The store was dirty to include the conveyor at the self check out, which didn't work and had no hand wand. There were so many stickers and order fillers that the aisles were crowded. The shelves were fairly empty. The one positive thing was the attendee at the self check out was helpful and had a happy disposition.I believe Kroger is on my horizon.

This Walmart was crowded as far as boxes shelves carts employees just basically felt they had the right away I was looking at an item and was told I need to get there not excuse me not can I see something real quick or anything like that I need to get there! Other parts of the store were hard to get to due to racks ladders your pallets just to share number of employees doing shopping Just made it a little rough to walk casually and enjoy a shopping experience

Rude and unhelpful employees who act and interact like it is a great inconvenience for them to be at work. Slow it help when asked. On personal phones while running cash drawers. There are no persons at the customer service desk. Messy isles and store in general. This is what Dublin has to put up with. Not great.

The only reason I still shop here is because better choices are distances away. I understand that Walmart has nothing to do with the rude, inconsiderate other shoppers, but the employees aren't any better. Playing chicken in the ailes against an employee wheeling pallets is not my idea of an enjoyable shopping experience.

Your average Walmart. Nothing special or exciting to report. It was comforting to see the parking lot being monitored by the sheriff's department esp. at night. Friendly staff and the pharmacy is always a pleasure to do business with.

Nice and large. Had everything i was looking for. The bathrooms were clean and i love how the family bathroom has a child's size potty for my daughter. Staff was friendly and helpful. I live 30 min. away and would defiantly come back to shop at this one instead of the one in my small town.

Worst Walmart I ve been to in my life.On my last occurrence, I had a flat tire and went to the auto center for a new tire during reasonable business hours, only to find out that they were closed. Please keep in mind that this is THE 4th TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED, when I needed to be serviced, only to find out that their employees left early and could not service me. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & INCONSISTENT SERVICE. Manager and their hire up assisted me , but they acted like they were there for the money and didn t give a dam*n about no service. PLEASE DO BETTER CUZ YALL ARE LACKING, TREMENDOUSLY.

I am so tired of rising prices and the loss of customer service. Seeing multiple workers on their phones or standing around while I have to check myself out? Which most of them are closed or broken.

I enjoy Walmart but hate checking out. Only 2 cashier's with long lines backed up always. Why all the cash registers but only 2 available?

Walmart seems to be cutting back on staff in many stores, and people are beginning to trade other places. We want to see people being paid to work to provide for their families. I don't like self check out. Ok to have a couple, but we seem to be corraled into using self pay.

I ve always ordered cakes from the Walmart bakery. Idk what happened here, but this cake was just horrible. It was designed really bad. I ordered this cake weeks I m advance and had it set to pick up very late in the day, so I know there was no need to rush on it. I don t know if I ll be ordering another cake from this store after this. You shouldn t be making cakes that look like this if people are paying for it. Included pictures of what I ordered vs what I got.

Walmart itself isn't that bad but the people that work there or horrible, and lazy those self checkouts do way more than they do, I can promise you that they're not going to help you. they are rude and lazy!!!

So glad for the Walmart Pharmacy staff, my insurance company stopped covering a name brand insulin I use and would only approve the generic and the pharmacy I was using wouldn't or couldn't order it, stopped by Walmart and they said sure we have it in stock, Thanks Walmart!!!

Ordered tires three times and they cancelled.Ordered tires online it showed they were available so I made the appointment , paid for the tires and then they canceled . This happened three times. Which ties up my funds (about 1,800.00) for up to 10 business days.Went into store last night and had someone check to see if they were available and guess what they had the tires . So the young man pulled them and placed behind the service counter called the Manager who supposedly fix me up with an appointment it was for today Sunday at 7:00 am. When we arrived the service department is closed, went to front of store and found out that the people whir work for the service department were stocking and no Managers were in the store. When you call this store in (Dublin, Ga) you never get anyone to answer the phones. I have been a regular and loyal patron of Walmart but this is my last visit I will no longer support this Company Online or in person. Goodbye

About two months ago my wife have a flat tire on the driver side. I took the old tire off and put the spare on. Drove up to Walmart to get them to put two new tires on. Yesterday I decided to do my brakes when I took that tire off I realized Walmart had stripped out one of the lugs that hold the tire in place. I m going to call Walmart today to see if they will do anything about it. But I m sure they won t even pick up

Some of the staff are so rude that I try to rarely go there. If you ask a question or ask for assistance, they get snappy and act like you just asked them to move the moon. Some are helpful but not many. They are out of some things a lot.****EDIT**** this business has gotten a lot better. Shelves are stocked. Staff has gotten better. Good job Walmart

Just hope it grows up on day to be like all the other Walmarts. They're no longer 24 hour service, so they got ALL night to stock shelves...so why is nearly every isle blocked by stockers? Only go because it's the closest. I know why they check me at the door, but it's still insulting when other Walmarts don't do it. Get more security.

All registers except one we're closed. All the longer self check outs with the belts were all closed despite the lights being green. The smaller self check outs was jammed packed full along with the one and only line that had a cashier.

I rarely go inside because of my own personal reasons but I did yesterday and the freezers and cool storage were barely working. Melted ice cream, thawed frozen foods, brown meat, moldy fruits and veggies. This store is disgusting and I'm planning to move my shopping to Cochran or Eastman for food safety reasons.This store needs new management or to completely shut down.NOT HAVING PROPERLY WORKING COLD SECTIONS ARE A FOOD SAFETY HAZARD.No wonder my pick-up orders would have moldy food and spoiled milk that wasn't expired.I'm calling in a complaint to the city for an inspection as it is, clearly, more than necessary.

It's a Walmart. Walmart bathrooms are hit harder than rest stops. It has a Claire's and my favorite orange carrot juice is available there.

I came to this Walmart at 9am to do grocery shopping. I see workers talking on there phones and to each other basically doing nothing. I go to customer service and ask for assistance with someone to push my cart so I can shop. I m a disabled veteran and above knee amputee. I m in a wheelchair. They say they can t spare anyone. Mind you the manager never came out her office at all. I wish I would have said I can spare the time when I was fighting a war to keep Walmart in business. I would still have my leg and could push my own cart. Great Job Walmart you are a class act.

I started shopping around 10pm. The store closes at 11pm.I thought I had everything and remembered milk. Once I found the last almond milk that I prefer I started towards the register, there was one employee looked at me then looked at his watch so I grabbed my phone to see it was 11:07pm. There was multiple other people shopping also, they never gave a 15 minute closing warning nor did they announce they were closed. Myself and another woman was looking for a open register and finally see a cashier removing her drawer. She looked up at us and said the store is closed as if to say I don't know why y'all up here. Still no store closing announcement and there was other people still shopping. When people are shopping they generally aren't watching the clock and I can't understand what was they planning to do just let people shop half the night before sending them off with nothing. Luckily I didn't have to have the items in my cart but I did want them and what will they do with the carts with perishables in them. Are they going to wait til morning and put them back in the refrigerator spoiled. They actually made more work the employees by not making a couple simple announcements!

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Absolute mediocre customer service. If you place a pick up order with them, your order is either wrong or half the items are missing. If you are going to provide a service, do it correctly.
