Came here to have windshield fixed. I am so impressed with the service I had it only took them 30 minutes to take windshield out and put it back in I highly recommend anybody to come here

Unlike the other reviews, I did not have a good experience this morning with Rick s Glass. I contacted the receptionist a couple of days ago to set up an appointment to bring my car by because my windshield had been cracked. I was told the technicians would be there on Friday (today) from 8-10. I had to make arrangements with someone to fill in for me at my workplace and I had to take personal time off work to be there at 8:00. When I arrived at 8:10, I was told that the techs were not there and probably would not be there until after 8:30. It was a very frustrating experience especially when the receptionist could give me no explanation except only to say Sometimes things just come up . I will do business somewhere else.

They did a great job, and had very friendly staff. I waited while they replaced my windshield. They were done and I was driving away with a brand new windshield exactly an hour after I arrived.
