We needed a windshield wiper. They didn't have it in stock so they ordered us one. We were given a time to return. We returned 30 minutes past the time given and the delivery man had not arrived. We were told to come back around 30 minutes later. We returned an hour and a half later and still no delivery. A couple of the workers were rude about it. We had a young man that was helpful that morning.

Great location , horrible service. Kimberly one of the retail associates is incredibly difficult to work with . Anytime I come in she is cursing a storm and saying she hates working there and then will tell you to go behind the counter to grab your own parts. She is incredibly lazy , I m tired of seeing her at this location . I will be going back to Highway 5 from here on out to avoid dealing with ignorance .

Ms. Kimberly is beyond amazing she took customer service to the next step and assisted me with my car. She also introduced me to new tools that I will eventual return to purchase. She was full of knowledge and helpful make sure to ask for her!

Kim is wonderful,She help with our problem with the headlight. My wife got there and she went out and changed it out for her.Just want to say thanks Kim you was awesome and wonderful, I hope rest of employees learn and respect customer like you did thinks keep up the work.

Man this store is amazing. Went in there and Kim helped me get everything I needed to fix my truck. Very knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 will be back. Store was neat, clean and well stocked.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me look for car accessories I was looking for. And even offered alternatives when we could not find it. Great selections and even if I did nor get exactly what I was looking for I will continue to use them for the service and atmosphere I witnessed.

Kevin was absolutely awesome. Very knowledgeable about the products and he smiled the whole time(with his mask on)! I love great customer service. It is VERY hard to find during these trying times. Thank you Kevin!!! Your excellent service made my day!!! Keep up the good work!

Depends on the oreillyauto you are mentioning. Because one I had the parts delivered to was a nuisance. She does her job well. But must be really bored to drag out a sale.
