The was by far the BEST experience I have ever had. This is the BEST auto shop out there. I received a timing belt replacement. They were very informative, efficient, and timely. They helped me to understand all they had done. I have found my new auto home .. THANKS RPM!

Great job RPM Specialists. My family always call RPM first for our auto needs. They are honest, highly skilled, efficient, and personable. Their prices are very reasonable. Today they saved me from spending over $1000.00 for unnecessary repairs.

Took my Jaguar in to have the headlight bulb changed, thought would have taken about a hour to hour and a half but the guy who did the must have been very familiar with the car because the job only took half time. Great job great guys working there also from the guys at the counter to the mechanics. I was very pleased with the work. Would highly recommend this shop!

Absolutely amazing experience getting the brakes changed/repaired on my 2018 Ford Explorer. The service on my vehicle was completed quickly and proficiently. I've been to many other automobile repair facilities but RPM Auto Specialists has been the best experience I've had getting my vehicle repaired. All the staff members were very respectful and professional.

I love RPM. They take your car in immediately, get the work done quickly and they are all so friendly and courteous. My experience has been that they do excellent work. And they are honest and competent. They deserve five stars.

I'm an owner of a Chrysler vehicle and unfortunately I've experienced inconsistent and often poor service from the dealership auto service department and decided to find an auto shop that still believed in excellent service. After reading many reviews I decided to visit RPM and I have no regrets.An appointment is recommended and I usually call at least 2 weeks in advance because it's a popular small business. Recently I visited for an oil change and my car was ready in 28 minutes. I could instantly tell the difference in how my vehicle was driving. I was also informed that my vehicle looked good and only concern may be rear breaks and they would look at it during the next oil change.The oil change sticker was placed on my window so I have a reminder on when to visit next.Although it's a little drive from my home, I will continue to get my car serviced here. Friendly service, consistent and quality work at an affordable price.

I called RPM today about having a wheel bearing changed in my 2015 Chevy spark. I dropped the car off at 5:00 and it was ready to be picked up by 6:00.I am very impressed with their price and quality of work. More feedback after I drive the car for a while. So far they have a new customer....

Outstanding service provided by the RPM team. I thought I needed a new starter for my Dodge Ram, but the RPM specialist quickly identified and fix another issue with my fuel pump that was causing my truck not to start. Full disclosure and upfront transparency: I am a dealership girl. No matter the make, model, age, mileage, or distance, my vehicles go to the dealership. ALWAYS... That is until I discovered RPM. Not only have my issues been resolved, the care and concern and compassion I have experienced in the presence of Brett, Lance, and the RPM team has simply been unmatched. Instead of feeling like a number or a dollar amount, I am treated like family. They ask about my husband, my dogs, and my life - and not just for conversation's sake - they actually care... And it shows in their workmanship, attitude, and treatment of their customers and employees. In this season of gratitude, I am immensely thankful for RPM! Henceforth, my vehicles regardless of make, model, age, or mileage will only be serviced by RPM....and yours should too!!!

This place really disappointed me after the so called high reviews. My wife took her brand new 2023 Nissan Sentra to them for its FIRST oil change on 6/23/23 since I had to work. Just like clock work, they tried to take advantage of her being a WOMAN saying she had an oil leak! She immediately FaceTime me with the mechanic showing me what he called an oil leak. As soon as he realized she has a knowledgeable husband that wasn t going for it, he said we can definitely do just the oil change but just be on the lookout. We immediately set an appointment with NISSAN inspected the vehicle and found out it was dirt smeared on the bottom of the oil pan! BE AWARE OF THESE CROOKS!!

Always satisfied with the level of care and customer service at RPM. Brett and TEAM always get the job done effortlessly. Yes, they're that good! They never try to upsell and are trustworthy with a diagnosis. They'll fix what is absolutely necessary and will even tell you if an issue is not of high priority. Car broke down during last summer and i had a faulty fuel pump. Was towed to RPM and they repaired my car very quickly. On or around October the fuel pumps float sensor failed and my gas gauge read "E". I called RPM and set up an appointment and they replaced it under warranty no questions. Great service and good prices!

So far, so good. I had my brakes changed and it has only been about an hour ago. They apologized for the wait. But the wait did not seem that long to me. Unless something crazy happens with the brakes in the next few days, I would recommend going here. The price was pretty good also.

It's difficult to find honest mechanics especially when the vehicle belongs to a woman. These guys are absolutely amazing. They are honest, fast, and friendly. If nothing is wrong, they tell you nothing is wrong. They sincerely care. They close at 6 and are open on Saturdays. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

They were able to do the needed repairs same day plus they checked to make sure I didn't have anything else that was needed. The prices were more reasonable than another place I checked with. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Brought my vehicle in for a check of an issue. The shop was empty with no customers. 2 guys at the front. No one acknowledged nor asked if they could help as some other reviewers also mentioned. I had to ask---"Can you help me or...? before this dude just gave a half nod and shrug and then 'mumbled' something. I advised him of my issue and he seemed non-enthusiastic nor non-caring to even look at it.He pulled my vehicle to the bay, had it out in 30 seconds and "claimed" what it needed. I then asked for a quote for parts and labor from the other dude sitting at the front with the orange beard who had me standing there for 20 minutes pretty much wasting time and seemed to have no 'real quote' to give me for parts and labor.It was a simple question that needed a simple answer. What is the price for parts and labor for the issue YOU just told me would cure the problem ?He just sat there and stared at me and answered none of my questions. Guess we were just going to play ring around the stupid...Asked 3 times for the price of parts and labor after THEY advised me that my mounts were broken. Never got an answer. Mainly, because they were not being truthful and KNEW what they stated would not resolve the issue.Because of all this 'going around in un-necessary circles' nonsense, I just decided to go someplace else and give other facilities a chance to get my money.Update - A different trusted mechanic that I was referred to by a close friend verified and SHOWED me that all my mounts were just fine even though RPM said they were all broken and even fixed the sound that I was hearing which was a simple 15 second fix. I was charged absolutely nothing for the diagnosis nor the fix of the issue and my mechanic saved me $500 that RPM was trying to steal from me which wasn't even the issue. Easy. No drama, no roundabout nonsense, no avoidance of my question-just straightforward information that I needed to make an informed decision and saved myself some money.Don't trust RPM. After this experience---only my SECOND time here, they have PROVEN --to me-- that they can't be trusted.Avoid this place or just spend your money on incorrect diagnosis leaving here with less money in your pocket and the same issue. If you have money to throw around like that at this place, go right ahead.as for me ---- no thanks, I'll pass.As far as their response below --All they had to do is let me know that I needed an appointment to get a price quote. All he did was sit there and NOT SAY ANYTHING. What ---were we supposed to communicate via mental telepathy ?Have your guys SPEAK AND TALK and let the customers KNOW this. You can't EXPLAIN anything if you don't TALK, which is exactly what happened here. Sitting and STARING is NOT EXPLAINING. Try again.In addition, making an appointment for a price quote is nothing that a shop ever makes you do. You want a price for parts and labor, they get the year, make and model of your car--part needed, the time that it will take them to do the work and generate the quote.An appointment for a price quote makes no sense. It's laughable.The owner has an ATTITUDE as BIG as his EGO.Back to the REAL CONCERN HERE ---- which is this ---The ISSUE WITH MY VEHICLE is what this shop LIED about. If they lie about this, they'll lie about other things. I need HONESTY and TRANSPARENCY from an auto repair shop and these guys can't provide that. They've PROVEN that they can't be trusted. They need only to blame themselves for BEING GREEDY AND DISHONEST.You're right. You charged me NOTHING, EXPLAINED NOTHING, did NOTHING, your 30 second check at the door of the bay showed you NOTHING, YET you fabricated a non-existent issue on my vehicle based on NOTHING just so you can take my money. So, charging nothing would make sense. Don't expect me to applaud you for no charge. You did 0, so you SHOULD charge 0.Glad I found a better, more trusted mechanic that knows how to do their job and diagnose CORRECTLY also. Thanks for the well wishes.On to the next customer that you can try to scam...

This is by far the best auto shop in Douglasville and the Atlanta area! They are honest and do an amazing job! 10 out of 10. If you want fast quality auto care RPM is the best choice!

Took them a rough brake job from an SUV up north. They had all 4 pads/rotors/ hardware replaced in just a few hours. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a solid a crew at this place.Service: BrakesService: Brakes
