I ordered a tire 6 days ago and I've been waiting for a call to let me know if it's arrived. I've called 10 times today and the phone rings and rings until it disconnect. The one time someone answered they immediate transferred me and nobody answered. The prices may be decent but you're better off having the tires installed somewhere else. Their support is awful.

Have purchased many tires from Sam's club. Less than an hour is impressive for installation. Prices are high everywhere, but a flat tire is inconvenient and dangerous.

It took 25 minutes for someone to come out to acknowledge the people waiting in line. I had a appointment, which was worthless. The customer service in this department is less than stellar. Slow, unorganized, don t care, and nonchalant are the words to describe the workers I encountered. There is no way it should take 40 min to talk to someone to acknowledge I have an appointment. What s the purpose of having an appointment.

Special ordered tires and they came in pretty quick, only problem is Douglasville store will not answer the phone to make an appointment for installation!! Tried all day long one day with no answer, one time though they did pick it up and leave off hook to shut me up. Contacting Bentonville with complaint!

Terrible customer service from the word go simply came to check about some tires I was rudely informed by the older skinny black man that he was about to get off soon and it wasn't his problem I was then helped by a younger black gentleman who I could tell had to deal with his incompetent behavior too much thankfully he was nice enough to direct me to the counter inside the store at the counter when there explaining my problem I was then interrupted by a young Shawn White looking wannabe (long red hair bad attitude as the first older man) that I was told to show my Sam's club membership which I mentioned I was interested in getting one that day but I was essentially laughed out of the store by the older guy and douchey Shawn White that I was not getting any help from them without a membership which understandable but still one of the worst experiences having come from a heavy sales background I know when people genuinely don't care at all about their job and what's going on kudos to the younger gentleman for dealing with that and being kind in the situation despite what happened but if you at all care about your vehicle or not getting mocked for not fully understanding a situation then don't go here.

Went in at5:00 didn t get help till 5:15 to be told their hours are 10-4 cause nobody knows how to look up a work order or fix tries I bought from there. Drove 30 minutes for no reason.

They do not answer the phone and they only do tires by appointment
