I contacted the dealership to inquire about a used vehicle. The salesman Brent was quick to respond and answered all my questions in a timely manner over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership he had the truck pulled around awaiting my arrival. The process was quick and to the point. The dealer was also fair in my trade and gave me more than any other dealer had offered me. I appreciate the way this location treated me. If you have an opportunity to deal with Jimmy Britt in Dublin, don t hesitate, the customer service is as good as anywhere else I have been.

Kenny from Jimmy Britt was awesome! Was able to help me find the truck I wanted at a price I could live with! Kenny is funny, professional and as real of a human being as you can find. Mike in finance was fantastic as well and the whole experience was wonderful! Definitely going to them for my next vehicle even though it's 2+ hours from me!

We had a wonderful experience with Artemus at Jimmy Britt in Dublin. He took extra care to send a video before we arrived to give us confidence in our three hour drive to get the car. Once there, he was extremely personable and professional. He made our experience easy and enjoyable. We would highly recommend purchasing a car from him!We were also impressed with Nathan in financing. He was professional, efficient, and extremely personable as well. All in all our experience with Jimmy Britt in Dublin was well worth the drive!

I recently purchased my QX80 from Jimmy Britt and they made sure the deal went smoothly. I live in Augusta and the SUV I wanted was in Dublin at Jimmy Britt. I applied online and Brent contacted me right away. I asked for pictures of the vehicle and Brent sent videos quickly. Everything was done by phone and they delivered the vehicle to my doorstep. The delivery of the vehicle was awesome and the driver was very nice. If you are looking for a vehicle at a greater price, I recommend Jimmy Britt. I bought my SUV Saturday and Monday I received a follow up call. This place is awesome. Thanks Brent, you were awesome!!!

Service Department : Had my Diesel in for oil chage , Fuel Filters, tire rotation (dually). They didnt do fuel filter change, and the scratched all 4 of my Black Alco Rims, and put the weights to balance the tires on the outside of the Black Painted Rim. Went to talk to Service Manager he took pictures and said they owe me 4 rims but everything from Dodge is back ordered. He will look into it and get back to me. I left and jumped on the highway to Savannah hit 60mph and the truck was shaking out of control. I called and they said come in the morning first thing and they will try to get me in, they have a very busy schedule. I couldn't make the back, stoped at a shop and had them re- balanced. Right tire was 9oz more and left was 9oz less. I wasnt exaggerating!!Been 5 days and havent heard back. I shouldnt have to wait, they Damaged my property !

I recently purchased a 2023 Toyota TRD Off Road from Artemus Sanders. I have never had a dealership or sales person go out of their way to make me feel comfortable with my purchase and getting me the best price. I have never felt so at ease with the purchase of a car and they even delivered the car to me over two hours away. I highly recommend Artemus and everyone at this dealership and can not recommend them enough!!!

Billy and his team called me about an issue with my truck. I was surprised at the level of concern with his customers. I was treated very well. He repaired my truck within one day. Even located a ring my wife lost under the console. High integrity. Highly concerned for his customers. Exactly the reason, I am a repeat customer at Jimmy Britt. Highly recommend this establishment and maintenance team.

Ask for Prston if you visit...he is great guy and personable. I didn't actually get to buy a car here, was visiting from out of town and was tempted with a jeep in a color my dealership could not find...it just didn't work out...wish it had. Good people

One of the best Ram dealers I have been to. I travel the country for work and have seen a lot of them. Fixed problems other dealers created. Got my truck in when it went into limp mode the same morning. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend Jimmy Britt in Dublin GA to purchase your next vehicle. My wife and I found ourselves needing a second vehicle. Our salesman extraordinaire Preston again went above and beyond. We arrived at 230pm on a TUESDAY and by 530, we were out the door with this little gem. Preston and the rest of the Jimmy Britt staff are terrific people and truly fun folks to work with. They even detailed this car and our Jeep prior to us leaving. I'd give them 10 thumbs up if I had more hands

Jimmy Britt did me a fantastic deal on my truck. Chris Channell took very good care of me getting me out of my car and into my truck. He was great to work with, very easy to deal with, honest and up front. He did not hide anything. We purchased (and traded in our vehicle) a 2002 Toyota 4Runner fully online from Knoxville, TN. I sent a website inquiry on a Thursday morning and by Monday at 4 the transaction was done. Got my used 2016 Honda Accord a few days ago and am very happy with this purchase. Preston Clayton was very kind to show me this vehicle and it was a perfect match! Drove to Perry a couple days ago and it ran perfectly with no problems at all. Windows were even already tinted which is a definite plus.

I started out test driving a 2017 Dodge Challenger. My salesman was Chris Dollar. This guy is down-to-earth and just an all around nice guy and great to talk to. As real as it gets. After the test drive, we started talking numbers, but before we were done the sales manager called Chris over and informed him that they wouldn t be selling me the car because one of the associates found a problem with the engine and it would need replacing. Now most would be furious with this, but the fact that these folks had enough integrity not to sale me a car that needed serious work, was a very big deal to me. They pointed me towards another Challenger on the lot but was a little further out of my price range, or so I thought. These guys crunched and crunched numbers and worked with me until we got to a price that I could afford. These guys were REAL people. If anyone of you knows what I mean, you ll appreciate that fact. Chris is a good guy and great asset to this dealership and was true to his word. Would definitely recommend anyone to go see these guys, and ask for Chris Dollar.

This place was a blessing for me!! I needed a car ASAP and Marcus and the other people were so helpful and making the process go as soon as possible. I could not get down to the dealership to sign the paperwork to purchase the vehicle but they were so kind they actually drove the car to my house the next day!!! Phenomenal customer service. From the very beginning they were very fast and efficient in answering any questions I had which made the whole car by any experience that much better and easier. I was shocked at how accommodating they were to try and help me as a customer!! If they had 10 Stars I would give them 10 and recommend them to anyone in the area by your car or anywhere else for that matter!! Thanks again guys I cannot thank you enough!!!

I brought my Dodge Challenger SRT to Jimmy Britt to get a tune up and oil change, window switch , and a exhaust code . This was over $1,400 , the very next day I get a code saying I have a misfire on cylinder 8. I called them they say bring the car back . When I picked my car up not only did they not fix my car they give me a quote for $4,500. So please take your car somewhere else for service because Jimmy Britt service department will rip you off !!!! Not only did they not change out the spark plugs as seen in the pictures but the air filter nor the cabin filter plus they put regular oil instead of synthetic oil. Don't trust this place to do no work on your car completely ripped off professionals!!!!! A free oil change won't fix the damage done to my car, plus I'm out of the money I spent on a tune up and oil change when when neither was done. I'm thinking the mechanic who so call worked on my car took my spark plugs, filters and oil for his car !!!! There was no problem nor code on my car until the very next day after with only 60 miles on it from the time I had it serviced at your service dept...depth....
