I had an exceptional experience at Atlanta Toyota thanks to the outstanding service provided by their car salesman, Mr. Winston. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, he greeted me warmly and listened attentively to my needs. Not only was he knowledgeable about the vehicles, but he also went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect used car within my budget. His patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Winston to anyone in search of a new vehicle. He really went above and beyond. I m rebuilding my credit but really needed a reliable vehicle while doing so. I had previously gone to a buy here pay here and had a horrible experience. I wasn t sure if Toyota would be able to get a deal that would work for my pockets but they did! It did take most of the day but when Robert Shafer came back and said he got me approved, I burst into tears. The deal didn t break my pockets, my note is affordable and I love my used vehicle. I would definitely recommend Atlanta Toyota to anyone rebuilding their credit.

My experience here at Atlanta Toyota was nothing short of amazing. I went here because someone I knew got a vehicle that I wanted from this dealership over some of the others they went to nearby. James Baik was very professional, kind, and was open to my needs while also taking into account my circumstances. He was never forceful and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. When I brought my family in later for signing he was a joy to be around and made my family feel very welcomes in an environment that isn't normally suited for kids etc. While I'm certain some of the others sales people are probably just as professional I wouldn't recommend anyone over James. He'll have you set up in whatever ways you need. I'd show the family pictures he took for us afterward, but I'm kind of protective over my kids so here's the 4runner I bought instead.His boss Mister Mohammed Ahmed was also extremely helpful and lived up to all the kind words James spoke about him. The negotiation process buying my car was very fair and you could tell he genuinely cared about making this car buying experience a memorable one. He answered any questions I had and was willing to do everything within his power to make sure I had the chance to get what I wanted. He too was kind to my family and for that I'm forever grateful. This car buying experience definitely far exceeded what I got when I bought my charger 4 years ago. This is definitely a memory I hope to have more many years to come. If you do buy a vehicle here because of my review, I would definitely suggest letting James and Mohammed take care of you.

Emilia Jr, was absolutely the best! She heard what we needed as far as my husband and I, and my father also enjoyed how she took her time to make sure we got everything we needed before signing. Brought my mom vehicle for service without any appointment and Denny grab me and gave me all the details my mother vehicle needed from top priority to least! He didn t try to sell me anything or pressure me to buying additional services but explained to me the importance of each recommendation it had at that time! I did ended up getting additional services that I felt it needed for my mom vehicle but overall it was an outstanding experience working with Denny.

I had a great experience with Mr. Dustin Kim today as I went in for my regular service appointment! He was attentive to my concerns and promptly informed me after discovering a nail in each of my right tires. He generously and quickly had a patch placed on both tires, and only charged me for one. Thank you again, Mr. Kim!

First time buyer at Atlanta Toyota and really enjoyed the experience. First, we were looking for something specific and every other dealer had basically the same inventory. But Atlanta Toyota had a really fun and diverse selection of cars and we found exactly what we wanted. Uzair, our sales rep, immediately responded to our web inquiry and was great to deal with - pleasant and helpful, someone I enjoyed doing business with. We came in the next morning, drove the car, had a quick and painless financial discussion, met the customer service manager and drove off in 2 hours with the perfect car. Looking forward to a long relationship with Atlanta Toyota.

Great service, had an appointment for an oil change. They told me cit would be about an hour and I was prepared with my electronics to keep me entertained. Before I got comfortable and plug in my electronic device, I received a text saying my car was ready! Awesome fast service.

Toyota Atlanta, just another random Toyota dealer in metro Atlanta? I think not. We had the best experience possible, and all thanks to our Sales Rep Mahmoud, who's the most charismatic and the kindest wholehearted person I've probably ever met. We came here hoping to leave with a car, and Mahmoud made it possible. Props to Angel in the Finance department as well . Both guys were amazing and definitely deserve props. So if your hesitaing to get a car or don't where to go, put your car into drive and come to Toyota Atlanta, cause truly with their services and vehicles, you'll leave the dealer and say, "Lets go places".

I spent 6 months looking for a car I am a first time buyer and was hesitant about buying a car but decided to test my luck with Atlanta Toyota. I scheduled an appointment online and Tim Lee assisted me the next day. Right away he greeted me with a friendly demeanor and made the car buying process smooth! He was very friendly, flexible, and very understanding. Right off the bat he showed me the car and took the time to explain all the features during our test drive and warranties. I never felt judged whenever I asked a question and all questions were answered. I left the same day with a car. I highly recommend people ask for Tim Lee. Great experience today purchasing my new Corolla SE! Joseph Watkins is an amazing sales associate who took his time to help me pick out the best car in my price range and I left super happy with my cute vehicle! I was nervous cause my credit isn t the best, but he reassured me that I would leave in a car I loved and he was definitely right! Thank you so much Joseph for your patience and professionalism! I ll definitely be bringing my car back for service in the future. This Toyota fixed a major issue that stone mtn Toyota could not. Looks like all technicians are not created equal. Oscar, the technician at Atlanta Toyota, saw that the wire for my remote start system was laying over the engine cover. He also noticed that the engine light did not appear when the key was placed in accessories. This indicates that the computer was not communicating with the car and the computer had to be replaced. The remote start wire was shorted out by the heat which grounded the computer. After replacing the computer and disconnecting the burnt wire, the car started and has been running fine for a month now. This is all after replacing the $1100 throttle body and $600 troubleshooting fee with stone mtn Toyota. After changing the throttle body, the wire wasn t placed back in the correct location. Thank you Atlanta Toyota for fixing someone else s mess.

The service team at Atlanta Toyota is exceptional. From Johan greeting and directing me to my advisor Denny, to the actual process with getting my car back on the road happy and healthy. Denny was very patient and helpful in explaining things to me and updating me on where I am with tire life, brake life, etc. Never taking my car elsewhere!

My experience was comfortable. I spent a while at the dealership but I was reassured that everything looked good by my car salesman Christian. He was doing his best with trying to get everything lined up so I could drive away with what I wanted. Long story short I drove away with what I wanted. Christian really made things happen that day! Thank you for the great service!Also, Shakeila was very helpful. I went back because my backseat vent wasn t blowing. Find out I just didn t know how to turn it on. I didn t get a chance to tour the inside buttons or even read the manual so I assume that it wasn t working. She helped me with that. She came out and thoroughly showed me how it works. I really appreciated that. I love great customer service and Shakeila was awsome with delivering it! 1/05/2024

I had been experiencing car trouble with my Ford Expedition. I had called different mechanics, none of which were very helpful and needed my car for multiple weeks. I am a mother of 4 young children and need my car ASAP. I called Toyota and they were extremely nice. I was able to bring my car in right away and Denny Alvarez kept me up to date throughout the entire experience. He answered all my many questions and was very patient and overly accommodating. Jonas Mercado went over different options to fix my car and prices, he made me feel very confident that they could help me. The whole process was really unbelievable that I was at a car dealership. I will forever take my car there. The next time I need to buy a car, it will be here. The manager Jorge Mancillas even came over to check on me and make sure everything was being taken care of. I honestly cannot express how much I appreciate their service and customer care. Thank you Atlanta Toyota, you are the BEST!

Based on past experiences, I am not a big fan of car shopping. So you know i went into this dealership with some anxiety. Mahmoud approached us with a warm welcome, and offered to help. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping me find my car. Then came the hard part - financing. The entire team went to bat for me to ensure that I had the best deal possible. Paz (spelling?) and Maria helped finalize the deal and were amazing and very friendly. The entire dealership feels like a family. Thank you guys!!!
