If you can please stay away from these guys they charge me $1258.57. For oil pressure sensor.Also they are not knowledgeable about what they are doing and also not honest, when we show up their mechanic said this truck needs over haul we told him to change the oil pressure sensor and they did after that the truck became goodMake sure to stay away from them.There is no wire Hanes repair that is plain lie we where forced to pay and we never been happy this charge when tried to contact you to explain my concerns you defended your shop and you never realized your outstanding mistakes, also it doesn't matter how long it was I still feel the Bain.

I had a terrible experience. I broke down on i16.and called for help . The mechanic came out but did not know what was wrong with my truck . First he said it was one thing and then he said it was another . Then they charged me 400$ and left me on the side of the road . Stranded without telling me whats wrong with the truck how can they charge me 400$ for a road service call and not even tell me whats wrong. The mechanic was out there for about 30 mins. Then they offered to tow my bobtail back to their shop for 450$. ... no way. I found another shop in the area that towed my truck for 375$. And they fixed the truck on the same day. So now I know that the mechanic that they sent to help on the road service call.. he didn't know what the issue was or how to fix it. He just came out there and lied charged me 400$ and left me out there . So they just took my money. I. Actually glad that I dint let them tow it and fix it. Because..prices are too highAnd they did not fix my issueAnd mechanic did not know how to fix my truck

This place is horrible to say the least. Would not use them on any more of my truck. On several different occasions I have tried to use these guys giving them the benefit of the bout and every single time I have to fix the same problem elsewhere after giving them my money. Lucky my drivers didn't hurt anyone else in the process. This place is a joke stay away

This is a truly great shop. It is very rare you find somewhere that actually cares about the customer. Time and again the owner Tim has gone above and beyond to help me keep my truck running at very fair prices. These guys are true mechanics not just parts changers. With years of experience on their own fleet of trucks they know exactly what works for the best price. This shop can work on modern engines and emissions systems. They may be the only shop in this area that can. I highly recommend you make this your go too shop.

I happened to be in the area picking up a 48ft Utility trailer and I noticed my fifth wheel needed a rusty spring replaced. The owner checked it out and had the mechanic replace the spring within 10 mins. I really appreciate the quick service. If im ever in the area I would definitely keep this shop in mind. The mechanic said when I left if I have any mechanic issues please consider us.

Man..when I tell you..Great people.. THE BEST..Hands down.. The owner went above and beyond to make sure I was taken well care of. Him and his crew are the best. They was getting ready to go on lunch when I got there and the owner asked if I was hungry. I said yes and as I was reaching for my wallet for them to bring me something back, he said no its cool, I got it.. I wish we had the restaurant in Atlanta. Ohh my truck needed a transmission put in..they will have it ready tomorrow morning and the owner brother took me to my hotel for me to stay overnight and the owner said he'll be picking me up.. Great People, I recommend them percent

I broke down and when I called around MTL was the shop that was recommended. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency with which they diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately my truck was not an easy fix: we are talking water pump, bull gear and associated gears(you get the idea) and I had to take it to their shop. I was able to find an affordable hotel close and they guys in the shop worked above and beyond to get parts in and me back on the road before the weekend. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done and would not hesitate to get future work done there or to refer others to get work done there.Thank you to everyone at MTL you definitely deserve 5 starsChicken Run Express

Had a emission problem with my def system, the owner Tim went over beyond out of his way to help get my truck back on the road. He save me almost $2000 and took me home and picked me back up when my truck was ready. I was making a delivery in Dublin and my crane shut off and wouldn't start back up. The fist 2 places I called didn't want to try and help because its not the normal stuff they work on. This was the 3 place I called they were more than happy to try to help. It ended up being water in the cylinder. They got my engine back running and didn't charge me. Thanks for the help.

AVOID !!! TERRIBLE service.They replaced two airbags on the trailer which blew up right away cause mechanic messed up and they telling us to pay for another two airbags ....ridiculous ,why would i have to pay twice for the same airbags since it is their fault and I've lost half a day dealing with incompetent shop

[ BEWARE] Had an horrible experience paid $1,500.00For a value leak and brake chamber replacement and the brake air line had to be replaced 1,500.00Charged me around $900 for labor .They said it took 8 hours On top of that they broke my Dashboard panel.

FAST AND PROFESSIONAL SHOP. SENT SERVICE TECH TO ROADSIDE WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF MY CALL AND DETERMINED MY TRANSMISSION HAD WENT OUT. TOWED ME BACK TO THE SHOP AND HAD ME UP AND RUNNING WITH IN 24HRS.I WOULD HIGH RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR ANY COMMERIAL TRUCK ISSUES.Services: Transmission, Special vehicle towing

These guys are great! We called them 10 minutes before the time they closed and they came out within 15 minutes and turned what could have been a horrible day into a BLESSING! Went in today with trailer slider problem. Love's said I needed a valve replaced and to take it to Macon. Took it to MTL got it done in no time and no charge. Next time I'm in town again and need help. I'm calling these guys! THANK YOU AGAIN!

This by far the worse shop I have ever been to. I was here from 8:30am til closing just to be told he ll try to get to it tomorrow. They rather work on their stuff rather than the customer. bad experience with this guys I sen my driver with wipers problems and I spoke with Amanda she told me that they going to check the problems like in 30 to 45 minutes, so I said ok , them my driver call 1.45 minutes later and he told me that no one check the truck yet so I call them again and ask for any update and a guy pick up the phone and he told me oooo I have a guy check in your truck now but I'm going to tell him to stop find some one else to fixed and tell your driver to get out of my yard now .. I don't recommend this shop to no onethis guy don't respect customers with out of customers all business going out ... buy if the owner read my comments, thank you for your time
