Not just once, but three times now. I got to get a tire changed, just one. I have the wheel and tire seperate, I get there at 5:30-6, they have maybe one to no cars there. They reject me. I have a SINGLE tire. That s it s. It s not stretched, low profile, big, it s a regular normal commuter tire. I called 5 times to try and even see if they were able to take it before I waste my time and drive there, no answer. Go somewhere else.

The WORST Sevice ever! This crew is so disorganized. They goof off, talking more than working and so unprofessional by talking badly about customers and other coworkers. The dark skin black girl is very unfriendly, rude, and has a bad attitude. I asked her for help specifically after waiting for 15 mins after they finished with my oil change and she just ignored me and walked passed me, not willing to direct me how to pay for my car. My car was basically sitting in the parking lot after receiving a notification my car was ready. No one came to help me when they saw me standing at the register. Both employees hid out in the back room when they kept peaking out and saw me there they still refused to help me until I used the call for help button, then they reluctantly came out and had my papers laying on the table disorganized, staple less. The dark skin guy with dreads cut me off midsentence in a conversation about my car to berate another customer. Just so unprofessional. The other ppl working there see what is going on and watched. They just as bad, they didn t bother to provide any help or assistance to ppl knowing it was my first time. Def driving to Hiram next time or they need to change the team

Approximately a month ago, I was due to have my tires replaced. I visited the Walmart Auto Care center at that time, only to be informed that they had not received the tires. Consequently, I re-ordered the tires, but each time I visited the auto care center during their operational hours, they were inexplicably closed.Yesterday, I initiated a chat with a representative named Jeffrey to request the cancellation of my initial tire order. This order was supposed to have been cancelled already, but it appears to be stuck in a 'delayed' status, preventing any action from being taken. Despite this, I am still being charged for tires that were never installed and will not be installed.It is worth noting that I was due to have the re-ordered tires installed over a week ago, but the Walmart Auto Care center has consistently failed to fulfill their responsibilities. Today, I find myself stranded on the side of the road due to a tire blowout while en route to drop my daughter off at school.Despite the posted operating hours of the Walmart Auto Care center being 7am - 11pm, I have visited multiple times after work, around 5:30-6:30 pm, which coincides with the time my appointment was scheduled online, only to find them closed.The customer service I have received, both over the phone and via text chat, has been subpar and discourteous. When I queried Jeffrey in the text chat about whether I would continue to be charged if the order never exited its 'delayed' status, his response was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of offering further assistance, he abruptly ended the chat.In summary, my experience with Walmart Auto Care has been extremely unsatisfactory, and I would rate their customer service a 1 out of 10. This has been a profoundly disappointing experience.

I don't even want to give one star. DO NOT GO HERE! I have to go up there today and talk to a manager.So I came for an oil change on aug 21 2023. Kinda showed my butt and cried in the waiting area because it took 2 hours. I had to pay $30 for after school because i was late for carpool. Well they didn't even change my oil apparently and they put the car back together wrong and my car could have blew up. Missing a seal and bolts to my car. Which i just got new! I had to do my own oil and filter change on the side of the road in 90� heat with my kids in the car an hour later.It ended up being "free" according to Chris that's who helped me. It was free because they wasted my time and didnt even do what i needed done after 2 hours of waiting. I want those other 2 peoples job who worked on my car a girl and a boy.I am getting a lawyer. I cannot believe this happened to me. I have pictures ! They also told me they were going to put the wrong oil in my car after I said that's not what my car needs.

They don't answer the phone. After calling several times they answered and laid the phone down saying they would be right back, then never returned. When I called back and someone finally answered again, they went to check if they had my tires, then I was disconnected. But they've made it impossible to schedule online like other stores, so you have to play these games. I won't be back.

They have horrible customer service. I pulled up to get a tire change someone came up to me and told me to park and they will be right out. They never came. I just left. Please have better communication to what you would like the customer to do in order to get service. I will not be going there again.

I sat for 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. When I arrived they said it would be an hour and a half. The whole time I sat there they only moved 1 car. Then they put the chain across the bay area like they were about to go to lunch, so I left without my oil change because there were still 4 cars in front of me. Horrible Service. So I went to Valvoline Oil Service, was in an out in 15 minutes. Go figure. Will never waist my time at Walmart Service Center again.

I was traveling from out of state and needed a battery for my vehicle installed. It appeared as they were busy with oil changes. However, my battery was installed by the manager Chris, very quickly. I will return, whenever I'm in this area again.

The new staff is very rude. I sat and waited for someone to service me and no one came to check me in or find out what I needed in the car center line. Please hire more professional individuals that are willing to do the job properly. I will not be returning to this automotive center.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Went for a oil change and the assistant manager that's been working here for 4 months doesn't know how to update car details on the system. I waited 30 minutes for this guy to find someone that could update the system and he came back with no help. Stated that he needed to call some hotline for help and that it would take a hour. Dude was patronizing me the entire time too. Overall terrible experience and I left without an oil change. Get this assistant manager some training and a backbone. Try the Villa Rica walmart instead, they'll get you right.

They told us they could not put on tires we bought through them with out us setting up am appointment online...problem is there IS no way of setting up an appointment on line...waste of time...we may have spent double a tire to get them put on but Discount Tire took good care of us...and Walmart lost a customer.

Great job, Ray! They actually answered the phone and gave me a great quote on replacing my old tires and putting my new tires on with a free lifetime rotation and balance while quoting me a very reasonable price on tire replacement plus achieved my concern on buying a new battery and even set an appointment to have all these items installed for Saturday at 1 pm. They have earned my money all by actually answering the phone and caring about my multiple concerns!Highly recommended!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! Called in advance to see if they had a tire we needed in stock. They said they did and we told them we were on our way, took us 15 minutes to get there. Get there, didn't even get acknowledged for almost 45 minutes! Then they say they aren't doing anymore services after 5pm. At this point it was only about 4:12pm and they're open until 6pm?! There's only one car there to be serviced (which was behind us) but employees are too busy chit chatting to get things done. They act like it's a problem to do the job they get paid to do! We will not waste our money here again. Look at their other ratings. Speaks volumes.

It was pouring down rain, I asked if I could park in the spaces by the door, they said yes. They didn't tell me they were about to close. So I had to walk in a severe storm, around half the store to get back to my car.Their website and store sign says they close at 7, they were closed and locked up before 4.Also...Store manager refuses to be available for customer assistance. No other managers available either. Employees that could be found were absolutely no help at all. I get everywhere needs help and things are crazy now, but this store is horrible beyond all that.

Slow sluggish service. A proper manager is needed to supervise the technicians. A lot of standing around and no movement.. I watched a simple oil change take almost an hour. Got here at 9am for an oil change with 2 cars in front wanting the same oil change. Currently 12pm. Still waiting. Guess what, everyone just left for a break. Never coming back here. Not worth the wait.

I don't like to give a bad review but I give honest reviews so in saying that... I bought my own oil in for a oil change since the shop doesn't use standard the type that works best in my vehicle, which is something that I have done before. They were supposed to charge $28.88 standard oil change(includes $2.23 filter and labor) instead they charged me $35.88 and deducted $9.25 leaving me paying almost full price as a standard change.

This Walmart I stopped going to it, I call it ghetto mart. Go to a different Walmart or just shop at Target. And the grocery pickup here is insane, it took them over an hour to bring my order and cars that came after me got their stuff before me but we all still waited for quite some time and to have 2 different associates come and ask me for my name and go back in the inside and no one still come with my groceries and then someone accidentally or mistakenly canceled my order but they somehow retrieved it after I got a text saying my order was picked up even though it wasn t picked up, but don t waste your time here, shop at more qualified stores with better service.

Horrible experience. I arrived at the auto center and was greeted by one of the "specialist". He took my info and told me that my service would be complete in an hour. He even went and verified it with the guy who would actually do the work. An hour and a half later I approached the counter to pay and they told me that they hadn't done any work on my vehicle and asked if I could come back the next day. I had been shopping for auto parts while in the store and I ended up leaving everything I was going to buy and walking out with no apology. I will make sure that I never go to this location again.

Ordered 4 tires, 2 were damaged so had to wait to receive them back. 2wks later I receive confirmation that the 4th tire arrived. They don't answer their phone so I went there in person. They only had TWO tires. The associate tells me that they canceled my order b/c I didn't pick my tires up . I feared this when I learned about the 2 damaged tires but was assured from a walmart.com CS Agent AND a mechanic in their Auto center. Pay the extra few dollars for peace of mind, Walmart isn't worth the headache and lack of professionalism.

Multiple terrible experiences.1) I waited 4 hours for an oil change that they said would take an hour.2) I got to the location 30 minutes before they opened. Was not greeted by anyone until 30 minutes after they were opened.3) I went to the store at 6:15pm for a replacement tire and they had the location closed up already. I went back the next morning at 6:30am & at 7:15am they still had not opened.The website says open 7am-7pmDouglasville walmart tire & lube express is the absolute WORST!

A waist of time, especially with sharon! sharon at the auto center is very rude and ugly (physically too). insensitive to the elderly. I will no longer spend money or time with this walmart EVER again. Thank you shanon for ruining my experience at walmart on thortan rd

These guys super tighten my lug nuts and when i needed to change my low beams they wont fix the issue they did. They will break yourstuff and say it wasnt them.Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

Get a call saying the tires we ordered are in so we drive to pick them up an have the rims put on. Get there the mechanic says appt only and cant do it today. Go inside the lady says it can be done by 3pm. Can clearly see the mechanic is upset after telling us not today. He come an tells is its gonna take til 6p to get it done. Come back at 6pm an they have not started yet. Took way too long to put 2 rims on 2 tires and the unprofessional behavior that was was displayed way completely unnecessary. Wont be back unless I have to settle for bottom of the barrel service.

I waited 3:1/2 hours for 2 tires, they simply left my car in the bay and forgot...all I got was an apology which means nothing to me...poor customer service, and they claim there were cars ahead of mine. I got there at 7:20 there was one car for an oil change only...I'm a senior and that treatment is inexcusable.

Called to inqure about hours, as the Website shows open. The FRONT MAIN Service Desk (NOT the Auto Center) WAS RUDE and very very short and failed to help. The auto centers are always friendly, but NOT THE MAIN SERVICE Desk. The Auto Center could help the service desk with their "attitude" by giving them "Customer Care" insight and training.

This location is always touch and go. Sometimes everything is great and other times you just wait and wait and wait! Just called at 7:10 and was told they re still waiting for the manager to get here to open the doors. If you open at 7 then open at 7, not 7:15 when it s convenient for you.
