Ms.Tolita from here was the absolute best. She is very attentive and she not only listened but also picked up from our family while there just what our needs and wants were. She was also very patient with our 5 year old as he ran about her feet on a wet mucky day. I can not say enough good things about this employee and can not express my gratitude enough. She also got us into a camper and made my dream a reality!! You will not be disappointed in the service there unless you come in with a bad attitude!!!!

Spent $1100 to have our floor replaced in our bathroom. When we picked up the camper, the worker had left all the mess from the repair in the camper. Owner would not knock off for cleaning or have it cleaned. Once we got home and cleaned it out we found cigarettes butts in the floor and pee in the toilet, not flushed. We have never used the toilet in our camper so this was not from us. Would not recommend using this dealer for repairs.

If you re looking to buy a rv go see Tolita she is awesome! My husband and I had certain features that each of us were looking for and to add to our shopping day it was raining. The rain didn t stop Tolita from going above and beyond in helping us find the right fit for our needs. She had the most patience (we looked at the same rvs over and over before making a decision). She didn t rush us and even brought us an umbrella . Thanks so much again for your help and hospitality Tolita. We will be back in the future as our adventures grow and we get used to the rv life.

Left there with a bad taste in our mouth. The girl was not welcoming at all, she was there with her kids and I m sure she was more worried about that. She showed us a couple of rvs but she was not knowledgeable at all. We left there and didn t look back I would honestly pass this place there is no professionalism.

The service was friendly as expected for a small town rv dealer, however pretty disappointed in their parts pricing. I was getting ready to leave on vacation when my 50amp rv cord burned up as we were loading up the truck. Needed a replacement quick so our pets wouldnt overheat while we're gone. It was either the 40 minute drive here, or an hour drive to Byron, so thought I would shop local and give this place a shot to minimize the delay in my trip. With something as simple as a power cord, of course they had what I needed, though no prices on many things. Took it to the counter knowing I was going to pay the convenience tax of getting my hands on what I needed when i needed it at an in town retailer. Gentleman told me retails around $290 but that he could bring it down to $250 so at first I felt I was getting a deal. After getting back home I decided to check the actual price and I just should of saved myself the hurt and shouldn't have. The same 50amp rv cord sells for $100 less than what I paid at a handful of other retailers. Instead of having an economical parts spot I can head out to for various parts, I'll almost always order online when I can.

I had an issue on 16 that just happened to be at this exit. The people here were very helpful. They had the parts I needed. I was back on the road in a few minutes.

We are first time purchasers of a travel trailer. From the very beginning, Jessica was extremely helpful when it came to my many questions. We were able to correspond via text which was very convenient for me. There was absolutely no pushiness or stress. We explained what we wanted to spend and her team was able to get us exactly where we wanted to be. They were also very flexible on a pickup time for us due to our rigorous work schedules. She offered to stay late to ensure everything worked for our schedule. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and will certainly return for any future purchases!

My husband and I just traded our camper for a lighter model at Florida RVIn Dublin and I couldn t be happier with the customer service.There s a very nice young woman named Jessica that was very accommodatingwith all our needs and I can t say enough about the entire staff at Florida RV,I would recommend them if you re looking to buy a new camper or trade yourold one. I wish I can give this business a million stars. We blew a tire on our RV in the middle of the interstate on a Sunday. We didn't have a spare and was in trouble.Florida RV is closed on a Sunday but the owner and his wife came in on their Sunday afternoon, sold us a tire, let us borrow a jack then proceeded to stay two more hours to replace all the tires for us. Amazing people, wonderful customer service, reasonable pricing. Thank you so so much!

Very friendly place to shop. Jessica was super special to deal with. She was very accommodating . We didn't have to haggle over price or product. We are really happy with our purchase of a new travel trailer.

Great customer service! I blew a tire on 441 and my spare was . Seasoned! They got me set up with two new tires, mounted , balanced and installed quickly! Thank you guys! I will definitely let other RV rs know about you!

If you want to make the biggest mistake of your life buy a camper from these people. They care zero about customer service. They are just in it for the sale, once that sale is over you can officially say you have screwed yourself. Camping is great I do not regret buying my camper only regret is buying it from these people.Since you responded to me: Yes it s true your service dept did contact me back after they hung up the first time. They just picked the phone up and put it back down. And yes I understand they are busy as well they should be super busy with the hunks of junk y all sell. 2017 camper the roof leaks toilet leaks seals are bad around the windows and outside storage and the hot water heater does not work. I understand things go bad but in a 2017 model camper and all of that?

Awesome sales and parts associates. The purchase process was different but nearly effortless. The inventory and selection made the purchase of what I was looking for easier. I highly recommend this dealership and staff. Also, the guys in the service and repair department were so knowledgeable and eager to attend to my concerns. All around awesome experience......

Wide variety of used RV's on site. Best prices in town. Great, attentive service. Very personable and answered all our questions. No sales pitch or pressure. Will definitely continue to check in until we find the RV that's the right fit for our family.

Out of state buyers, really depend on accuracy and integrity of add and the person you talk to. We flew in from California to buy this motorhome. Staff is excellent and the motorhome was as nice as advertised. We are on our 2 day driving it back will make Amarillo today.Florida rv is a great place to buy

I recommend anyone who s looking to buy a rv to go here. The people are very friendly! I ve never been treated so well. They explained everything and checked everything before I left to make sure everything was working. They answered every question without any hesitation. They treat you more like family than a customer. I wouldn t ever go any where else this is the place to go if you want to be treated with kindness an respect. An there campers are in great shape!! Thanks a lot y all are great people an I will recommend y all to anyone.

Last week i drove 45 minutes each way to purchase several different parts for a camper I'm restoring. The gentlemen in the store had seemingly no background or knowledge of rvs, or interest in helping me. I was ready to spend some money there too. There was also a large pile of dog poop smack in the middle of a very small retail space. The guy then gave the excuse that someone's dog had come in and pooped...yesterday...and it was still there, near closing of the following day. I would never do business with these people and they don't seem to care one way or the other. Waste of time and gas money, and here i was trying to skip Amazon and support a small, local operation.

I contacted Florida RV's after being referred by Interstate Batteries, since they were an authorized Interstate dealer. I was looking for a deep cell 6v RV battery over 200 amp hours. I spoke with Bill on the phone on Friday the 12th, who said they had 2 GC2 Extremes at 225 amp hours in stock at $150 or they could order others from Interstate to arrive within 2 weeks. I came to see what they had on Saturday the 13th. We got there just after 10am, and the overhead doors and normal doors were all wide open, with other customers waiting, but there was no one in the store. After about 10 minutes, found an employee, Michael outside at the back of the property. After another 15 minute wait, I looked at the batteries in stock and they were taller than I expected, so I needed to go back home to measure my space before buying since he said they don't do exchanges. I measured once I got home, and the GC2 wasn't going to fit (just over 11"), so I would need another model, most likely the standard deep cycle, which is shorter. Michael called back, and said they didn't have anything that would work. I didn't understand since I was just looking for a deep cycle Interstate battery for an RV at an authorized Interstate dealer, and also an RV store, who already told me on the phone they could help. So I called back and spoke to a woman (don't remember name but very nice), who said she would have Robert, the owner give me a call as soon as he was finished with a customer. Just a couple minutes later, I got a call from the employee, Michael, saying "I told you we didn't have the battery, and can't get any for you. The owner is not here and not coming back today. Bill ( the employee I originally spoke with on the phone) doesn't know what he's talking about and doesn't even work in parts. If you want something else, go to auto zone, and to stop being a crazy person and don't call here again after I already told you we can't help you." I had called one time since Michael told me he couldn't help me, and that was to speak to the owner. This is not how you do business, and not how you represent Interstate Batteries. I have never had an experience like this with something that should have been so simple. I have very rarely, if ever left a negative review since I understand it can affect small businesses, but in this case I strongly believe it is warranted. I ended up still purchasing the GC2 Extremes from another dealer, after they took the time to help and answer my questions.

We went to alot of big RV dealers but our search ended in Douglasville Ga. Don't let their small size fool you they had exactly what we had been looking for. We enjoyed the family atmosphere and all the great service.

I have no complaints what so ever, this was a great place to purchase a pull behind camper! We've been to several outlets and the customer service has never been as good as it was at Florida Rv in Dublin Ga. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family anytime!!!

The team at Florida RV's were more like superheroes to us. When our motorhome broke down on our way to Tybee it wasn't the start of our bad luck streak, but I was so glad we were towed to them. Not only did they give us a terrific deal on our trade, but they treated us like we were family! It might be a bit of a drive from where we live, but I 100% reccomend them to everyone that asks us about our new toy hauler!

Robert and the ladies at Florida RV went above and beyond when my husband & I called them in a panic, as our trailer blew a hub. I highly recommend them. Their customer service was how customer service should be. Thank you again!

Website absolutely positively sucks. Hard to navigate. Probably so you have to call and talk to a high pressure used car salesman.
