My car was here for more than 4 months only for Steve to tell me my car dorsnt start because I need a new key replacement. I towed my car to Honda Car Service dealership and was informed I didn't need a new key. I spent $180.00 for a key replacement due to FALSE INFORMATION. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND MONEY. UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND UNRELIABLE MECHANIC. Steve is like family to me, that being said I have to call a spade a spade.

First was introduced to this company by my father 4 years ago, bought my 2nd car that I've ever owned here and haven't regretted the decision. Steve(the owner) not only worked with my budget but made sure I got something reliable with little to no mechanical issues. I live about a hour away from Sangster Auto but if there is anything wrong with my car or if simple maintenance needs to be done I drive and let Steve handle it. Always treats me like family and will continue to buy new and used cars from him as long as I live in the Atlanta area. HIGHLY Recommend

Horrible customer service, unskilled mechanics, and patched up lemon cars.I came here to view a car I saw online and was assured that it only needed one part to be in near perfect running condition. This was a lie. After giving a deposit for the car, I found out it was a complete lemon. The engine needed major work and the owner did not want to refund my deposit.Stay very very far away from this place. If they screw you, it's your own fault because you've been warned about..

Bought a vehicle that apparently has another person and lien on it! Getting the run around vehicle bought here on May 3rd and still have no plate or title. No solution from this place who was given $5760.50 for a vehicle to without a lien and one that can be registered and titled! Still hasn t happened

Will Never Reconmend buying a car here i bought a car from them three weeks later it started messing up its been 45 days havent recieved my license plates or my tittle i will be suing these guys forsure my lawyer is on top of it all !! Im coming for my money back plus more !

Bought an Acura MDX engine had a crack in the block ended up having to replace the whole engine. Beware have a trusted mechanic fully inspect car before buying crack on block was covered up with epoxy glue.
