WARNING: Worst maintenance experience of my life. First when I got the car the lugnuts were not tightened at all on the front passenger tire. I pull out of the parking lot and my wheel almost fell off. Luckily my girlfriend was following me and had a tire iron or else I would have had to call a tow truck to take the car back to the shop even though I was only a block away. Furthermore, the inside of my car was dirty from where the mechanic put his oily hands. I can understand a little bit of dirt but what I saw was egregious and the fact that they didn't even bother to clean it after the fact is enraging. I wiped the car down and mentioned this to the mechanic and when I got back in the car there was oil marks again , though not as bad the 2nd time. Finally, the tabs on two of my air conditioning vents had been torn off - which was probably the mechanics reaction to me voicing my dissatisfaction with the service. I will never go back again period. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Eva is rude. Her customer service skills are terrible. Regardless if I haven't been to this business in years is not the point. People move.I came to get a price for a crank shift sensor I was quoted $140 for 8 tenths of an hour for labor only. The math was not mathing. Eva then said I like to see what he makes in an hour. It's rude and uncalled for behaviour. This is why I don't spend my time or service my vehicles at this location. I would not give this business a chance or a second chance.Update:Even the owners aka Eva response is snarky. You could have just explained the response or have someone that is more capable explain the estimate. Making assumptions about a personal household as to what I will or won't pay for is not called for at this time period. I never started it would be free. I simply said your math is mathing to $10 if based on the your equations. You should have had someone else explain since you are elderly. I was not rude to you during the entire interaction even though you gas lighted the entire situation. What's funny is you did not hear the door chime when I came in the building. I waited close to 10 min in the lobby when a worker from the garage helped me. He should have continued helping me at this point. He would have been more knowledgeable. I had to repeat the part several times and spell it out to Eva. Like I said to Aaron yesterday Eva does not need to be engaging with the public if you can not have grace, patience and humility. Eva is why this business will close down. Eva is you are going to respond please tell whole truth. I do have the receipts of this entire interaction. I hope Eva gets the help she needs.Please read all the reviews regarding Eva.

My wife hit curb and destroyed her tire. They put her spare on for her and changed her oil an filter. Very good service, friendly.

My bf worked there. The place itself is great but the reason I give it a one star is because of someone named Eva Sleeper. My bf was late, he had to take our son to daycare and she had the audacity to yell at him about my parenting skills and added her mom could take care of her kids just fine which I find to be very unprofessional.

I drove from Paulding county to this place because of great service in the past. Turns out that I only wasted time and gas. I had no idea they had changed management. I dropped off my vehicle on Friday Dec. 8th, I was told that my truck could possibly be ready the next day. I called them just before they closed on Saturday and was told that the technician had to leave early due to an emergency. I called again on Monday and still nothing had been done . I called again on Tuesday and they told me that they were still waiting for the technician and they needed one more day.That really pissed me off, so I told them to just forget it and that I was coming back to pick up my vehicle. I never received a courtesy call to give me an update or anything. My vehicle was just sitting there. They have definitely lost a customer . I wish I knew where Josh and the old crew went . I would for sure give them my business.

Great customer service. Staff very friendly. They don't pressure you into purchasing additional items, but they let you know for future reference what needs replacing. Timing was great with oil change.

Great service! Discount tire put two new tires on my car and told me that my nuts on the drum were damaged and could possibly break. I was unclear of what the guy told me. But I came here to get an oil change and also mention about my tire. These guys knew exactly what was wrong, explained to me the situation and completed my oil change and fixed my tire in 1 HOUR! I was so happy! Great customer service ! Thank you to the young lady in the front for all she did! She explained to me the problem and took care of me! Thanks so much! I will definitely come back here when I need anything for my car! Also GREAT PRICE FOR OIL CHANGE AND ANY KIND OF GENERAL MAINTENANCE !!!! Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I'm recalling the last review of this place.. I went to Precision Tune on Stewart's Mill Rd next to Taco Bell. The day of November the 8th. They say an oil change, check tire pressure and Blah Blah ,Blah. I had a coupon for $34.90 oil change. The cashier pushed it back to me and charged me $41.77 . I had to wait a long time. I told them I needed them to check my air pressure. When I got my car, the tire pressure light was still on. I got home and my son had to put air in my tires before I could go anywhere. On 11/20/2023 my engine light came on. I thought it was the oil light. I went to Precision Tune that day. Found my receipt and went in. I explained to the cashier and she knew I was livid. We had words. I had to sit down and get my composure before I blew up. I paid $1.00 for 4 tires to be filled to 32 lbs of air. Didn't do it. I paid $1.00 for the sticker to be put on my windshield. I found out they overfilled my oil . They told me I would have to pay $165 Dollar's for them to guess at what was going on with my engine. I told him no. There was nothing wrong with my car when I brought it in. I told him no. I said drain the overfilled oil. He then told me that my car would smoke for a while till it was burned off . I said you're crazy . An older gentleman on a walker was coming in. I helped him. He needed to get to the restroom. I pulled chairs out of the way for him. He told them 1 week prior he had a serpentine belt put on and it squealed every time he drove it. They talked him into a $165 diagnostic. I'm so sorry to man that I couldn't help. I left that place and not long after that my check engine light went off. I'm not a stupid woman. I know my car and all the sounds. So please I'm begging you not to ever take your car here. They changed management and they don't give a flying flip about your car. The mighty dollar has these people screwing customers left and right. I will find another place to change my oil..I'm so sorry this is so long but I feel like the public needs to know. Don't kill your car! Take it to these people and they will kill it by doing their fake test. I thank you for listening and reading.

Took my truck in Ram 2500 with a bad injector on my 5.9 Cummins. They did the work fast and at a great price. A very upfront and genuine place to take your car for service. They will give you a true assessment of what they believe is needed to be worked on your car. Furthermore, I have experienced customer service at its finest. The office manager, Katelyn is excellent. She's professional, knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and has a superb ability to communicate effectively with her customers.

This is my first and last visit here.See the photo of my skid plate that wasn't attached after the oil change. I wonder if the filter was even changed. I sat here and watched them almost turn a girl loose with a flat front tire and mentioned it to the manager and he had the tech check them then. Looks like they need some help. I understand the main man is out on vacation but this isn't acceptable.Update. I'm sitting outside and just heard the car being pulled over the pit to put the plate back on. There's a lip on the pit and the skid plate has to be damaged from bending it backwards/folding it up.

DO NOT!! I repeat DO NOT!! waste your money here. They are the worst. They misdiagnose the problem with your vehicle, do a poor job of repairing, and have hidden charges. Against my better judgment I came here in for a long overdue oil change and left with $90 less in my pocket. I know prices differ depending on the vehicle but this is the most I ever paid and I usually go to the dealership. Not wanting to wait at the dealership costed an extra $40. And the female in the front could be less sarcastic but know I will never use them again.

Last week Friday they took care of me. The experience was absolutely wonderful even though I m very young my GMC sierra is running smoother and may be a little rough still because it s an old car, but they took great care of me, and even down very young they took the time to listen to me.

I came in with a 09 Honda Accord,I state my ac isn't blowing cold and want to get it checked out! Let me know what you find out the issue is and I'll see if I can afford it! Hour later I get a call your compressor is out and we drained and refilled your system your total bill is 327$ and it's not fixed! Now I'm out 327$ and still now have to have my system system drained again to replace the compressor! Another 300$ and have system refilled again! I'm so mad it's not funny! Don't go here!

I was so pleased with everyone going above and beyond to help! I came in with two dashboard lights on, and the techs were able to diagnose the issue (I ended up needing an oil change) and doing the oil change all within two hours. The receptionist, Kaitlin, also took the time to show me how to check my oil level to prevent the issue in the future! I've been coming here since 2012. I'm a woman and needed to find someplace that wouldn't rip me off. Danny and Josh are good and honest guys as well as the rest of the staff. They have now added a woman to their staff and she is great as well. My daughter also brings her car here. I highly recommend this place. Quick and honest repairs. I paid $300 in labor for an hour of work on my front brakes. That's ridiculously excessive and I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!! Please check other places before going here. I was robbed and I know it and its a horrible feeling.I just finished telling my husband that maybe we can start going here for other car repairs but nope I will not allow this place to take advantage of me again.Service: Brakes

Katlyn was very helpful. I dropped my vehicle off for a brake service. Katlyn stayed in touch as the service progressed to let me know exactly what was needed. Her team performed only the requested repairs, without any attempts to upcharge for additional services. In fact, what might have been an obvious opportunity for a different shop to upcharge me for additional brake pads that weren't needed, Katlyn and here team confirmed that my existing pads still had a lot of life left on them. That honesty is what I have always experienced with them and has always been appreciated. Don t come here. I am now down 200$ after they simply did nothing to my car. Same sounds same engine problems. They have screwed me over. Their store manager is incompetent as they refuse to admit they were wrong. In talking to the store owner it is the same thing. Do not bring your car here

They gave me the jumper cables at a low price. They were also friendly and went out of their way to help me find the correct ones that I could afford. Would 10/10 recommend to those around me
