Not professional at all took Polaris ranger for switching off when put in drive got that fixed $2400.00 later it run for almost 2weeks and took it back because it switched off and started knocking they blame low oil. Tried to get a price to rebuild the motor and 6 months later they had the nerve to charge my wife another 116.00 for only the good Lord knows what. I have two John Deere tractor and one came from there before I took it back to a Blanchard dealership I would sell them for junkyard price and my advice to anyone that deals with these people beware they are crooks

Been using Cullen Equipment for years and continued when Blanchard took over. Today I bought a Z730M mower from Blanchard in Dublin. Always get the best service and assistance in Dublin. Mr. Dee handled the sale. I have bought from him before. He is great guy and has been for years. I always enjoy dealing with Mr. Dee over there. He is one of the main reasons that I will continue to use Blanchard in Dublin. Can t recommend them too highly.

I made an appointment a week ago for them to come and pick up my Ranger and take it to do the first ever service on it and then bring it home. I was told they would be here early this morning between 8-9am because I expressed concern about leaving my key in it due to thefts in our area. At 9:45Am my wife calls to tell me no one has shown up and she has to leave the house. I called and a lady said that due to the National gas shortage(I understand there s some mild panic from a select group of people but there s NOT a shortage. The majority of the stores in our area have gas and are doing business as usual) they would not be picking it up. When I asked why I wasn t notified and expressed my displeasure in the fact they would have had me leaving the key in the Ranger all day the lady simply responded, well sir I was going to send you a text in an unconcerned tone. . .45 MINUTES *****AFTER***** the LATEST time i was told!!! When I then asked well when could they get to it she responded with an attitude, well maybe the first of next week or so, we don t really know So THEN a couple hours later a young kid calls me FROM MY HOUSE and says he s there to get the Polaris, which I was willing to let him get even though I wasn t told plans had changed. When I told him that I was told they weren t doing pick up and delivery right now he huffed and said, WELL WE ARE GOING TO DO THESE FEW . So I asked when would they bring it back he responded he really didn t know???? . . . .WHAT???!!!! I mean this evening, tomorrow, next week, next month, next year. . . .????!!!! When I pressed him for a time frame and asked would it at least be by tomorrow afternoon he very lazily responded, maybe,maybe not . . Well sir I m not sending you off with a $19,000 machine with no idea when, or judging by the way your acting, even IF it s going to be brought back! I told him MAYBE, MAYBE NOT & NO CLUE didn t work for me and I d just wait. So much unprofessional conduct and bad attitude just in this one days interaction with these 2 employees that I m VERY thankful that I drove 4.5 hours to buy my Polaris Ranger. Sad thing is I vaguely, though not personally, through family know the man that used to own this place and by all accounts is a good man. Matter of fact I purchased a Polaris 4 wheeler from him around 22-23 years ago there when it was called something else. WONT be buying anything from these jokers though you can believe that!! Guess I ll be learning to do the service on it myself if I can t find anyone else local to do it

Casey in the service department is great to work with. She helped unload our ATV and got us a price on fixing the machine. Service was prompt and she went above and beyond to let me know my options on the repair. Ask for Casey.

I've been a John Deere customer for over 30 years. Wanting to go from Kubota to jd, tried to trade with the local JD dealer in Tennille. No go. John at Blanchard Dublin made it happen! As a matter of fact, day of delivery let me know he made an even better deal than we had spoke of. Thank you John. I will certainly purchase my additional JD products from him.

Great place to buy a tractor had the best price I could find. Purchased a ATV from there a few years back got great service then. Will be purchasing a tractor soon.

I took my Ranger in because it wouldn't crank, still under warranty, purchased from them. After two months, Blake says the warranty won't cover it because the motor is blown. I go pick it up and they inform me I owe $550 for labor. So we load up a torn up Ranger, take it straight to someone else and they fix it for $630, nothing to do with the motor. You make your own decision, but save yourself the trouble if you own a Polaris and make the drive to Tifton for service.

Purchased a tractor and a Gator. John Ringer is an excellent salesman and the service after the sale has been above and beyond what I expected. He beat the next closest Deere dealer by over $2000 on the tractor price.

Did not call with est.like were ask to said they could fix for about 565.00 ended up being 881.00 then just a 30 day part warranty went to get it pick up they didn't even offer to help load don't know that I will use them again on my Polaris .told us its fixed but in report they give said it still needed apart but would recommend buying aftermarket an for me to put it on

I was charged $778.38 to change a leaking hydraulic line (Part # 199571) and do an oil change on my John Deere 5525! At these prices, I can't afford to use them again.

After 3 x of this place attempting to fix my 4 wheeler. It is only been broke worse. I haven t been able to drive it for more than an hour. It s cost over 3 grand and it s still broke
