Got a flat on the drive from Hilton Head to Atlanta. Had the car towed to one place that didn t have the right tire. Next we tried Duncan. They found nails in a second tire so we had all 4 replaced. In and out in less than an hour. Great service!

Today my husband and I were on our way back from Savannah and when we got to the Dublin exit we pulled into Burger King for a short break and a burger. When my husband returned to the van we found our back right tire was not only flat it was coming apart!! These tires only had 11,000 on them and they were guaranteed for 50,000. Anyway I called Duncan and talked to a very nice man (Travis) and told him our story. He sent Seth (very nice young man) out to help. Seth came, removed what was left of our tire, went back to their shop, put the new tire on our rim, returned to us and put the tire on and also checked the air in our other tires to make sure they were ok. All of this took about a little less than an hour. The price was very reasonable and we were off and on our way back home to Monroe. THANK YOU TRAVIS AND SETH.

I have to honestly say that as a patron of Duncan Tire Co. for over 13 years I've never been dissatisfied with the quality of service they provide. Sometimes a little pricey but then on the other hand it's said "you get what you pay for", Which again is "quality service". Thanks Duncan Tire Co.

Came to get tire patched. Told it would take 15-20 minutes. Sat in check in spot for 40 minutes and then left with no service completed. No one talked to me since my arrival.Instead I got the tire repaired quicker and cheaper by thier competitor.

Quick, friendly service. I stopped by on my lunch break because my tire pressure sensor had been on for a few days. They promptly checked all my tires and pumped them up for me at no charge.

I am recovering from bad experiences with car dealerships doing my maintenance. Duncan has people with common sense and not afraid of using common sense. I will be using them for all vehicle maintenance that they do. Keep it up.

Came in with dashboard lights. They diagnosed the problem for free and told me truck needed to go to the Ford dealership. Honesty and quick service are their strengths..

I came to get new tires put on. Asked them to put a patch in and they told me I never asked. Then they broke my tailgate and told me they couldn t fix it unless I paid 89.95 for the part. Charged me 189.95 for everything. This place sucks bad. Don t go here, they WILL screw you over
