I ve always considered Randy as an honest man. As of today that s no longer true, I shouldn t have to pay Randy & Ford for the same thing that should have been done the 1st time. None of my vehicles will go back to his shop for anything at all. Honesty is the best policy but not at Modern Auto. The diagnostics was wrong I was supposed to get a tune up as per Randy and the vehicle kept miss firing

Randy and the guys there are awesome! He treats you like family and really works with you to fix issues with your vehicle! He is honest and has awesome prices. He has been a godsend for me this last year with my aging vehicle.

Amazingly sweet and caring staff!!! Honest and hardworking guys!!!! Randy and Nate were the sweetest souls to us to help us get back on the road!!! On a business trip in Douglasville with my husband and our alternator goes out. We called around but this seemed to be the most reasonably priced and the nicest mechanics. They knew we had to check out of our hotel so as soon as we walked over (6 min walk from our hotel) they had us ready to go. Come here if you ever get stuck in a bind as we did. They are so good at what they do and nice as can be. Thank y all again so much for getting us back on the road 6 hours from home!Service: Auto maintenance

I moved down to Georgia about 4 years ago and have been coming to Randy and his team at Modern Auto since. I am young and not as educated about cars as some, and Randy really takes the time to explain and help you understand what the problem is. He is very fair with his pricing and even helped me find that the most recent problem with my power steering was covered with manufactures warranty that saved me over $1500!! I cannot thank them enough. I HIGHLY recommend them.

We towed out car to Modern Auto after two other car repair locations failed us and scammed us. Randy was amazing and fixed our issue while costing 4x less than the other places we went to. Modern Auto is the best car repair shop in West Atlanta! I have been using then for around 26 years. Randy is the best mechanic. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles and can fix anything. He is honest and has saved me a lot of money. There have been a few times through the years where the ending cost of repair is less than the initial quote. I would say that you cannot go wrong, if you give them a chance.

Modern Auto, Inc. is without a doubt the ultimate in auto mechanics. Randy and his team have kept my autos and that of my children in top shape for 30 years. Our family would not take our vehicles any where else even if the service was free. Over the years, Randy and his team have proven that they put the best interests of their customers ahead of a profit motive. Trust is a huge issue with a mechanic, especially if you know little about vehicles. That would describe us; Randy has proven over and over again not only his incredible intelligence and his years of experience, but also his honesty and trust worthiness. Take your vehicle to the folks at Modern Auto; if you have to wait, it is definitely worth any wait!

Great guy (randy) was very good sent my car in from a wreck he had it checked that day and got back with me the next day for the price and had the work done as well .Great place for car work.

I m really thankful I happen to find this shop! My car broke down in their driveway while I was out working. Randy and his staff were very helpful diagnosting the problem. He s honest and in what needs to be fixed at a reasonable price. My safety was his biggest concern!

I m not a local and was just passing through on I-20 when I had an issue with my truck that required immediate service. Luckily, I was able to get to Modern Auto because I was back on the road within the hour. Honest, knowledgeable and professional. The owner Mr. Randy knows his stuff and won't do any unnecessary repairs. Him and his staff just fixes what is broken and nothing else. They are pretty good at diagnosing issues to.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!employees are just standing around.Not helping anyone that comes by. I literally had to go up to someone and asked for help. And on top of that they never called me to tell me my car was done. And after paying $75 I had to go to a different place to get my steering wheel fixed. It was worst than before...Service: Steering & suspension repair
