Above and beyond! Repair was done quickly and the quality of work was well above par! Staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. I received status updates throughout the entire repair process. I will be using Butch s for all of my future body repair needs and will recommend them to anyone looking for a great body shop! Great job and a big thank you to the whole team!

Definitely hands down the best body shop around in my opinion. The customer service is TOP NOTCH. Started out by going out for them to inspect the damages and when I say they inspected it they did that with fine detail. I decided to go with them and had a date set. Unfortunately we had to reschedule but it wasn t there fault. It was due to parts being delayed for other customers. No big deal fast forward to being able to drop it off. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and meet you with a smile as you entered. Mrs. Smith also answered any questions I had along with Mr. Bernard he keep me updated during the repair process and then some. They fixed the damages and they did it right with no short cuts. Beyond satisfied with this business. They exceeded my expectations by a long shot. They will forever have my business. We had to have our side mirror repaired after a minor mishap. The cost was affordable, and we were very pleased with the repair. We will definitely use them again if we ever need auto repair work done.

RCI made my life so much easier after my accident. Provided me with a rental car, and the job done on my car was impeccable. Delivered my car clean. And done so in a timely manner with superior work. I will certainly bring my other car up here and have it fixed as well. I will recommend RCI to anyone.

Butch and his team did a great job fixing and repainting my rear bumper. He handled the insurance headache and made sure I got my car back in great shape. Very nice people, doing top notch work, and very nice facilities. I would recommend to anyone.

Thanks to Mrs. Elizabeth for keeping me up to date on the progress of my pickup she is a very sweet lady.anputting. If you need any body work on your vehicle, I definitely recommend Butch's Body Shop. The lady at the front desk was kind and professional. When I brought my car to the shop I needed a ride back home, Chad (one of the guys in the shop)gave me a ride. I would like to personally thank Chad for the ride to and from home. He was very pleasant.

Went to Butch's Body Shop on multiple occasions, Butch's created an estimate for my 2000 pickup. After receiving the estimate from State Farm they called me and said that they didn't work on anything older than a 2010. I feel like that is something that they should have known to begin with. 100% not the way to do business.

Not from Dublin, but went here when I hit a deer on my way into work. The deputy recommended Butch's and I'm glad he did. Not only they did a great job with my car, but I felt that Butch truly cared and treated me like family or a close friend. Very knowledgeable and isn't looking steal your last penny. Hopefully I won't hit another deer, but if I do I won't hesitate to take my car here again.

We hit a deer while on a long road trip and it messed up the front of our truck. We called Butch about 1 minute before closing and he offered to stay open to wait for us to get there so he could check the truck out and make sure it was safe to keep on driving. While we did get a little confused finding the place, Butch was incredibly nice and helpful and even did a couple quick fixes to keep things from flapping around.I would definitely recommend Butch to anyone in the area or just passing through!

While our truck came out very nice it did take some time to finish, the only thing that kept us calm was Elizabeth at the front desk, she called weekly even if there wasn't anything to report she would call just to say that, she is truly a gem and whatever they are paying her is not enough, if not for her we would have completely lost it.

Best body shop in the area. Honest people that treat you right and go out of their way to take care of your vehicle and make sure all work is done right. Butch Hampton the owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet.
