Nice people but their service is expensive.I was there recently for a job on my vehicle: the part and labor was too expensive so I decided to try somewhere else. The parts was 50% less, and the labor was 75% less......yes 75% less.I won't be going to them again.

If you can avoid going to these RUN. They got me for my money. Suppose to have fixed one problem and cased another problem. The first job was done so poorly and messy I took it back to only have the same problem going on and another problem that's gone cause me money and they say it was like that before they started which is a lie. I wouldn't recommend nobody going to them

Nestled off Fairburn Rd behind a tire shop near Chic-fil-a is Mobile 1. For the last 17 years, Rohan has been a mobile car repair business. Five years ago, Mobile 1 set up shop here in Douglasville. Today, I was at work but my Chrysler T&C had a rattling sound and I really needed to get it looked at. On my lunch break, I googled car repair and saw this place close by. Reviews said they worked fast and since I had limited time, that sounded good to me. I drove up and found Rohan, a friendly and energetic guy, to help me. He stopped what he was doing and within minutes had my van up on a jack diagnosing my problem. A few minutes later, he already ordered the alternator I would need to replace mine even before I said yes to the quote. He wanted it on the way. Said that if I decided not to do the repair he could just send it back. But to get it as fast as possible, he just ordered it. The shop looked organized (one of the things I consider before getting my car worked on somewhere), and he could do it on the spot, so I said yes. Rohan even offered me a ride back to work down the street which I accepted. He then called and texted me shortly thereafter to let me know the job was done. My van had a new alternator and no rattle and I had a fantastic experience. Thanks Rohan for being exceptional to me today. God Bless.

I had an oil filter that was previously tightened to an extreme and which wouldn t come off when a friend of mine tried to change it. These friendly mechanics took us in 15-30 minutes before they closed and got our car fixed within 2 hours even though the shop had closed already. Very nice people! One mechanic had an especially nice attitude which we appreciated a lot as I felt I could trust this man with fixing my car and made the whole process a lot less worrisome.

A Must Read These guys are Crooks and will rip you off by any means Do Not Believe anything that comes out of their mouth especially the owner will create another problem to keep you coming back if this happens to you i strongly reccomend you to go else where Never Leave your car with them they will damage steal parts and deny once comfronted Take before and after photos of car and odometor never purchase a Car he has a side kick that calls himself Ernest Auto Sales out of Dallas Ga it doesnt exist its an unclaimed business GPS Can't even find the location Don't be afraid to speak up for your hard earned money if they rip you off and you have the proof Take them to Court Chances are he won't show because he's Shady loves to play with the customers money and the System Stand Up for your Rights

Terrible customer service. They don't communicate with me at all about my car. Told me that it was a "possibility" that I had a blown gasket. Held on to my car for 2 weeks just to tell me I had a blown gasket & that I need another engine. I'm assuming they want me to make payments to them without my car being fixed so they might be trying to scam me for money. I'm also assuming they don't know what they're doing when it comes to a car overheating. Would not reccomend going to them for anything!!

Got into a accident early morning around 8 am got to their shop around 12 pm they had my car fixed and ready to roll at 3 pm. Highly recommend. Good prices and good service.

Today me and my fianc� went to get our window fixed, they wouldn t roll up or down. The man that help us was so nice and overall wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend this place! I will be going back. I found them online and was a bit skeptical, but after calling four different garages, they were the only one with availability (Memorial Day weekend) I thought that was a negative thing until I got there. They were packed! Even with six vehicles ahead of me, what I thought was going to be all afternoon turned into an hour and a half. The staff was friendly, the mechanics are thorough and honest. I will bring ALL my business to them. While there, a plethora of vehicles were worked on. Range Rover, BMW, Mercedes, and many domestics. I definitely recommend them!

Pulling a trailer on a 1000 mile trip and just happened to have the bearings on one axle go out on the freeway in Douglasville. Lucky for us Rohan at Mobile 1 Auto Repair was only minutes away.We called him first thing in the morning and explained our predicament and he said to bring it right in. He was able to replace both hubs and get us back on the road in no time. He went over all possible options we had and that's what we decided on.It's very stressful to be stranded 700 miles from home and he was so incredibly nice and helpful. I can't recommend him enough. Seriously. The world needs more people like him, especially mechanics. Thanks Rohan!

This Mechanic has low prices on SOME of his work BUT not all. His labor prices are really HI!He also does poor work that will have you coming back because something else WILL GO WRONG once you leave. I had to do it twice and said NO MORE once I found out that he spliced my radiator hose & used a foreign part to connect it together with wire tape which started leaking two days later leaving me with low coolant. I was so upset after spending $365 for the service that never lasted. Never will he get my service again !!!!! I do not recommend this place!

Definitely a good Mecanic But even better a great person got my whole front end falling a part of my truck and trailer by Maiham Call them up and he just said yes after that he help me with everything work overtime I have my truck ready by next morning good quality person and place really appreciate everything they did for me

This mechanic is a liar and a thief.He put a lien on my car even with me paying him.put wrong motor in my car promised to put all new gaskets,gadgets, was not done and he charged extra $1,000 for that.car throwing codes.he didn't warranty his work..Gave him over $3,000 car can't be driven.

This place is horrible they tried to charge me $970 to to get my AC working in my truck when all I needed was an AC fan that was only gonna cost me $100 in a store
