I took my car to Dorsey tire awhile back for an oil change and the guy who changed my oil broke my hood and so it wouldn't latch so i had to get someone to zip tie it closed for me and thankfully that has kept it closed but i took it back a couple weeks ago to get tires and a front end alignment and i did have an issue but i will say the lady in the office was very nice and worked it out but i had told them that if they had to open the hood for any reason to remember that they had to ziptie it back . I spent around $400 and left there only to have my hood fly up and shatter my windshield and break a piece off the front of the car so obviously it wasn t ziptied back. I was understandably upset so waited til i cooled down to call them and the lady acted completely unconcerned. Because it was an older car the insurance company wouldn t fix it and totaled it so now im without a car and out the almost $400 i spent fixing it!!! Needless to say i will NOT be using this place again and unfortunately wouldn t recommend it!!!

As soon as I spoke with Mollie at the service desk, I was impressed with the customer service. Then when the tires were installed on my vehicle, I had the opportunity to speak with the installer. He was friendly and answered my questions very politely. I also spoke with the service writer who also showed good customer service. Getting tires can be stressful, but Dorsey s employees were all pleasant and made a real positive impact. I will definitely go back for any tire services I need and recommend to friends and family. Thank you Dorsey Tire Co.!!

Yes, I am glad to share my continued appreciation for Dorsey Tire. As I am a returning customer, Ms. Amber and her technicians are always prompt to acknowledge my presence at the facility. Equally, with enthusiasm, I am immediately asked how can they be of service. This mannerism is always consistent. If ever something doesn't go just right, truly, without hesitation, they go the extra mile to remedy the situation. As a final note, leadership starts at the top. Ms Amber always seems to set the tone as a professional. Always satisfied. Thank you Dorsey Tire.

Great team of professionals to work with. The speed and time of repair was great. The only issue is they do not take cards after normal working hrs, this needs to be addressed. You guys are WONDERFUL!!! Keep up the great work.Leroy

Went there for a tire that was going flat on a brand new car. Took it elsewhere to no avail. Young guy at Dorsey found issue immediately. They put on spare and only charged $7.50. Highly recommended!!!

Went to leave the house yesterday morning and realized I had a flat tire. Changed the tire out with the spare and took the flat to Dorsey for a patch. After waiting for about ten minutes (there were a few customers being helped) they began work on my car.After patching the tire and balancing it, they swapped it out with my spare and even put my spare back in its place (which can be a pain in the butt on my model of car). I was there a total of about 1hr 5min....probably would have been even less time if they weren t so busy. A+...recommended.Btw, I think it was Caleb who was the main person working on my car (that s the name I recall anyway). He was very personable and professional.

We came in to get a wheel alignment and tire balance for our 2016 Class C motorhome and it was a good experience... They were honest about only needing the tire balance and not the alignment. If were in the area again and need this type of service, we will be returning here. Thank you!

Dorsey tire provides top notch service FAST! In all my years trucking, this is the fastest service I've EVER RECEIVED! Jamie was polite and really knew what he was doing. If you're in the Dublin area, make sure to give them a call for all you tire needs!

They were very professional and friendly. They replaced 6 trailer tires for us and we were there less than an hour. I wish we had known about this company before wasting a whole day at Love's. We will definitely bring all of our tire needs to them from this day forward.

I came in with a VERY LOW tire pressure, had already had it at another tire center in town R/B/Align, they DID NOT check my tire. So I was on my way to work, pulled in, they immediately took care of me, wasn't able to be patched & they showed while explaining why. I put a brand new tire, I will be getting a complete new set to finish all around. Curious, fast, awesome price, just all around great service, plus I felt very comfortable with them!! Thanks so much Dorsey Tire you now have a life long customer!!!

This was the BEST service that we have EVER experienced!!!!! My wife and I have been trucking 20+ years, and this was the most relaxed, informative,FAST and extremely professional from the time we made the call with 2 flats, where are you located, how much and how long....it just kept getting better, the guys doing the tire work were better than anyone across the U.S.! Price was extremely reasonable!!!! We will buy every tire that we can from this crew!!!!!

They have been great with multiple services including routine oil change and car check ups, tire and break pad changes. They have taken time to educate on options for different parts and have competitive prices. Very personable, friendly and thorough. Also, one of their best qualities (because no one is perfect) is being able to correct any possible errors without hesitation.

Dorsey always comes thru best price and quick service. I have used them for both tractor tires and for my Chevy pickup. In this day and age it s great to find a company that looks out for the little guy.

Thought I had an alignment problem but wasn t that. They didn t try to fix something that didn t need fixing and charge me for it. Great atmosphere and great workers. Will return again

I needed new tires on my old Bronco, I was planning on getting prices at a couple of places first. I stopped in Dorsey tire co. Just to get prices, the young lady at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. She showed me several types of tires to choose from, and all was at a very reasonable price. My experience at Dorsey lead me to do business with them right then. I had no reason to check with any other tire co. The young man that installed my new tires was a very nice young man and a pleasure to talk to. The people at Dorsey are very nice, knowledgeable and very helpful. I will return in the future when needed and will recommend them to anyone. Im sorry i reference to the young lady and young man without a name but im bad at remembering names Sorry... Dorsey tire is number 1 in my book. I recommend you to stop by before going anywhere else..

Thank you Dorsey Tire for getting me safely home! Sometimes you get what you pay for: my "free" repair from Discount Tire for a flat on my Tesla Model 3 failed within 10 days. I happily paid Dorsey Tire in Dublin to fix it while on a long road trip. 1,000 miles later I'm back home and the tire is still fine!

Nicole, Elijah and Lee are THE BEST in Customer Care and Customer Service. We were traveling g with 30' camper and had just had new tires installed on 2920 Chevy Silverado Duramax. Had a vibration that made my teeth rattle. Called Nicole, arrived and met Elijah and Lee. All 3 were the best in customer service that I've seen in a long long time. Thank you DORSEY TIRE !!!

Not from the area and needed a new tire quick. Called that morning and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. Whole process took only 30 minutes. Quick and efficient work

Can't really knock a shop on THEIR prices, but this shop isn't the cheapest. Quoted me $2888 on a job the Freightliner dealership quoted me $1375 for. Asked the woman why so much, she stated I have a "special" type of truck and it will 10hrs to do the work.She told me if I had a "Freightliner" the work would've been cheaper. I replied with, 'well ma'am I do have a Freightliner.'She said, 'no sir you have a Cascadia.'My reply to that was, "ooooooh. That's makes sense now. I'll be there in the morning to pick up my truck ma'am.' Not only that, they charged me to diagnose my truck when they never even looked at it. Guess they didn't notice the dash cam in the truck... They use to do ALL of my work, but not anymore.
