car transmission failed and It cost me $7,500. I am told they an inspection and it is clean. But as we all know transmission do not fail overnight. There are signs of failing transmission months before it fails. This is purely scam. i am scammed and please do not believe whatever they tell you about the car. Scammers!!!!!!!One of the managers posted this" Please know that I take your feedback seriously, and I would like to discuss your concerns regarding the state of your 2020 Chevrolet Suburban after purchase and the inspection done by our Service Team. Please send me an email with your preferred contact information to discuss this further" I did send him my contact number and he called. Guess what his response was, He said there is nothing he can do about it. At least admit you or your team knew about the car and sold it to me to get your commission. At least come up with good excuse. Funny thing he still tried to get my money by asking me about warranty. SMH!!!!!! I AM SCAMMED AND DO NOT BE SCAMMED ESPICALLY BY THE SELLS PEOPL OF THIS DEALER WHO WILL DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING TO GET A COMMISION!

Dealt with Preston on the sales team and shah in finance. Neither returned my calls or texts after turning in a finance app. Regardless of the situation, it s common decency to at least return messages. Ended up buying a brand new BMW with cash from elsewhere.Thanks for the great customer service!!UPDATE 12/23/24:Corey Chapman, the sales manager, promptly contacted me regarding my negative experience. He apologized for the lack of communication and figured out a way for me to cancel my deal and re-earn my business. I wanted to give him another opportunity, because I have family members and friends that have had amazing experiences with BMW of Gwinnett in the past.Corey was very responsive and worked diligently to get me into the exact vehicle I wanted at a great price. He was also very pleasant to speak with.THANK YOU SO MUCH for regaining my trust and getting me into a gorgeous brand new X4. You certainly turned my frown upside down. :)

Hands down I love this place. People be so quick to leave a bad review. But I had to come here and leave a good one. I had somewhat of an unfortunate experience. Only because my part was not there, and they did not have the man power to accommodate me further. However, after contacting Syed, and explaining to him the situation. He did everything he could to make things right. I had to come back, in which I live really far from this dealership. But I come to this one because I really love their professionalism. From check in to check out, they took excellent care of me. The outstanding service I received when I was able to make it back out there, reminded me of why I choose to drive to this location every time I get my car serviced. The wait is sometimes long but I m never disappointed. Thanks for always extending excellent customer service.

This was my first experience purchasing a BMW, but thanks to Ivan and BMW Gwinnett Place, it won t be the last. Funny thing is, I went to United before coming here and they acted like they didn t need my money. My experience here was the complete opposite - from the moment I walked in the door, Ivan took care of me and wanted to help me find something I loved. Yet I never felt pressured or that I was anything other than a valued present and future customer. They had even made a mistake in allowing me to test drive a car (the car I ended up getting) that had actually been reserved by another customer. It all worked out in the end, but they did everything they could in that moment to try to make it right. I was so appreciative of that. United doesn t need your money - I very highly recommend Gwinnett Place. I ll be back.
