Exceptional Service from Nile at Tire PlusNile at Tire Plus provided exceptional service when two other tire shops couldn't figure out my tire sensor issue. I have been going to Bob and the techs at Tires Plus for at least 15 years now! I totally trust the crew there to handle all of my cars preventive maintenance needs. They are always honest and fair with prices, and they go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Bob doesn't make you feel like a customer. I feel more like a family member when I go there! That's a rarity at businesses these days, so I highly recommend them for your car care needs!

I came in just for an oil change and after my service was complete was told by Joe I needed 3 of my tires replaced because the two front tires was smaller than the back and one of the back tires was splitting. I was confused because I had just gotten my two front tires replaced a few months ago and went back to the original place I had got it done. I asked if Joe could explain to me what size tires I needed and what size was already on my car and he just threw out some numbers and wouldn t explain to me what they meant or what I actually needed and I was trying to tell him what the other company was saying and he acted like he didn t know what I was talking about. Since I was confused He agreed to talk to them and he got on the phone with the other tire place and was acting like he didn t know why I put him on the phone with them and was trying to make it seem like I was crazy. He was no help at all with helping me resolve my issue with my tires and I felt like he just wanted me to pay for 3 brand new tires without explaining anything to me. I am a woman and feel like both tire places thought they could pull one over on me. I ended up getting my issue resolved and got two brand new tires put on from the other company but overall I felt like he was rude and didn t want to help me at all with getting this issue resolved. I cancelled my future appointment and will not step foot in tires plus again.

waited an hour an decided to just do it myself I shoulda asked how long it would take but assumed an oil change and tire rotation wouldn't take longer than 30 minutes on a Sunday morning I was wrong moral of the story, don't spend more money and time on a task that takes half an hour to do yourself

Awesome staff. I take all of my vehicles here for service and repairs that are beyond my knowledge. I went early Sunday morning. I thought I'd have to drop my vehicle off and come back. However, my vehicle was next, so I waited. It took them 20 minutes to get my vehicle in and about an hour to finish the work. They checked the vehicle out and recommended an oil change after they completed the work. There was no pressure to get anything else done. I watched TV as I waited. By the time I thought they would finish the job, they did. Awesome job. Thanks.

I had to go there because 5 Minute Oil Change didn't know what type of filter to use on my newer truck model. So, they sent me to Auto Zone to get what I needed and when I bought everything this tire shop was next door and I just turned into them and let them do the oil change. The men were nice and I was into and out.

Having dealt with many mechanics before, I have found my shop. I've been dealing with Bob and Tristan in order to get my 2007 Honda Fit good to go and I cannot say enough about the customer service and overall knowledge of this shop. I will continue bringing my cars to this location

I've been coming here for many years. Since the pandemic, services have been going down. I have been very disappointed since then and recently, my last service with be the end. I just felt not much effort was out into finding the issues after I explained what was happening and it was clear that I was able to her the noise but they couldn't. So I'll just go somewhere else that will look into it more and not rush. I just fell I don't get all the service that I request to be done. This comes from me having to notice it want done after I've paid my money and going back to let them know. I can go on but three strikes your out. This is one of the reason why I never buy tires from them.

Even though this is a small store this location does the best work in Douglasville. The Store Manager Bob is always in a good mood and makes you feel welcomed everytime. Great customer service. Friendly and very helpful.Tires Plus coming through again in a clutch. Got me in and out in an emergency in a couple hours with no appointment. Just GREAT!

Best customer service I ve received in a very long time. Came in with no appointment and was seen quickly. The gentleman at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart and makes you feel comfortable. Issue was diagnosed quickly and I was out the door. Happy for this experience the last tire shop I used was a nightmare.

What they quoted me and what I paid was over 100.00 more. My car was fixed so I was happy about that. Never happy about spending more money tho lol. They were nice and the place was clean. A clean auto repair place is always a win in my book!

What a joke. Went to them for ac repair and was told " we can't do it, it's just that season " like I'm unaware what season it is. That's not how you do customer service, If you're tired of doing air conditioning repairs on vehicles, then you probably shouldn't live in the south. Or should find another career to do for the season. Being condescending with your customers is not a good look for a larger company

Purchased a set of tires on yesterday (6/1/23). I drive to the Douglasville location because of the personal touch service that I have always received. Even getting air put in my tires was a delightful experience. Tristan, was my C/S Rep and he was so delightful. Another reason I drive all the way to this location is bcuz they don't try to sell me stuff I don't need. For good and over the top customer service, I'll go out of my way bcuz if I'm paying a hefty amount of money for a service, I need to be treated as such. I highly recommend this Ties Plus location for great work and customer service too.

They were great. Even though they told me they would have to squeeze me in my car was on the track within 15 minutes getting serviced and the even have me a discount due to the services I got which was a lifetime assignment, tire balance and four new tires. My devices were completed in about two hours.
