Good people. They have the best used tires I have ever seen. The used one are almost like new. So stop getting played buying them tire that you have to replace in a month. This is where it is at. Don't believe me go check them out yourself. I promise it is worth. And he just told me he warranty everything he sales. Can't beat that. New and used....

I was shopping for some new tires and my Google search pulled up Tireman Tires. I saw the positive reviews and the location was only 5 minutes away so I went there. When I arrived I noticed their sign said used tires . I was in the market for new tires, not old. But I thought it was worth a shot asking if they sold new tires anyways.I drive inside the lot and start to park, but it turned out that I accidentally blocked someone in front of me. (It s a crowded lot with a bunch of cars so I didn t notice someone was actually in it). Someone who worked there (employee?, owner?, not sure) motioned for me to back out which I did willfully. After letting that car out, I proceed to drive back in, but decided not to drive all the way in to the spot of the car I let out. That s because in front of both of us there were workers unloading a semi-, and assumed I could possibly be in the way if I drove in too close. So I leave about 8-10 feet just in case.As I m parking my car the same man that motioned for me to move my car back is walking in the direction of my car (not necessarily toward me as he looks busy unloading the semi with everyone else). I decide to open my car door and stick my head and shoulder out just enough to ask him if they sell new tires (because it doesn t make since for me to get out and go in if they only sell old tires). When I ask the question, I m still behind my car door with my body partially seated and the man is about 8-10 feet standing away from my vehicle. I say to him Excuse me sir, do you all sell new tires? he replies Some. What size do you need? I reply 225-55-17. He replies to that by asking again, What size do you need? I think to myself I know I just told him my tire size but, again, we are like ~10 feet apart so admittedly not the closest distance. I repeat myself 225-55-17 and he replies impolitely and harshly I m not coming to your car. Tell me what size you need and motions with his hand for me to come as though he s talking to some child. That was enough for me to leave right then.I m not sure who this person was but he was undeniably, inexcusably rude. Was he justified in asking me to come closer to him? Absolutely. I don t normally try to speak to someone from 10 feet away but between the semi being there, him looking busy, and it being unclear if they even sold new tires, it wasn t necessary until after I found out. However, was it necessary for him to rudely say I m not coming to your car and ask me my tire size after I already told him that exact information. Absolutely not.Based on the other reviews, I imagine the other employees there are professional and respectful. Perhaps if you decide to go to Tireman Tires you ll have better luck than I did in engaging with someone with some tact and decency. But if you re not one to gamble with the most basic level of customer service, then just avoid this place altogether.
