My car is a vital part of my life since I travel so much at this juncture. So maintenance is performed regularly.Upon moving back to Dublin, I couldn't remember where I had obtained services for my vehicle.� Then� I noticed a pink building on Jackson.� (Thank goodness color blindness doesn't run in my family!)I made an appointment� and was blown away by the customer service, professionalism, and cleanliness.� Not to mention that they made me feel like family too.When you come in to the business you meet Ms. Diane, my "sister from another mother." She is the example of excellence in customer service,� empathy and honesty, and just plain awesome.� It shows!Mr. Justin is personable, knowledgable, honest and a confident visionary of the� highest order.� He explained to me succinctly, about his vision for all encompassing vehicle care for all vehicle types and makes and a fair price for these services.� I'm with it!!!...And, I understood what he was talking about without the need of visual aids or charts/graphs.I will now not go anywhere else but this "Auto Spa".� I will commute, if need be, because I am confident that my Bessie is in good hands.

My car had a leak that we didn t realize for a few months, so not only was there water damage to the interior but the mildew smell was AWFUL!Proline completely detailed the inside of my car, removed the damage and got rid of that awful smell. It smells better than a new car now plus it s perfectly clean. Highly recommend them. They were very friendly, polite and professional.Service: Auto detailing

These folks are honest and strive to do what s right for you rather than what s most profitable for them. My truck broke down in a storm and they came out and got it immediately and stayed until 2 am to fix. You don t find that type of service anywhere. A great place highly recommend!

Great people! Great service! The awesome family folks at Proline went the extra mile when they cleaned my truck! They were kind enough to put my things neatly in a box and ziploc bags to make sure they were able to give it a thorough cleaning without my belongings getting misplaced! PLUS they even picked it up from the radio station and brought it back to me! Oh yeah, the air freshener they put in my truck still has it smelling good!

I had my Jeep cleaned after a repair. The service was amazing. They met me at Enterprise with the vehicle to return the rental. This made an easy trade. Thanks so much!

This towing company is ridiculously unprofessional. My tire blew up and we had it set for them to come tow our vehicle. After waiting nearly an hour, about 20 minutes longer than the time they gave us as their "latest time", we gave them a call to see where they were. When we called to find out when they would be here, all they told us was, "Yeah well our truck is down, so.... I don't know what to tell you." Apparently they CANCELLED our tow due to some kind of issue with their truck, and they didn't think to give us any kind of notification. Absolutely ridiculous.

DO NOT LET THEM PREFORM MAINTENANCE WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE!!! They will cost you more money than the work is worth. My car is completely damaged thanks to their services. My key was destroyed during the process and my alarm system no longer works.

Lousy job for the money. Left hand print on my drivers seat and other strains on back seat. Also left the oil cap off and oil spewed everywhere. This was their second attempt to do a proper job. They paid for car to be cleaned and half of what they charged for a mini spa detail, oil change and tire rotation.

Car ran hot going down I16 headed toward Atlanta on Superbowl Sunday because I had to get to some very important personal business in Va the following day. It's dark, I'm by myself and Walter Frost rolls up very quickly to give me a tow. Wonderful, nice guy and worked quick. He suggested that instead of the tow to the dealership to take the car back to proline where Justin could look at it TONIGHT. Justin came through and fixed my car in less than 2 hours and now I'm back on the road headed up to ATL.People up at proline are clearly very dedicated and hardworking individuals to give me a tow and repair within 2 hours late at night on superbowl Sunday no less. Dublin is an hour and a half from my school in Statesboro but would certainly be worth the trip to have them service my car again in the future. So thankful for their hard work!

Justin was really good at first. Next thing you know he did some work on my engine and now it s not drivable. Very upset on how someone can be so dishonest. Engine was running fine until he got his hands on it. Now it s destroyed. And to your response you didn t do what you said you could do and messed up the engine. There was nothing wrong with the engine until you got your hands on it. Karma will hit you in the behind buddy

Great Auto Shop!!!Worked on my F250 diesel & did a super job!! Honest & dependable!!! When I picked up my Truck had a surprise!!!Truck was detailed inside & out!!!Talk about customer service!!!!Super!!!

I am in shock with how AMAZING my car looks!!! Proline AutoSpa is Out of this world! Even did a Georgia sparkle for me! They cleaned out melted crayons, my daughter's dribbles, and make-up... even cleaned my engine! I have never been so impressed!!!! Thanks to them, I have a brand new car!

I used them on my Mercedes But feel like they fix my transmission problem and didn t switch out the transmission I bought I could be wrong but I just feel that way but I also used them again on a Dodge Journey really didn t want to but the lady told me the price would be $45 so I m like okay cool so they do call fix it and charge me $118 and didn t clear the code so when I left same problem happened again then I take it somewhere else they tell me the part they fixed still need to be fixed these ppl are nothing but scam artist just want your money

The Team at Proline did a wonderful job buffing scratches out of two of our work trucks. They worked hard and delivered them back to us within the quoted time frame.
