Great pricing! Stevo and Nick were the best help today! I came in for a tire alignment and they both provided great support and service! 10/10 highly recommend for any car service in the Douglas County area! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nick has given me the best customer service I had in a long time. Not only was he friendly but he contacted me to confirm my appointment before the store even opened. He was enthusiastic with his service and he let me in on the deals and perks of being a customer. Even with a small power outage he still maintained a professional attitude. He reassured me of when my service was going to be done and made me feel comfortable and welcomed my entire visit. Overall it was an amazing experience. 5 stars

Service is beyond outstanding! It is beyond 5 stars. Nick is the embodiment of what customer service should be! He was great walking me through my purchase of new tires! I will definitely make the drive back to this location for service in the future!

I took my BMW to Mavis for an alignment and rods. Needless to say that all of the guys that work here are awesome. Nick and Steve-o helped me and they also spoke with my warranty company when they gave me the run around. I finally got the chance to meet Nick and it wasn't a dull moment. We laughed and joked but that is what made me feel comfortable enough to leave my car for service. Nick was very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks to you all that helped me but a special thanks to Nick for keeping me updated with the progress of my car and any delays that occurred during this process. Take your car to Mavis. You won't be disappointed.

First off I want to say that the staff here are very warm, welcoming and entertaining. This was my first time coming into a Mavis store and I enjoyed my stay. I needed some work done on my car and everything I needed done was completed while I was there. They were coming in to inform me of what was going on and everything. I was surprised by the pricing as well because I just knew that I was going to go home crying but nope they helped me out greatly and I truly appreciate it

Loveeeeee this location so much! The front desk workers were super kind, chatty and bubbly. They were personable. They told me they would get me out in about an hour or so because I had to be at work at 3 and my appointment was at 1. They worked super fast and got me out in time to make it early to work! I got 3 new tires, an alignment and a balance on the new tires. Very impressive.

I had the best experience today at Mavis. It was my first time ever visiting them and I can say from experience that they are outstanding. They were attentive to my needs. They made sure to acknowledge my presence once I came into the store. There was no long wait for service. I had the pleasure of being helped by (Jolie). I apologize if I got the name wrong. All staff was pleasant. I highly recommend Mavis for your car services. I know I plan to use them in the future just based on my first encounter.

Bobby and Nick replaced my valve stem right before closing. I went to put air in my tire but my stem was defectives. although closing time is 8:30pm, both gentlemen were kind and super helpful. They both stayed late and resolved my issue. I m super satisfied

If you want a great price (They really do price match), and OUTSTANDING customer service, Mavis Tires at 7005 Concourse Prkwy in Douglasville, Ga is the place! I was greeted with a wonderful welcome, smile, and laughs from Mr. Nicholas, who provided "The Best," customer service. He made sure I understood everything. He even walked outside to check my car with me. While getting tires, I received a thorough report about my car from Mr. Bobby. Never once, did he try and push extra issues. He just informed me how much time, I had before needing new front brakes! He informed me, everything else is working well. I will come back here to get my brakes fix. Mr. Christian and Jay did a GREAT job adding my tires and completing a wheel alignment.....Thank you guys for the BEST-of-the-BEST service and attention to detail with my car...You guys "ROCK."

Awesome team - Nicholas, Brandon & Francisco . These guys made sure my car was in tip top shape so I could get back on the road safely! If you want great service and assurance that the work is done right go to Mavis location i went to was Douglasville, GA on Concourse Pkwy. These guys work with integrity and excellence!!! Hospitality & Service like this is golden . These guys deserve 10 stars, raises and bonuses!!!!Thank you gentlemen!!

The experience has been wonderful. Robert assisted myself and my husband with our Honda Civic tire change. I ended up getting 3 tires replaced. He was detailed and explained everything to us, he provided us with options with mileage and prices. This is my second time visiting this branch and I was not disappointed. Thank you for assisting us today. Robert thank you for your kind, patient and positive attitude. Give that man a raise!

Stole my money and didn t do work on my car.I took my car here for an alignment because my front passenger tire was a bit off. I waited for three hours for them to have the car up on the rack for 12 minutes, then paid $103.20 and got my keys back.My car was still pulling to the right so I turned around and went back. They told me I needed camber adjusters .Went back a couple days later, and they told me I needed a new control arm. This is where I new they were pulling my tail.I took my car somewhere else for an alignment and the car drives straight now. This place just never aligned my car and ripped me off.I went back for a refund and they told me there weren t gonna give me one, that they will happily align my car again.Save yourself some time/money and look right past this place.

Nick was so nice and helped me out so much. My daughter and I were stranded and my wallet had been stolen the previous day, but my tire went flat. He found the problem and fixed it so I could get her back home for her recital. Fellas like this are what keep customers returning and I really couldn't be more grateful. Ty Nick!

These guys are Super Awesome here at the 7005 Concourse Parkway location.Sidney and Bobby both executed on my issues in amazing time and I believe I have found a new home as far as vehicle tire replacement and maintenance ..again GREAT JOB!I am a former manager from NTB back in the 90 s when Sears use to own them.And I thought I would never see the day that my customer service would be out done but they have it down packed ..hands down
