Sam is a very nice, kind man. He s quick and efficient. He does the job he needs to do with speedy service and great prices. Will definitely be coming back.

terrible customer service. started off just fine came for my emissions however my battery had died during the process. the man there was kind enough to give me a jumpstart TWICE so i could get going. my car has no hood strut it broke, and the man was aware of this from the start. the hood fell on his head, and he got pissed at ME like it was my fault and told me to leave. it was completely out of both of our control and he was rude and yelling for absolutely no reason. i understand his frustration but he took it out on me and did not apologize for his actions. i was nothing but kind and cooperative the whole time, and he had the nerve to tell me it was unacceptable as if i did it on purpose best believe i will not be returning he ever again and advise everyone to stay away. terrible service.

Most horrible experience I have ever had to go through. This man had the audacity of accusing me from the get go that I had put "chemicals inside my tank"- I've gone to him for over 5yrs to do my emissions test never had an exchange of words, drive up he tells me to step out of my vehicle I do he does his test, I pay, and see him the following year. Simple. A service is provided and he's paid. Today I drive up as per usual with my daughter I say good afternoon and he ignores my greeting and proceeds to tell me what I put in my tank. I ask what he means he tells me I put chemicals and advances to start the test and to tell me not to bring my car back to his shop. I tell him I've been out of town and my car has been untouched. To this he keeps accusing me which then I tell him that he doesn't know me and he's accusing me of something I didn't even know how possible. Please beware of this man he makes assumptions and had no interest in hearing you out. For $20 the embarrassment and the exchange is not worth it. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

It only took a few minutes to get my emission service done....which is great! My only complaint would be the customer service aspect. The gentleman that serviced my car was not the most friendly, but besides that, I was ae to get in and out pretty quickly, so that part was good.

I have always done my emissions tests at Sam s, my most recent experience Mr. West had everything flowing quickly and swiftly and just gave the best service.

I am a US Army Veteran and so is my son. I said that to say that we are not very sensitive when it comes to harsh criticism. However, both me and my son agreed that the service was very rude! He had an angry tone towards us, and even demanded that we don't come back to his establishment with a trailer in tow (after taking our money). He then failed us on the emissions check, for a gas cap. That same day, I refused to go back to him again, and got tested over again at another station where I passed. Something is not right with that business.

Very respectful and a very nice people here. So is the restaurant connected to it. The new construction on the road made it the new Berlin Wall of douglasville. Help out local businesses, this road is really killing their business.

I went to the emissions place closest to my house and they told me that they could not attach to my OBD. They said that I would have to manually lower it for them to service my vehicle. I have never had this issue before, so I went to Sam's Emissions and they were able to take care of me. I have a 2016 Nissan and the people at Sam's admitted that some older Nissan models can be tricky but they were very knowledgeable and got it right on the second attempt. Really great guys, they have earned a new customer

Location is awkwardly placed, located next to a restaurant. I was serviced quickly, the staff was cordial. I passed emission and paid my $20. It was a bit chilly outside they give you the option to sit in your car on the passenger side because currently the indoor waiting area is closed due to Covid.

I have used Sam Emission for quite a few years now. The location is convenient, although 92 construction has made it a little harder to get in & out of. The service is always fast and friendly, and I won't go anywhere else as long as they are open for business.

Sam's place is great. It's the only emission place I take my cars, even though I see it cheaper other places. He's cool, friendly, will shoot the ish with you while he's doing his thing to your car, he's fast even when theres a line so it's not a terrible experience what so ever. If you're on this side of town and need an emissions test, stop here, he's also really good at explaining what you need to do if you fail. Make SAMS your emissions go to

Totally irritated as I rushed from work to get my emissions done only to get told or rather signaled to me at 5:44 that the car in front of me was the last car he was doing. Mind you I was behind said car since 5:39. You can Check your cameras if you have them. I'm most irritated at how he told me . Very bad customer service.
