Put the lugnuts on so tight that all 5 studs on my girlfriends front right tire broke while the car was being driven. Upon checking the other 3 tires, I discovered that the lugnuts were so tight that I could jump on my breaker bar (which also had my floorjack's handle on the end of it) and they would still not break loose. I confronted the service manager about the issue and she said that since the camera footage shows that they did torque the bolts, they assumed no responsibility. Even though they did use their torque wrench, they obviously do not know how to use it correctly. Spend a few extra bucks and go somewhere where they care if you make it home alive.

I got an oil change and a top-off. Also, I was supposed to get my tire plugged but when we got my car back and paid my tire was completely flat. Then we had to buy a tire and wait three hours for them to put it on. It didn't take three hours they just didn't get started for a long time. I will not go back to the Dublin Walmart Auto department.

Terrible service, they are not even good for changing a tire on my car, the bolts on my car's tires have broken three times, three months ago that I know I put new ones on and today I come to change the tires on my car and they tell me first that I don't I ordered the four tires and then they tell me that one of the screws is broken. Call my mechanic and he told me that this is because they put all the pressure on it and they break it. I don't know until when they will be deceiving customers. The Walmart corporate office that addresses this problem should not work and treat customers very badly

Went to get my tires rotated and balanced today. Their were several people in front of me which was fine i was willing to wait. After four hours of waiting, I heard the employees talking about clocking out for lunch and I went to ask if my car was ready. They said they were unable to touch it due to the tread being low. Which again is fine I understand protocol. But nobody called to tell me or mentioned it while I was sitting there. I finally asked and they seemed dismissive and said the car couldn't be touched and gave me my keys back. A little update would have been nice.Service: Tire rotations

Don t come to this place, the employees are respectful but they are not willing to help. They took 3 hours to replace three tires. Also, it have been three times already that they have mess up my tire nuts, the last time I went to this place the technician broke two wheel stud of my tires and their answer was: We don t have the tools to fix it, please see a mechanic to fix it. It was like they did not care.The entire experience was so frustrating.

Took our car on the spot, no problems. Friendly and professional service. We got our oil changed very quick and they were even apologetic for the wait!

Ordered and made an appointment online to have four new tires installed and No one got at the auto care until after 9. It was total chaos as no one knew what was going on. A manager from another store finally brought some type of order as the on site manager was no help and only added to the chaos. Corporate isn't the slightest interested and could care less about this particular store. They also were pulling every associate they could get to unload containers in over 90 degree weather, which were 98% women and they were not happy about it. This should have been done at night when less busy and cooler, not while store is busy and customers are trying to shop and constantly in their way. Please avoid this Walmart at any and all cost. I'll be driving 45 minutes away from now on to Warners Robbins for a better shopping experience.

Arrived to have a tire mounted and balanced that was purchased a week prior and was told there would be a 2 hour wait at 5:00pm. The auto care center closes at 7:00pm. The staff wasn't rude but wasn't very helpful either. They acted as if I showed up at closing time and wanted a full service. Not impressed.

Awful........ First there is no direct number to call in to the tire center. They will not transfer you. They messed up my online order so they had to void it and they couldn't figure out how to do that. Then after we finally got everything settled I got my vehicle back and they put three tires of one brand and one tire of a different brand of a much cheaper quality. Needless to say I was very upset I made them take the bad tire off and put on the one I paid for. I would not recommend this tire center to anybody. Very very frustrating

Can't even call the number to get a price on mounting and balancing my brand new tires so how can I even begin to give a good rating? You call the number and all you get is a strange tone.

They close at 7pm except when they close an hour and a half early, like they did today (1/4/22). I called to verify they had the tires I needed, then left work early to have them put on. They didn't mention closing early when I told them I was in the way. No that would look like customer service, something Wal-Mart isn't known for exemplifying.I lost money and missed time for work because they couldn't work or say they were not going to work.JUST ONE MORE REASON WHY I HATE THIS WORTHLESS COMPANY! The staff did a good job on my truck. There was an issue with the computer system in the store but it was not their fault. Overall I am happy with the work I had done.

Went in to get my oil changed. An hour later I come back and my car hasn't moved because the mechanic could not find my keys ON THE DASHBOARD. Yep that instilled confidence that he would do a good job. I was also the ONLY customer there and 3 mechanics were on duty. They also have no clue how to use their own computer system or find the correct transmission fluid for a vehicle. Incomptence at its finest

Great staff! They were about to close and stayed open late to help us with our tire. Theyre very friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices. I just wish they were open a little later, but they cant work 24 hours lol. Thank you guys for the fast and friendly service. Were really grateful

Went to Walmart in Dublin Georgia to get a simple tire repair and they only had two tects working. It was 30 min before there lunch break with no other cars or tires being repaired and was told to come back in a hour and a half. Will not being to walmart anymore.

Drove 20 mins to this auto shop from the interstate to have tire pressure checked. Hours state 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. It's 5:00 pm!!! They are closed. Guy behind the register isn't competent. Ok. Guess I have to put on my mechanic's hat. Complete waste of time.

They never answered the phone. I asked to confirm an advertised price of the board the above-mentioned over their head, and they stated they didn't do it. Why do you have it advertised with the price less than 5 feet away yet refuses to do it.

Tire kept going flat. Went to this Walmart before I traveled back to SC and they had me done within 10 minutes. Great customer service too!!

It sucked the tires I wanted on my truck they didn't wanna put them on said Walmart policy they can't puts different size on the back than what they put on the front so I bought my tires and had them put on somewhere else

I went for tires where you get completely ignored, he finally pulled up my info and then the other guy asks me to move my vehicle and when i came back he was chatting it up with a walmart employee. I walked out and will never return. Obviously they dont need customers

Phone is never answered, inconsistent shut down times. 3 workers in last visit, no one avail to put on new tires... since I had 2 flats on car in lot.

Told me my tire was not worth fixing. So I had to put my own spare tire on in front of tire center. There is nothing wrong by the way.

Most of the employees are very nice, but they are just very slow. Waited 2 hours to get my oil changed and I was the first person there.

We got there to buy three new tires and one tire was really bad , they did not have enough people there to change one tire! Frustrated me!

The only thing I didn't like was the two hour wait. The employees was very nice.
