They got some bad bikes. JAY IS GREAT to work with. They got this Hayabusa turbo for sale . Done top notch. Wide tires just to help put the power down. If your a bike lover, you must go see it.

I bought two Chinese four wheelers for my kids that was my first mistake buying Chinese . They have only rode them once in six months the rest of the time they have been broke down I have spent countless hours in the garage complete garbage.

Horrible. Just Horrible!! If you buy from them you have a 50/50 chance of a good experience. If you have a repair 100% chance you will be robbed!!! This place is worst than the defunct papa John location on hwy 5. You will always be up-charged on repairs ALWAYS. This business doesn't deserve to have a penny of your money. Best to drive further out than to deal with them.

I called regarding my motorcycle. They didn't have the part. They said that it could be there within an hour. I told them that I was going to call them back in 10 minutes. However, I was unable to. They called me back 30 minutes later to see if I still needed the part. I told them that I no longer needed the part. They offered to help me with any other parts that I needed for the motorcycle.

I brought my 4 wheeler 200cc for service and it was ready 3 hours later. The price is fair and the staff was really friendly. I left 100 dls deposit, I was told $55 would be for diagnosis and $45 for parts or labor and they kept their word. My bill was $375 dls but they discounted the $45 dls so I paid only $330 and now my ATV rides like new and ready for the spring. I appreciate the recommendations given by the staff about the care of my 4 wheeler that I didn't know. I highly recommend this place.

If I could write zero stars I would. I went there to get my raptor fixed and they told me it would be between 150-175 I came to pick it up they say if they told me 350. And the lady in the front told me that they shouldnt have told me that and that they are losing money because the workers are saying something different but the owner told me those prices. I won t be coming back and your are better off going to mountain motor sports for the prices they are charging and miscommunication.

This place is horrible!!!!! I dropped my son 4 wheeler off that s still there. I payed $90 dollars. $45 supposed to go for service. Get a call and say I owe them $275 more. And $180 of that is for time!!!! Not parts but time!!!! They charged $65 to rebuild a carburetor that cost $20 new in the shop. $55 for a battery which was cool. And jacked me around about fixing some more stuff that didn t even take a second to do. These people are highway robbery and I will be taking you all to court with real facts!!!! And ima tell everyone on Instagram and every other social media to never go to this place. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! The Arab woman and the white guy mechanic was a joke. They didn t even fix the aluminum axle that was bent. These people are crazy!!!!!!!!!!!! Never take anything here never!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience we bought the 125 4wheeler it work for literally 1 hour. I called them they had it at shop for over 5 day every time I call I was given different lies. Oh it's being worked on or I need more time to fix it. Do not go here service and products are horrible. It's a hang out and nobody know how to conduct business. They only want to sell not make sure the product work. I will be filing a civil suit against the owner of store for my money back.

Customer service with the lady up there answering the phone is horrible. I requested to talk to the tech that installed my DVR and my front/rear cameras on my motorcycle because I'm not getting power of which causing my equipment to not work. I told this to the lady. She tried to say I said it is not recording. My girl heard everything I was explaining to her. That lady twisted my words up. That was very unprofessional. I said that I wanted to talk to the owner Jay she refused to allow me to talk to him. Not knowing I had his cell number.

The most terrible place to purchase from. I would not recommend anyone to do business here. I am disgusted with their customer service and policies. Everything is really sketchy there is no transparency or consistency into any of the business they do. I purchased a 110 4 wheeler from here it didn t come with a warranty. Then when it needed service as they said it would need a oil change I was quoted $60 to bring it in upon driving all the way to the shop I was then informed there was a $85 non-refundable deposit and they could not provide me a estimate of the maintenance work. It s a brand new 4 wheeler and they tried to tell me I d need a new carburetor on its first service visit which would cost me a additional $130. Wish I would of never dealt with this company at all.

I spent more than $1,700.00 on a dirt bike for my grandson, I was told the bike had 30 day warranty. So after 6 calls and 3 weeks , numerous commitments to pick the bike up or get back to me nothing has happened and I will move on and find another mechanic to fix the bike . I'm okay with the lack of customer service but the 16 year old is not, he wanted to ride his bike and that's why I'm frustrated but life goes on

I recommend them to anyone in the Douglasville, GA area. They are a fantastic powersports shop with a great selection of ATVs, motorcycles and motorcycle parts. The owners are super nice and will make your experience great from start to finish. Don't hesitate to reach out to them!

I was having problems putting on my brand new tire with the help of boy but we was not successful. I decided to google moped shops near me and i found this so i called it and asked if they fix moped they said yes. I made plans with this female that was on the other side of the line and see said when i reach ask to speak with victoria, victoria is the female on the other line so i did exactly what i was told. I took my brand new tire there and without any hesitation at all they got straight to it now the tire for my moped is ready fir use. When i do put on my moped tire on my moped and the weather is perfect i be right back over to have them inspect the rest of my moped.

On Dec. 14th, I went down to Riding Dirty Motorsports, Douglasville, Ga, to purchase a 110cc atv. They did not have any, but they said they had a truck coming in on the following week. They told me I could put down $300.00 to hold one when they were to come in. I was the first one on the list, so she told me I would have first choice on the color. Well, they called me on Tuesday Dec. 22nd. to let me know that the atv was in. I did not have a choice on the color. They had a red one left. I was baffled, because I thought I had first choice, but I actually didn't. I told them I would be by to pick it up on Dec. 24th. Well, I was told to come by at 10:30 to pick it up. I called back the day before to make sure it would be a good time, and the sales person told me to come at 12pm on the 24th. My wife was in Douglasville, so I asked her to drop by the shop to check and make sure the ATV was ready. Well, my wife gets there and they could not find the atv. By this time, my wife was mad!!It took 1hr. and 45minutes to figure out where the atv was. It was there all along. My wife called me at home and told me to get there asap. She was not leaving until the transaction was complete. I go to pay the balance and they told me that if I use a card, a 3% charge would be applied to the total. This is totally ridiculous. This whole deal has left a bad taste in my mouth. In other words, I would recommend going somewhere else to purchase an atv.

If there was a way to leave no stars, there definitely wouldn't be any given!!!! The worst ever, have no clues as to the products that they sale. Purchased an atv and broke within a week of purchasing, this was in October 2020, it's now January 2021 and still nothing has been repaired, nor can they locate the part. On top of that, they have no clue as to what type of atv they sold me! I've brought the part to them so they can try and find it, they didn't even have the decency to call back and let me know the status, I had to call myself. Sent numerous pictures of the part and the atv, supposedly spoken with the owner and nothing. If you're looking to purchase anything such as an atv, dirt bike, or anything from them, RUN FAR AWAY!

I willl never ever again go back here. I would give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional. I dropped off my dirt bike to be fixed. I come to pick up. It's still has the problem. The so called mechanic. Says he doesn't know the problem. I told him to fix it. Because that's what I paid for. He gets mad. And soon as I go home. My back tire falls apart. He could have killed me !!!! I don't recommend to no one. !!!!

Ryding dirty in Douglasville is a great place to bring your bikes and purchase new and used bikes/parks/gear. I got my son a dirtbike and he loves it. They have great customer service. Don t listen to bad review from people who are impatient. Everyone knows great work can not be rushed! They even delivered bikes and helped people with payment plans. I love them ....DG

Don't. I repeat Don't get a new scooter from riding dirty. I got a bike from them and I only had it a month. A I have not been able to ride it a hold week without having something go Wong with it. Very Very unhappy with them. They won't even come get it and make it right. I give them 0
