Place is always clean. I got two slices of pizza for $4.09. They were good, so I got two more! They've got all the usual trucker supplies and lots of snacks and drinks. Very modern gas station. Nice paved truck parking (half is free for 4 hours and half is paid) with a couple of grassy areas to let the puppies stretch out on.

Excellent Place Clean Wash rooms ..food is good coffee is food variety of all the stuff u need...Nice place to park ur truck...I wish there are more Gas Stations like this in every Major City/State. Well Done Keep it Up!!

Maintenance guy Josh was very helpful and very nice. The pump wasn t working and before I could even go in and say anything he was right there fixing the problem. He was emptying the trash and cleaning and saw me struggling. That s customer service! That s being proactive! You need more people like this working there! I walked in a few times and seen a SHIFT LEADER with a shirt half her size and her stomach and back skin showing and cussing constantly on her phone and always eating at the register. On multiple occasions! That s disgusting! If it weren t for people like the maintenance guy I wouldn t even be going back there.

This places is no Buckys but when it comes to gas stations this one is top of the line. Has so many freshly cooked food options and frozen yogurt. Has just about anything your looking for. What I was impressed with the most was how clear the bathrooms were. Very nice staff as well, great stop.

Clean and well stocked gas station with good fuel prices, clean bathrooms, actually decent gas station food, and both indoor and outdoor seating. It was a good stop on a long drive.

Very Clean and well stocked on all of their drinks and snacks! The restrooms were well lit, nice and tidy, and WELL designed. I appreciated the handicapped stall; not many places have those accommodations or go the extra mile. Not the most parking, but definitely adequate considering there isn't a major city for almost 3 hours in each direction. I enjoyed my experience.

This place is amazing . They even have hot food that tastes amazing but when you go into the ladies restroom you feel very different about this store come on people you have an awesome store . Clean the restrooms!!!! The men s restroom was spotless but the ladies OMG .

Big, clean, variety of hot and cold foods, the BEST coffee and variety of, clean nice sized bathrooms, cheap gas and diesel, friendly customer service. This will be your favorite one stop shop

This is a relatively new location. You can tell by the exterior of the building, the grounds, etc. Apparently, it s so new that they rushed to open without training the attendant that I encountered just basic customer service skills. I walked up to the counter as the woman was chewing a mouthful. As I waited for her to swallow I anticipated her to at least say good morning, hello, anything to acknowledge the fact that I m standing there waiting for her. I finally said how are you? Her response? I m fine . That was the extent of her customer service effort or lack thereof. RaceTrac train your employees. Whether I spend a dollar or the $60 I actually spent on fuel, the customer deserves a better experience than what I received.

Nice clean store ..if you re looking for food after midnight drive on by nothing but stale pastriesAnd yes I m travel through here 5 days a week and rarely stop because of this

Staff wants to stand around and talk instead of waiting on patrons. Roller grill items out but no buns in any of the grills. Commercial counter is never manned for diesel pumps. Parking lot and trash cans are always nasty. Fuel pumps always need repair or cleaning. Place was awesome when it first opened but steadily gone downhill.

Stopped in for a drink and self checkout wouldn't work. Lady (using lightly the word) behind the counter was as useless as dirt.

My boyfriend and I parked there overnight and I went in the store about 5am to use the facilities and get coffee on Aug 24th 2023 the young lady was talking to another truck driver about normal trucking things but it was holding me up by we had to leave I asked her was she ready and she had a nasty attitude and said yes on this side ok what you want me to push him out the way..mind you I'm from 14 miles out from there my hometown I'm just stopping through it made me ready to get the heck away from there. Bad customer service and nasty attitude will drive people away.

Probably the worst location I've ever visited, of it weren't for the affordable gas close to my house I'd stop going, I've been coming here for the better part of 2 years and everyone besides maybe 2 employees just stands around talking, the register is rarely if at all attended and I've caught multiple employees talking down on not jait me but other patreons, they act like a bunch of immature kids (and I'm 29), let alone on several occasions I've heard and seen employees just give away products because they don't want to tend to the registers or fix errors on the self check out.

Frozen drinks not frozen, someone either passed out or sleeping on table outside (2 employees walked directly pasted the person) Locked doors at 10 pm on Saturday night ? Other than that clean store decent prices.

Location is good with fuel prices and scale. However the two staff members were Terrible attitude ladies and seemed quite lazy. They didn't want to produce my weight ticket receipt. Then I asked for my fuel receipt for pump #22. She printed it and it stated 1.00 gal I asked for the correct receipt the other woman come over and said that's correct. I stated so I paid 200$ and received 1 gallon of fuel. They chose to laugh and say well I don't know what to tell you.

As professional drivers we are always looking for new places. We watched as they built this place and recently stopped to check it out. Very easy to get in and out. Super close to Interstate as well. Bathrooms very nice with all amentities. A nice selection of ready to eat food of all kinds. I did notice that it sometimes seems to have sit out to long. All in all a great selection. Dont forget to try "Swirl World" ice cream and frozen yogurt bar! For my fellow truckers they have about 40 parking spaces and a nice selection of trucker supplies. Sorry no showers....

Very nice place, clean, Staff Friendly, Best selection of products, food items. Store is very spacious , best accessibility to Handicap and parking spaces. Huge Parking and pump accessibility for Semi's , RVs etc. Great selection of Prepared hot food items. This is a Wonderful, Welcome and need addition to Dublin, Ga. Check them out when coming through Dublin. Very easy and convenient location for all vehicles right off Interstate 16.

Stopped here to fuel up and also to use the facilities but went inside and restrooms are out of order. I completed my fuel and went inside to grab the receipt. Just out of curiosity I asked the clerk what s going on with the restrooms, and she said They just shutdown . I asked do they work? Her reply again was they just shutdown? This is a truck fuel service station and also parking and food is also served employees laziness shouldn t have to be tolerated and restrooms in a facility as new as this one should be operating.Keep the Toilets operating please.

Love me some Racetrack! They have every food you can imagine there: pizza, frozen yogurt with lots of toppings, salad, chicken fingers, breakfast biscuit sandwich, candy, protein bars, chips, hot dogs, tamales, cheese sticks, coffee with a variety of creamers, and the list keeps going on.Plus a clean bathroom. And good prices on gas.

Nice & clean, but still new; hope they keep it that way. My tornados were ice cold this time tho; grill roller must have been malfunctioning. They never have many lottery tickets. Cashiers not very friendly; seems they'd rather be somewhere else.

This racetrack is turning into the next walmart. They had three workers behind the register and the manager was sitting on the phone carrying on a full conversation about drama. Meanwhile telling me to use the self-checkout. This store is worse and worse upon every visit. There has been many complaints called on the workers of this store, and it s getting incredibly worse.

I played the video gaming machine and won $100. But when I got to the register was informed that no ticket printed. Of course there was no one there to help me. I was told to return the next morning. I did and spoke to the GM. Who told me the ticket didn't print. No? Really? She said she will call the Ga Lottery.. and did.. and there of course was no one there that could help meAnd I was told to come back Monday. So far... Nothing... Where is my $100?

Extremely impressed with this truck stop. From yogurt ice cream and toppings bar to a large assortment of frozen drink flavors.A one stop drink, food and snack shop for the whole family. Plus don't forget to fill up your gas tank they have good gas prices too.

This is a very nice establishment my only complaint is every time I stop here to get some pizza they always have two or three old stale pieces left and no fresh pizza. Overall I am very impressed and I will always stop here cuz it's better than the small pilot across the way
