While driving back to college, our son started having car issues. He limped his car to the O Reilly s in Dublin at 2412 US-80 (100 miles from home). Not being much of a car guy, he threw himself for a little bit of big brother help from the cool guys behind the cash register, Terry and Duncan. It was getting close to closing, but surprisingly they were patient and helpful. Even staying late to help and give pointers after the store was closed. Quite possibly the best customer service and faith in humanity restorer we ve experienced in a VERY long time. Thank you so much and we love Vice-Grip Garage on YouTube.

On Sunday 07/29/18 I came in with a broken windshield wiper and could not see and the rain was pouring down hard. Entering the store Jordan came out to help me and see what he could do to get me back to Athens safely. Not only did he go out of his way to help me, he did it in the ran and got at least 1 of my wipers to work for me on both passenger and driver side. EXCELLENT customer service!!!! I really appreciated his determination to make sure I was safe in getting home. Definitely a great job done!!!

TC hit a home run on my check engine light. We were in Dublin taking in some memories when the light came on. We won't extended trip coming out of Florida on the way up to the late model races at Caraway Speedway below Greensboro before coming home in Richmond Virginia. I didn't feel comfortable driving my Lincoln hybrid any further without knowing what the light was all about. TC quickly determined that the problem was the alarm of a O2 sensor and in his opinion it would probably go off by itself. He was exactly right and the check was free. Thank you TC and O'Reilly's

Great people I went in having a really bad day my car was broke down didn't know what was wrong I had went to advance Auto parts before I went there and the staff would not help me but when I got to O'Reilly's they were just great just wanted to give a shout out for them because some of the best people that I have ever met and very very professional so thank youO'Reilly's and thank you all for helping me

They were all very nice people that work inside the store. I had bought a part for my vehicle which turned out to be the wrong one he said that was okay and refunded my money and I was very happy!

Guy literally told me to go look online... that was one time. Made the mistake of sending my wife back to get a valve cover gasket, they to order it, so she drives back down there to pick it up. Didnt have it... done with this place

Prices are mostly better than advanced auto parts. Service could be a hit better, but everything is pretty organized in the store.
