Parking and fuel lanes for big trucks is a horribly laid out and there are very few spots. If one person is out of line, it makes it complex for any other trucker.Bathrooms weren t clean. There were lots of cleaning supplies under the sink in the women s bathroom. I had a toddler with me and thankfully I was watching that she wouldn t touch the chemicals. When we walked in, the female employee was telling a story to the male coworker and she used quite a handful of curse words, which I did not appreciate my children overhearing. The store is fairly small inside. Don t expect to find much. They do have showers but they are not operating due to lack of hot water.

Trying to get into the place is very very difficult due to 18-wheelers trying to get in and it's not their fault this is supposed to be a truck stop It is not it's a regular gas station made in to a truck stop. Then the rewards point card reader was not working and as a handicapped person I had to walk in and guess how much I was going to put into my vehicle so they could prepay it so I could get my discount so that means what money I did not use was tied up with the bank for 3 to 5 days all because I wanted to use their rewards card.

Technically, I suppose it's a truck stop because 4 trucks can stop and park here. This place is a glorified gas station. If you are lucky enough to get one of the spots, (one is handicapped), buy a lottery ticket because you are on a winning streak. Plenty of fast food joints and hotels close by if you need them. One star for the staff.

Trucks parked in 2 lines by the scale blocking the entrance to the fuel lines. Nobody cares, driver, management. Horrible location.

Very small Pilot. The employees were nice and the restrooms were clean but if you're driving thru Dublin you'd be better off stopping at Friendly Gus or Loves.

Closely spaced automotive pumps, no separate RV fuel island. If you're in an RV or towing a trailer, it's a challenge to maneuver here. Also if someone is at the pump in front you, you may have to wait till they're done to be able to leave. Not the greatest access. A bit time consuming.

The workers on this pilot are dishonest , you buy diesel they don't put in your points , basically they rob you of your points .something has to be done because we drivers depend on this points to shower and stay clean .it's just very inconsiderate of staffs to do this to customers

It's just too small for a truck stop, they need to buy more land.

Not your fault. Small parking lot. 4 fuel lanes. I think this was supposed to be a one 9. My fellow trucker. Plan better. The loves sucks too.

USED to be a daily customer but new employees act as if you are a bother to them, also the "Have to scan ID" is not a law it is their policy and they can key it in, they don't ask to scan like to law (O.C.G.A.) says they have to do. Racetrack is just a couple blocks away and more friendly.

This store is small for so much traffic! It's hard to get in and out. The people are friendly though....

Your a four wheeler you may get 4 stars if your a truck drive it has the worst entrance to get into business. no place to park service is terrible cashier standing playing on cell phones and if you ask for help it's a joke if the business ask a truck driver the business would have built the building and have entrance build a better way accidents are waiting to happen I'm sure they have already happened

Pilot Travel Center was great, and the bathrooms were clean! They have a lot of parking space for cars and truckers, and I highly recommend them for a pit stop!

It's a shoebox alright. Enough parking for 6 -8 trucks (maybe 10 if you get creative). Popular with the 4 wheelers so the roller grill may be empty and you may have to wait for a Transflo. If you're low on hours and need to shut down, try the mom&pop next door or the Neighbors station past the Arbys at the light.Edit: There s also a Race Trac with parking at this exit now and soon to be a QT that might have truck parking. Also, the road that you turn right onto when exiting the Pilot leads back into a neighborhood in the other direction. If you park there and block that road, you may get Law Enforcement called on you.

Two out of the four fuel lanes are down, there is hardly any truck parking here and what parking there is makes it extremely hard to maneuver into the fuel lanes.

I scaled, moved to lot to slide the tandems, could not hardly get the truck and trailer straight in the tight lot, scaled again. On second time around ran in to use the bathroom quickly. My total time Off drive line was 19 minutes for total time at location using scales. While I was in the store a man, I assume a manager came out to my truck and suggested to my girl we can't park on the scale. I understand that is common trucker courtesy. This lot had trucks 2 and 3 deep on curbs making it nearly impossible to navigate. She spoke to the man and told him I went in to get scale tickets and asked if anyone was behind us, he said no but you can't park on the scale and said he had tickets ready inside. So he knew we just scaled twice, and can't give me a break. Drivers show each other common courtesy to take a quick 2 minute run in the store in this situation (although no one was waiting, if so I would have never ran in) but the store should have the same courtesy. We fuel at Pilot and J all the time and shop there daily. I gave a 2 rating because the other gentleman inside was friendly and attentive of guest when you walked in the store.

This is not a real truck stop be careful. Only 4 spaces to park, fuel pumps get backed up because there is too many trucks trying to get fuel here while the size of this place doesn t support it. It is too small and you can t access it if you are heading northbound you have to dangerously go across three lanes to make the left turn.

Friendly staff, clean restrooms and limited but nice showers. Only has 5 actual truck parking spots, 1 of which is handicap. As for make your own parking you MIGHT be able to fit an additional 2 tractor trailers along the northern curb. Can probably fit 5-10 bobtails in nooks n crannys & a small dirt lot attached to the north of the parking lot (bt only). Does NOT have a laundry room. The quickfil across the street does have 3 washer/dryer combos but all 3 have an out of service sign on them as of 7/14/22.

Stopped here for a scale ticket, and fuel. The place is a bit small, but the staff there were super friendly. I'm bad with names but I spoke with I believe the gentleman I spoke with was manager, and if not should be. Keep up the good work folks.

The people are nice but the place is small. Hard to get in and out of the fuel island. It's laughable that the pilot app claims this place has 20 parking spots for semi trucks. Maybe 20 if ya crammed only bobtail in, but not full trucks. For semis you might fit 8 in if they do it right. It's definitely a get in, get yer fuel, and get out kinda place.

Very crowded. Limited gas pumps for cars and trucks. Not enough parking to go in the store.

Clean and orderly while the staff was polite. I would go back here and it felt safe which is always important. The restrooms were okay not Great but satisfactory. We bought some candy and a slushy and the orange slushy was really good.

Apparently this is only a travel center for cars. No truck parking at all. Trashcans full and no fluid in window cleaning buckets.

4 spots only more parking in the back but the road is very HOLY lol so be careful... also after you fuel on the left there s a road don t block it.. there s a neighborhood.. night manager was very nice and allowed us to shower and pump the next day due rain. The shower was fairly clean but it was updated.
