I felt so at home coming back to Kroger. I am from Orlando and will be here for a while. Nothing like southern hospitality. And the price of vegan meats so amazingly low. The ladies on the registers were phenomenal, with such friendly service. I visited today after church around 10am. And will make this my store for the rest of the time I am here.

I had a great experience with Kroger bakery I ordered two cakes for a black history program at work they were supposed to be ready on Thursday evening but when I got there they had not made the cakes there was some sort of mix up and my ticket got misplaced but eventually they found it there was a young lady by the name of Crystal that works in the bakery who went above and beyond to make sure I got my order she talked to the manager and he made sure the cakes would be ready at 7 this morning if not we would not have had any cakes for the celebration I think Kroger needs to recognize her and the others who work in the bakery, great customer service

They have good selections but my complaint is that they hardly restock the shelves of the items that go out fast, especially the cooked chicken in the deli section. Besides that the store is nice and clean. Love the flower shop right when you get in, they have a huge selection of arrangements, flowers and plants.

I placed a pick up order, and it contained fresh vegetables. Some of the vegetables that I received in my order were not very fresh. I wish I had gone into the store and picked out my own vegetables for this reason.

Awful, 6 self checkouts open with employees standing idly by, one cashier checkout open 20 buggies in front of me..........I left my entire buggy, they can restock and take the $$ loss , never again,went to Food Depot purchased about 20 items, $100 worth, in and out in15 minutes. KROGER management here totally oblivious to customers preferences........Love to see an organized day where 50 or so folks go in fill up buggies take them to check out and walk off........any interest ?

Today, I purchased 5 cases of 24-bottled water at the Dublin, GA Kroger. As a 125 lb woman, I lifted all 5 cases without being offered assistance from the male manager less than 2 feet away from me. Another woman who happens to be Caucasian walked up to lift 1 case of water and the manager asked if he could assist her while I was still lifting the remaining 5 cases. I d hate to attribute this to race but what else could it be? Utterly despicable and shame on this man /manager!

isles are always blocked. never enough cash registers open. food is overpriced. but service is fairly okay.

We shop at this Kroger on a regular basis but the new self checkout system is going to severely impact our visits. The most recent visit and there were zero regular checkouts with a cashier and 2 self checkout stations with a worker at each one. I guess it's where society is headed but these corporations steadily increase prices all the while cutting back on labor and laying that task onto the shoppers hands.

I don t come home often to visit but when I do I like to prepare my own meals sometimes. A few days ago I went into this location which isn t familiar to me. I m not sure what is going on but stuff was everywhere and unorganized. The manager Charlie Daniels was very helpful in assisting me with finding the products I needed for my meal.

Aaron the new cashier he was awesome ...I'll give him a 10 if I could 10 stars oh yeah he did that... His customer service was on point. He was super friendly made me feel like home. He was fast and ask "did we found what I'm looking for". That's was as plus then on top of that it was close to closing and still had a welcoming smile.

1st I'm from Florida just moved here for work on Saturday..was so glad there's a Kroger here..the store is huge..but only takes 1 sour apple ..had to use the restroom..was informed there was only 1available..the dark haired clerk waiting infront of me." Stated...exact quote..If you shopped here you'd know that the woman's was being remodeled for a month and a half!!! She was not friendly..I asked if she was going to be awhile..I was sick on my stomach..didn't want to throw up on your floor..when she came out of the bathroom I told her I was sorry didn't mean to Come off rude..she put her hand up and cooked her head with a puff..WOW..being my 1st time in this store I sure hope all your help isn't like this..not a good impression..

Have shopped Kroger for 30 years and never had a complaint until now,I encountered one of the rudest people I have ever come across in Kroger by the name of grace,when you get extremely nasty just because someone asked you a question for help and you tell me that's not your job and laugh and walk off yea then have the nerve to not even get someone to help is ridiculous

I requested thin slice boars head cheese, but the person that sliced the cheese did not seperate each with the paper, they are all on top of each other layered out but not sepeated it is a mess and unusable for making sandwiches. Very unhappy

Will not be returning. Only one lane was open, a self checkout lane. There was one person in front of my kids and my kids were told to put their items back bc by the time they got to check out (after this man) it was right at 11. My daughter said it was 11 on the dot when they walked out the store. A older black man with glasses and a young white girl with short black hair told them to put their items back bc they were closed. Rhonda was very rude and hung up on me after telling me the managers name. Bad business right here.

Kroger, Dublin, GA.I've had a poor experience in this store 3 times.1. Was in the meat department, ask if they had country ham. Meat department clerk said they didn't have any. Another customer said, there was a display 20 feet from where we were standing. Sure enough it was there, fully stocked.2. Ask customer service desk person if Kroger still sold Quaker Oats granola cereal. She said Isle 8. I told her I had walked Isle 8 six times but could not find it. Oh well she said, I guess we don't sell it anymore.Kroger needs to train their people better.

Ordered a cake and the size must have shrunk, suppose to be a 1/4 but it looks like half of it is gone. The worst ever!! Not worth the $32 that it cost me, I will not return..

Kroger, in Dublin is a mess. Got bathing products across from food. Bathrooms r closed. They said they r inproving the store they need to stop. It's not better just worse with the inprovements. Out of stock on alot of things. Meat selection was awful. Could not find awhile ham to bake. Just awful . Then got to my car and an old man was asking for money and he was driving a better car than mine.

Drove all the way out from Texas for a family event, purchased flowers and flowers were incorrectly priced (not discounted as shown) I waited at self checkout for 10 minutes and a young man who worked there would help other people after they put their need attendant light on, but would completely walk by and continue to help others but avoid me. Work on customer service please!!

My concern is why Kroger does not carry raisin bran or honey raisin bran muffins . If I want these type muffins I'll have to drive to Publix in Warner Robins and as a result we'll do the rest of our grocery shopping there. Which actually we don't mind because then we'll find "everything" we need in one store. While Kroger is a nice store you guys should offer a broader variety of products to keep money local. I'm sharing this because I'll be driving to Warner Robins again today to shop at Publix primarily to get my raisin bran muffins.

Had 2 items missing $2.99 and $6.49 I called and was told to come back by and they would take care of it. I live 50 miles away. Would love not be worth it just will never come back!

Bad customer service and policies. They need to hire new people in customer service who know how to think logically and show kindness and understanding to people.
