Wrens have lived up to there excellent reputation once again! 5 star in my book. I would/ will recommend Wrens to everyone. Everyone is customer service driven. The very complex repairs were fixed right the first time! Always a stress-free experience. They are the premier repair shop for our family. Now our car looks new again. Thank you wrens! Also Enterprise is within walking distance. Two thumbs up

Dealing with a wrecked car and not knowing who to use is stressful, especially being new to the area. Wren's Body Shop was a great experience from start to finish.Samantha, the estimator, who took care of me from the beginning, kept me informed, up to date about the progress of repairs and made me feel at ease about everything. She's a true ASSET to Wren's, a professional, knowledgeable about the entire process and kept me informed.Wren's finished the repairs EARLIER than expected. Enterprise is located conveniently NEXT door, which made the experience of dealing with ALL that stuff you have to do when your car is in the shop, getting rental, dropping off my car and picking it up was made much easier!I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND Wren's to family, friends, and ANYONE who is in need of car repairs. Thank you to the whole team at Wren's! Your professionalism, customer service, kind and smiling faces, timely repairs and you made my car beautiful again!

Wren's is the best collision center in West Georgia. The team is knowledgeable, the repairs are superb, and the customer service comes second to none. Wonderful crew, service, and overall experience. Everything was done in a timely manner. Updates were sent regularly. Everyone was very warm and friendly! Absolutely no complaints! I felt like family, and I would recommend to everyone needing auto repair!

I am very pleased with this body shop they get an excellent job on my Audi A3 Quatro. They really made my car look like it was brand new. Wren s Body Shop is without a doubt the best place to take your vehicle for repairs. They are very professional, but they have a hometown feeling and they do excellent work and keep you informed of every process. I would definitely recommend them!

Wren's body shop always delivers excellent, awesome customer service, this is my 2nd time doing business with them, the 1st time with my son's car and then most recently mine. I was traveling overseas and still had an awesome experience.Thanks Britney and Dani for being such an awesome team, thanks to the rest of the office crew and the persons who worked behind the scene to ensure I had a pleasant experience, Wren's will always be my go to shop and I've recommended friends and family and they've always delivered.Oh I almost forgot, they kept me abreast of the entire process through frequent text messages and my car was completed ahead of the scheduled date. These guys are awesome! The lady who hit me has a cheap insurance company. The guys at wrens had a lot to deal with. And did a great job at doing it. My car looks amazing. Shout out to Joseph Hyatt and Brittany for everything!

The reason I gave this company this rating is because of terrible communication when it comes to rental cars and dealing with insurance companies. I was told my car would be complete but it was not complete. I had to keep a rental car for about 8 extras days which came up to about 780 dollars the rental car place wanted for me keeping the car. Wrens told me they would take care of it with the insurance company. No one took care of it and they made about 8000 from insurance off my car. I was misled and now enterprise has a hold with my name for about 800 dollar due to being misled from wrens auto body shop.The work to my car was excellent. The only things I didn t like was the black rubber part that goes around the door kept falling off and they never called me back to say they had the new one neither. I left it alone because I am pissed about being misled for about three different workers a wrens body shop.

This location was top-notched customer service was above and beyond expectations the repairs thus far have been completed correctly. And I received my car 4 days earlier than the estimated repair date completion. I would highly recommend Wren Body Shop in Douglasville.

I ve used Wrens before and enjoyed my experience. When needed, I went with them again! The process was delayed due to shipping but I understand that wasn t the body shops fault. There were some bumps in the road using the Carwise tracker and some updates not relayed until I called to check on my vehicle however, Jeff and Dana made sure to take care of me and had everything handled!

My car was hit in the rear left side passenger door by another car, leaving a sizable dent. Their insurance company referred me to three nearby dealerships and I went with Wren's. So glad I did. The car looks brand new and I can't even tell there was any damage. The price was reasonable and the car was fixed within a week and a half.

Excellent service. Excellent communication. I was able to quickly get my vehicle in for repairs, and even though it took longer than expected, they communicated and kept me well informed. My damage was due to an accident that wasn t my fault, so insurance handled payment. Seamless communication between insurance and Wren s. Top notch repair shop and if I ever need work done to a vehicle again, I would not hesitate to use them.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

The repair shop was great and if I had to pay out of pocket for what I had done it was affordable. And the staff was great especially Dana she was amazing everyone was welcoming. And the reason why I gave 4 stars is because of the way I seen the tire guy driving my vehicle if I don't drive it like that I definitely don't want to see anyone else do it. And don't get it wrong he is a great tire mechanic so not all is bad and he apologized. Thanks for the great service and work.
