I purchased windshield wipers from this store yesterday but had much trouble with the installation. I came back to the store today and spoke with Corey. He came outside to assist with the installation. He was able to replace the faulty item and installed it with no problem It is very hot today so I'm glad he was kind enough to help and come up with a solution Very satisfied customer here!!!

No matter what time of day and no matter who the staff member is, I always get great service and EVERYONE is so polite. They really go above and beyond great customer service. Not only is everyone helpful, they genuinely seem happy to help and actually take time with you and make sure that your needs are taken care of and educate you in the process. I can only guess that there MUST be some sort of evaluation criteria that is used during the hiring process because it's rare that you can visit an establishment at any given time and only encounter super helpfulness and kindness from everyone? I certainly can't say that I understand their formula but they definitely got it right.

Sold me the wrong part, said it was safe to use, luckily I caught it before my bmw caught on fire. Granted the part looked identical colors were different, just do your own research don't depend on anyone else.

Please don't waste your time bringing your vehicle to them, I had my fuel pump and fuel filter replaced in which they recommended, drove off with the same problem and an immediate check engine light. On top of that my brakes went out as if someone cut a line, just for them to turn around and diagnose the brake problem as a $1300 brake overhaul. And to top it off when I declined the brake issue and returned to get my vehicle the next day I put the car in drive and it immediately cut off as soon as I hit the gas as if someone cut a vacuum line, they also refused to have the vehicle towed back to my home, so I chugged all the way home by the grace of god but I refused to leave my vehicle another day at this location. These guys are a complete scam and they deserve to be shut down!!! once again please do not bring your vehicle to this location, especially if you're a person of color, worst experience I've ever had to deal with at any mechanic shop.

Friendly service. I looked on line for a tire inflator. NAPA had a Craftsman model that not only could plug in to the cigarette lighter but to an electric outlet in your house or garage. Easily inflated a large truck tire. I have speed at NAPA stores for many years and have found high quality items and knowledgeable staff.

I called this location looking for some parts and the rep looked up the parts and gave me a price I ask him was the parts made by AC Delco and he stated no and they don't sell AC Delco original parts the price he quoted me was more expensive than the AC Delco parts I priced before I spoke with this guy I DO NOT RECOMMEND NAPPA AUTO PARTS AT ALL BECAUSE THEY USE TO BE SUPPLIED BY RAY LOC BUT NOW THEY ARE SELLING OVER SEES PARTS HIGH THEN AC DELCO ORIGINAL PARTS .......NO WAY I AM LOOKING FOR QUALITY NOT QUANITY!!!!!!!

We went to buy a new alternator for my Ford truck. The counter staff was excellent and very helpful (sorry we did not get names). The store was clean and well organized and everyone seemed happy to be there. I will recommend to others and come back in the future whenever I may need more parts!

Called the store trying to source a rather elusive fluid for my 2005 Honda Pilot. The gentleman answering the phone, Dalvin, was extremely helpful despite not being able to find what I was looking for. We finished our phone call with him sounding as disappointed as I was and I continued my hunt through rival parts stores. Halfway through a 5 minute hold with another competitor, I received a call back from Dalvin with very helpful information in regards to where I could find what I was looking for! He had no obligation to continue helping me, but chose to go out of his way to help. Excellent customer service!

Great parts and good prices. Last visit over the weekend Long line 3 employees on hand but only one helping customers. The other 2 just roaming around in the back of the store while I waited in excessive 30 minutes just to pay for motor oil . Not usually like this.

I worked at a competing company for nearly 10 years. I know some stuff about car stuff. And this place is one of the very few I trust to get parts. Partly because the parts are good quality, partly because the people there are knowledgeable. We've run into issues getting parts for our '89 Ford F250. Having the team at this Napa has been invaluable!

We brought our Nissan SUV here after relocating from Minneapolis. It was our first experience with a big brand car repair shop. It was expensive, but that was to be expected and the warranty seemed pretty reasonable. However, after our experience I don't think I'll be bringing my vehicle to NAPA in the future. To keep it brief my wife and I probably had to bring the car in about six times because every time it was repaired a new problem popped up.Many of the problems, including a nail in the tire most likely from the shop as well as a faulty fuel gauge which they installed that ended up leaking fuel all over the floor as my wife was fueling the gas were problems for which they were at fault. To make matters worse, some of the staff began to act short with us every time we brought the car back for a new issue that had popped up. After the car was "repaired" for the 6th time, $2000+ later we we finally resigned to getting the car repaired at a Nissan dealership after the engine light came up yet again.I rarely write reviews but I felt this needed to be shared and I hope that in the future they will be more diligent in diagnosing and repairing vehicles and have the wherewithal to say they don't know what to do if they don't.

If you are needing a part they are most likely to have it. Even reps at other parts stores have said that. They aren't the cheapest by any means. In fact they are the most expensive, but they have more in stock and carry the best quality. People are polite and helpful. Store is clean and well organized. Would be 5 star of the prices were better.

It really is the NAPA know-how that makes this NAPA a good one. I ve had employees dig through boxes for twenty minutes looking for stuff the computer said they had. We ve had parts that are from engines that don t belong in the vehicles they come from and the associates will scour the pages of vehicles and parts to make sure we leave with something that will work, and I ve even had Dave think of other vehicles with identical distributors in order to get condensers and points for a WW2 truck. Wow! The latest bad experience with a remanufactured starter was completely turned around because this location in particular has fantastic customer service! We ordered a starter and it was dead on arrival, and Dave got us another one that day! It was dead too, not his fault, so we called and got Brandon who I think is the manager, who said he would cover the cost if we took it to a diagnostic place. We did and they charged us instead of NAPA so we came in and the assistant manager whose name I didn t catch took care of the problem 100%. We left extremely happy and will definitely continue to purchase our parts here as they have proved to be fantastic at parts selection and extraordinarily extravagant at customer service! Big thanks to all the employees at Douglasville NAPA!!

Everytime I've been in here the staff is always more than happy to lend a hand. I even had a hard to find coolant hose and they searched their entire store trying to find what I needed. Everywhere else I went didn't want to bother.

This store is my favorite location, the store manager Brandon is super helpful and will go out of his way for you. If they don't have it, they track it down and get it for you. I come here above all other parts stores in town because of the level of help the staff offers.

I came in here because all the gas stations' air pressure machines were broke or nonfunctioning(apparently this is common in freezing weather). So I dropped by napa autocare and they filled my tires and checked the pressure within 5 minutes despite being blvery busy. The customer service here is very good. I would get work done here if needed.

Absolutely terrible experience with the staff here with two people trying to talk over each other to explaining why they won't honor their own warranty and it was admittedly close to closing but refusal to actually provide phone numbers for management over the store or Regional management and eventually being walked out of the store. I can only interpret this as a refusal of service and will be passing it on to their legal team forthwith. But even when producing the Napa warranty as published online on their own website the management in the store refuse to even acknowledge its relevance or validity. Apparently according to the store the nap of warranty is only valid the store which you bought the battery. I will never shop at Napa again and I'm encouraging everyone else not too as well there are too many options out there for Auto Parts to allow this kind of service to be condoned. The battery I purchased this time was at Walmart and the warranty is online my receipt is online and I will never have to worry about any of this Malarkey again. Shameful and disgusting.

Very helpful staff. I had to order a part from another store but it was delivered on time. They didn't give me any problems when I returned some merchandise.

Came in for the re grand opening sale. Not to many people here but the card machine is down. No one said those words until we had been in line for 20 min. They just kept saying cash only to the back. That s it. Signs went up after people were already in. Bad business.

Call before you go. They keep alot stocked and they are very nice people. A little more pricey than AutoZone and all...but much more likely to be able to order hard to find parts IF they dont have them in stock.

When I walked in it was hard to get Jonathan Thomas to stop looking at his phone long enough to answer any questions. Then he just stood there staring at his phone while the other guy stepped in and priced a brake job at 750$! Employees seemed to over price work because they are to lazy to do it.
