Shopping at Pitts Toyota was one of the best car buying experiences I EVER HAD! Shout out to our salesman Travis Jenkins. I couldn t have prayed for a better experience/process. Absolutely no haggle. Pretty much did everything online and when I got there he was already waiting on me. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was pleasant and made my daughter and I feel like family. Renae (internet sales person), Will (finance), Antonio (Manager I believe). They were so awesome I had to ask what was the catch? Please shop with Pitts Toyota, go see Travis and tell them I sent y all! We purchased a 2023 certified pre-owned Toyota Corolla with only 5,400 miles for an excellent price!

Great experience purchasing a new car. Worked with Roseanne Crosslin and she was great from beginning to end. Very responsive, friendly, and not pushy like your typical salesperson. Would recommend her 100%!!!

We saw the car we were looking for on their website and when I called I spoke to one of the salespeople named Colby Yates. Colby was very friendly and helpful and didn t try to push anything extra on me and considering that it was a 3.5 hr drive to his dealership he did everything to make the deal happen that we were looking for and had everything ready for us when we arrived. The whole transaction took maybe 30 minutes and was very smooth. Anyone looking to buy a car in this area or even if they are out of the area I would highly recommend reaching out and asking for Colby. Thank you again for making our car buying experience a great one!!

I had been looking for a 100 Series Land Cruiser or LX470 for months, and finally found what I was looking for at Pitts Toyota. Roseanne and Renae were both excellent. Starting the process online, all of my questions were answered promptly and with transparency. When I drove 2 hours to see the vehicle in person it was just as described, without unpleasant surprises. They happily obliged when I asked for a little further inspection of the vehicle and I was given fair, honest and up front pricing, ultimately leaving with the Land Cruiser I had been after for months. Thank you all at Pitts Toyota for a wonderful, stress free car buying experience.

I found a Highlander on line and Renae Tanner reached out to me. We were at the beach and I stopped by the dealership on our way home. Picked up the car and the entire experience took less than an hour! I can t say enough positive things about Renae and Dylan s professionalism and customer service skills! I highly recommend them! Very happy camper!!!

Just came there today to have my oil change. I drove onto the service drive thru and parked where the sign says to park for service. No employee came out to greet and help me. I waited 15 mins in my car. I looked inside and saw that the waiting room was empty and there was at least 5 employees standing around talking and laughing to each other. It didn t look like they care for my business so I just drove off. I ve been to many Toyota dealerships across several different states and have never been to one with such poor customer service. Needless to say I will not be returning for any future business. Do not recommend unless you just love terrible service.

We took my sisters car to the Dublin Toyota pitts in October 2023. Her car has been in and out of the shop since then. As time goes on we realize they dont even know what is actually wrong with the car. During this time employees has gave my sister the run around all because they dont know whats causing the issue. After going through every reason of why the car is messed up they all of a sudden think its the injectors, but they cant tell us specifically which injector so they say just replace them all at about 3,000. The warranty company will not cover this because they said pitts toyota can not provide evidence that this is what is wrong with the car. They can not provide evidence because they just made something up to get my sisters car out the door. Over all i DO NOT recommend anybody do business with dublin pitts Toyota. They are playing with peoples hard earned money. The whole business is unprofessional. AFTER SIX MONTHS THE CAR STILL HAS THE SAME ISSUE.

I can't say enough good things about Pitts! I went and test drove a 4Runner on Saturday and took it home on Tuesday, I 10/10 recommend Anthony Santiago he was very upfront and honest throughout the whole process!Y'all go see Anthony for your next vehicle.

Renae at Pitts Toyota was absolutely the best. I was in a real bind and needed a car fast. Immediately, I felt like I could trust her and that she would help me get what I needed for the price I could afford. If you are needing to purchase a vehicle, go to Pitts and ask for Renae. You will not be disappointed! And trust ME, I would not be writing this if I didn't mean it. :)

Went to look for a used SUV..Rex was our Salesman...he was excellent . We bought a 2017 Highlander..easiest sale I've ever ever had..I hate car dealers ..but Rex and the staff were fantastic..3 hours out the door..thankyou

Beware of the service department, they are scammers. My wife took our 2023 Toyota Highlander for a oil change and tire rotation on 9/02/2023 and about 4 days later the low oil warning alert started to pop up, check oil level and I add a quart of oil. They claimed that they rotated tires but yesterday I find out that they did not because my back tire on the driver side was leaking air. I took the tire off to find the leak and guess what I found, it was leaking around the plug that I put in the tire a on the back driver side a month before we took it in for the tire rotation and the tire was still on back driver side. Paper work claims they rotated the tires but they did not. Thank God that was the only tire that I had plugged. If you are going to use these scammer, you better mark your tires some kinda way.

Great place to shop. Go see my man J Anthony. He is guaranteed to work with you to try to help you get what you need. I love my Nissan Pathfinder. Also great staff and they explain everything for you so you can get the best understanding.

Everyone worked to gether as a great team. This is my second Camry from Pitts Toyota.Service center is always 5 also.Purchased another one. Its knowing that honestly and service is number one. Cliff Capman's honestly goes so far beyond the sale. I can not purchase a vehicle from anyone else.We are family.

Pitts Toyota Dealership was super helpful and went above and beyond to help our 21 year old daughter stuck with car issue. Kendra from the service department was amazing and helped with communication between our stranded daughter and parents at home 3 hours away. She even provided fritos and water to our daughter while she waited. The service technician was amazing too and we cant say enough about this dealership. Best customer service and care ever!

One of the easiest (if not the easiest) vehicle purchases I have ever experienced. My salesperson, Anthony, was great and helpful. Very little effort was required of me. I told him what I wanted and the monthly payment I needed and he came through. I will definitely be a returning customer (as I already am with this being my 2nd Highlander purchased here). They have the best team here! They don t haggle or waste your time. I was done over the phone in less than an hour and all I had to do is come in, sign, and drive away!! Get everything from the service department in writing or through email. The price you are given from the service department on the phone needs to be confirmed for your situation. This sounds logical, but apparently not everybody cares to make sure the price is accurate for you. I was charged a higher amount from what I was told for a key programming. They are trying to make it right, but it still caused me a lot of aggravation and wasted time to sort out (I live out of town). I wouldn't have even bothered trying to source a key on my own if I had been told the correct programming fee for my car up front. They never implied their programming price could vary, and I called in more than once over a few weeks to make sure I wasn't being misinformed. They told me it would be $65 to program my key (gave them my vehicle information to verify), but actually the STARTING price to program basic keys is $65. I guess mine isn't basic, even after telling them the car it was and the kind of key I needed. I even asked how much to do it if they supplied the key, so they knew. When I went in with my aftermarket key, it doubled. Be careful.

I contacted Pitts Toyota on line and connected with Mary Frances Flanders. The vehicle we wanted was en route and we were able to conduct all the business aspects of the purchase on-line since we live in another county. We received the best service, with frequent communications from Mary Frances that I have ever experienced. I always prefer to buy local but this experience proved shopping around is worth the time. Thank you again, Mary Frances, for your outstanding knowledge of your product and excellent customer service. !!

One of the most easy dealerships I ve ever dealt with. No old school crazy car salesman, just simple pricing and they offer good money on trade. Simple process I did Most of my transaction via text. I spent less than 40 minutes in the dealership when I picked up my Vehicle.

I cannot say enough good things about Pitts Toyota. I knew what I wanted going in to the deal and never felt like they were only trying to make a buck off of me. I spent a week or so in contact via text with Renae after searching their online inventory. She was an absolute joy to work with. She was patient with all of my questions and found the perfect car for me without trying to upsell or change my mind for sake of making more money.Once I arrived at the dealership, the experience only got better. Buying a new car was a very emotional experience for me as I was parting ways with the car my papa had left for me in his passing. The staff at Pitts made me feel like family. They hugged me and offered tissues in my sadness. Yet again, once there, I didn t feel pressured to purchase any add-ons and left with peace of mind with the perfect car for me.
