They did a check on the engine computer and found that a coil pack was going bad so I drove to Hilton Head Toyota and got it fixed

I was making my way through town but I had some car trouble. The employee was able to check my engine code, suggest a part replacement, and loan me the tools I needed to quickly get it installed. Above average service and a very clean store.

As soon as I walked in, everyone was so helpful, young lady helped me, I can t remember her name, but she put my battery in and held a great conversation with me while she did it. I ll be going here for my future needs

Tiffany at the Dublin store managed by Randall Green gave me curbside service. I needed a new battery and they took care of me in less than 15 minutes. This is a store I will recommend to everyone. Thanks for friendly efficiency service.Rev David R Mimbs (Randy)

I'm from Jacksonville Florida on my way to see my parents my tire blew out I have to pull in to O'Reilly's which happened to be next to AutoZone the people at AutoZone particularly a nice gentleman named Steve came out and help me change my tire what a blessing for someone who is not in her home state to be taken care of so fast and so friendly thank you so much AutoZone

I feel like it s 1940 s and I have received the finest service available with AutoZone in Dublin. I am on my way back home( after very traumatic family funeral) and my truck died so I prayed then coasted into the Auto Zone. I have never received such kind, quick and thoughtful service from any company much less a auto parts store!!! Daniel Headrick , manager saw my distress and started working hard to get me going. I am stuck 2 1/2 hours away from any help with broken truck. Daniel along with Johnny Christopher, Johnny Cox and Marcus W are truly gentlemen who care for the safety of others. Daniel made the 40 mile (one way) trip to get me a fuel pump they didn t have in stock!!!If you desire to be treated like family and need help, go to Auto Zone here! Honesty, integrity and going way beyond the standard is the excellence with Auto Zone in Dublin! I will never forget their kindness ! Tricia Chancey

My go to store for auto maintenance needs. They usually have what I need in stock. Although sometimes they do not. In those instances they are more than willing to order it for me and I go to store and pick up. Great service and great employees. Don't hesitate to stop in if you have a warning light on, or your vehicle is slow to crank.

I'm absolutely overwhelmed with the hospitality if I can use the word bedside manners the staff here so above and beyond the Call of Duty I've seen them take care of other customers and veterans that are disabled as myself I value that that's why I keep coming back I truly enjoy being part of the AutoZone family keep up the good work sign Master guns Todd USMC retired

I went in side of this establishment on yesterday to purchase a battery. Not only where the workers there helpful but Nate put my. battery in for me great customer service I most definitely will be returning. Good work auto zone

Had a great experience had to get a diagnostic test. The test and the results were done in less than 10 minutes, the part required was a little less than a couple of other Auto parts stores in the area. Definitely will go there again.

I believe the gentleman's name is Jonathan. My 18 yr old son was stuck 3 blocks away on Halloween night 2:00 in the morning. We live in Douglasville. It was his alternator and his losing ground The man instead of selling us a bunch of stuff directly showed us the right parts to get that helped extremely. Please somebody up there think Jonathan for me and tell him if I ever come through town I'll stop in and see him just to buy a part from him He was so helpful
