I went to the other big auto parts store, but only NAPA had 10W-60 motor oil for my car. I can always count on them!

My experience was bad. The lady checking me out on the counter was great and very professional. However the driver for the store, blonde hair short lady was very rude to her boss and acted like she didn't want to go do her job which was to drive and deliver parts.

Noah Alligood waited on me,he was clearly a master salesman and easily found all the parts I was seeking and his sweet Hawaiian shirt just screamed friendship and approachability, he sold me parts I didn't even know I needed, but when he told me I needed them, I believed him.We bonded that day, God bless that sweet man.

my favorite napa I ve ever been to! I go there asking for something like random fittings or parts for old cars and they always manage to come through. Everyone is super friendly also and prices are great, they really go above and beyond to the environment comfortable.

Short version: "Great place. Friendly. Helpful. Got what I need or can order it and have it on site in a timely fashion." EXPLANATION: Friendly helpful staff/customer service was excellent. Knowledgeable. No pushy upsales. Would recommend to future customers. Had everything I was looking for and if the item wasn't in stock it was ordered and arrived in a quick and timely manner. There are quite a few other auto parts places/stores in the area to choose from and this NAPA in particular is my first choice.

Only parts store in Dublin or East Dublin to have, in stock, a vehicle part I needed. It was Bosch so I paid dearly for it but I, also, paid with a smile. Great employees who were friendly and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere.

Customer service was A-1. Friendly, personal and got my right parts the first time. The whole process was smooth sailing from the time I walked in until I walked back out the door.

Pretty good store doesn't carry everything like tv he competitors.. all in all a good auto parts store.. would buy from there again..
