My mom don't want say nothing cause some retaliate. But I wanted say something. Hopefully God forbid it don't make it worse. But she haven't had good experience. I was raise treat others how you want be treated. I want be treat good. So that what we do our best to do be nice and helpful if we can. It been very hard on my mom not having her vehicle. She got back her car engine light still was on. She never had that happen. She gets her car fix. It's fix no engine light still on or no problems after it fixed cause they made sure it right before release car back to customer or I should say her. It never takes 2 months or more to fix it. Whenever part comes in I don't see how come her vehicle or any other customer vehicle isn't priority since her or whoever customer is been waiting so long like 2 months or so. She needs gets back her vehicle and be able get around and pick me up from school from my after school events, appointments and etc. She feels she being brushed to side she's not important as a customer in there eyes. That is how she feels. She shouldn't feel that way no customer should.Right right wrong is wrong. She talk to me bout taking care things this year next year or by end next year getting 2nd vehicle but more more she like it makes her change her mind try get 2nd vehicle from here cause her experience haven't been good. She like lot her coworkers and other people even my bf parents don't understand the wait it like they getting from overseas but was told it come from another state. Some was telling her it's possible it takes while. But I just want say it pays give good customer service and pays make sure all t is cross meaning make sure everything been done fix car before give back to any customer. Make sure vehicle is right. Good Keep customer informed even if no news. My mom said customers are anyone walk in door of any business .and pays to see them as family. I hope she gets a car soon been way too long and hope they did right thing it's fix really fix everything been checked To ensure car is fine. I hope they start take pain with every customer I hope when part finally comes in they make it priority to go ahead put part on make sure no lights still on like engine light make sure drive good. Good customer service goes a long way. I don't see no harm going way beyond for customer any customer.

Sent my wife in for an oil change on her Maxima and she fell in love with her new Pathfinder on the show room floor. In our 28 years of marriage we have owned a total of 6 different Nissan vehicles. This was by far the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever made. Thanks Dublin Nissan sales team.

I made an appointment for an oil change. They began working on my vehicle on time and kept me informed during the entire process. My vehicle was cleaned thoroughly. I waited comfortably in the waiting area with television and snacks. The wait was shorter than expected. I'll be back in 5,000 miles.

Horrible experience...waste of half a day. Offered cash for the Tahoe the GM has been driving, but they didn't seem to need the sale. Business must be great selling overpriced cars.

I needed a transmission for My Rogue and I was very uneasy/nervous and skeptical about calling Nissan Dealership to price and purchase it, due to most dealerships are extremely expensive!!.But...I went against my better judgement and called them and WOW!!!.. I was glad I did because I spoke to a very kind, heartwarming and understanding Man name Dewayne I explained my situation to him and immediately he gave me a discount/deal the Best to his ability.I took the deal and a couple of days my Rogue was completed with the transmission process. IT drives so good!!! My advice to whomever reading this and have issues with Nissan Dealership prices ,from hear say, .. Call Them for Yourself.. Dewayne kept me in the know and answered All My questions like a professional..He did his job and was honest with me about whatever I asked him..As far as I am concerned... Dewayne is the Man!!!..He gets the job done and doesn't dragg his feet.He said my rogue would be ready in a couple of days and it was! .. THANK YOU Dewayne!!!.. YOU deserve a Raise! .. I AM satisfied!!!!!!

Ms. Henrietta Williams and the other sales staff were very helpful and informative. Then entire purchase was pleasant and timely. From the test drive to completing the paperwork with Al Johnson the finance manager, the entire staff made sure all of our needs were met. Highly recommend this dealership for your car buying needs.

I went in to see why my car was making weird noises and the technician that was speaking to me was rude as hell. You could hear the rudeness and attitude everytime he spoke to me. Y all should not have someone that has to talk to people there if they are gone have piss poor attitudes. Do better

Awesome! Jason is always such a pleasure to work with! It's nice to know that when I go in there in need of the service department there is someone who knows and remembers me. Being a mechanic myself and having worked in places where women are often spoken to like they don't know anything about cars or are taken advantage of, I can always rest assured that not only has that never happened to me at Dublin Nissan Service Center, it won't!

STEER CLEAR of this dealership. They will only Trash your car.After having our car for nearly 3 (THREE) Weeks they never even bothered to put it in the shop to do diagnostics. One of the worst parts is one of the shop guys LIED to me and told me that they had and come up with a bogus diagnosis. When I called the service department back to discuss the details of said diagnosis that is when I found out that they hadn't even bothered to touch the car in 3 (Three) Weeks. I told them to forget it that I would just come after it. The only thing they managed to do to the car is pile trash around it.Picked it up and carried it to a reliable Nissan dealer and they had it diagnosed and fixed in a week.

Customer service for services was soo great. Mr Dwayne I believe that is his name made sure to get my oil change on time and ready to be out of the building by the time my appointment was done. He had Mr.Sam the driver take me to my appointment and pick me up after my appointment at the VA hospital. Mr Sam was a very safe driver and I felt really relaxed with him. I will be back because I refuse to get my oil change any where else. It is worth the hour drive because I feel appreciated and welcomed by all the staff. Everyone is friendly and accommodating

This place charged over $1600.00 to fix my husband's truck. The next day it will not start and they want to charge more labor after doing a diagnostic test. This is not right. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Jason in service was beyond expectation in customer service! He helped me with a vehicle that was recently purchased from another (Problem) dealership out of state with complete courtesy and respect. I would do business with Dublin Nissan simply because of him. As far as I can tell the repair was completed correctly and all is good.

My own personal dealings with this dealership is a good one. That is because I have all my faculties and can make a deal that is good for me and them. BUT...I AM HOPPING MAD AND SO ANGRY THAT THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY MOTHER WHO HAS THE EARLY STAGES OF DEMENTIA!! Without mine or my sister's knowledge our mom went to get an oil change on her vehicle. While hers was being worked on. Temporary Issue. She was pressured beyond measure! She, with her limited mindset, thought she would ask of they leased vehicles. Now, she just asked if they leased and if it was affordable. By the time all was said and done they presented her with paperwork and she had bought a vehicle for $40k! She only owed $3k on her own car! We fou d this out two days later by asking to look at her paperwork! When we looked into it her vehicle was already sold. Now she's stuck with a four year old Buick Invision at a cost of $40k and all the payments that come with it! Car salesmen or women that are this scrupulous and greedy, without God's forgiveness in the end, have a very special place in you know where! Rant over but still HOT!!!

This location is fantastic! Always greeted with a warm, friendly hello and the facility is always clean! The service department is the best! They re honest and actually ask me about my car s history. They do not try and oversell what my car needs. I plan on driving this vehicle as long as I can and I trust this service department will help me do that.

Bought a used 2019 F150 from Dublin Nissan from the salesman Prince. The tailgate had some damage but upon purchase, they promised to replace the tailgate free of charge. The process was hassle-free and Prince maintained contact to make sure everything was settled. Highly recommend

Mr David, the gentleman that helped me with purchasing my new vehicle was outstanding. He was very informative of all the features the my car has and also spoke to me about the features of other modles as well. This is the 5th vehicle I have purchased from Dublin Nisson, and as usual, I have been amazed at how they helped me reach all my goals in my purchase. Scott and Dave worked tirelessly for a number of days, while I came to a decision, and never pressed me to be in a hurry. I genuinely like my new 2022 Chevy pickup and my wife loves her pathfinder. Even though the entire staff is very professional, they also understand small-town values and culture. I can't say enough good things about how well we have been treated, and as always, our next purchase will be at Dublin Nissan, Chevrolet.
