Came in on a rainy Sunday and met Alexis who was absolutely a God Send! She got me in quick and was super professional and courteous. Her and her service techs(Mike and TJ were right on point and even took the time to walk me through what was going on and why. This was an unbelievable visit to a well staffed and professional team! I highly recommend that everyone in D-Ville takes some time to swing by this shop and get their automotive needs taken care of like the did me. Thank you so much & God Bless!Marvin Roberts

This was a great experience! Sometimes as women we re not sure if we re being taken advantage of in the automotive industry. But I really felt like they took car of me as if I was their little sister. I d definitely recommend them to all!

The team cared about the completion of service and everyone was very friendly! I felt the manager and assistant manager took my concerns seriously and were respectful. There were some hiccups with communication, but everything was worked out professionally. Nonetheless, I will be back for future services.

Wonderful experience! Outstanding customer service! Antron assisted me with a tire replacement today. I came in yesterday, the tire was not in stock. He ordered it promptly and set my appointment for the service today. I arrived, he got my vehicle in and out in under 40 minutes. Each time I patronize this location, I leave feeling heard and knowing my issues are addressed. I highly recommend Mavis Tires on Douglas Blvd.

Great service! I scheduled my car to get serviced at 8am Saturday morning because I thought I would be there for hours! But OMG they were fast, precise,the waiting area was clean, and the staff was friendly! My future service will be at this location. Thanks guys!!!!

Great customer service!! This was my first time at this location & it won't be my last! Came in for a wheel alignment and was informed that I need to have my two front rims repaired, per the technician. Damn pot holes & railroad tracks. Nonetheless... they saved me several $$$ by getting a tire rotation & balance. Antron... super cool guy. Laid back & very patient. All in all I had a great experience. Thank you all!

As a young adult, I m still learning to figure out how important car maintenance is. When I tell you, Nicholas, Alexis and Antron has made this experience so easy for me. The customer service was great and making sure to break down everything little by little for me to understand. There s so much patience in this staff, I truly appreciate them so much! I ll be back for my future maintenance work on my car.

First time customer. Was on my way to work when the dashboard alerted my tire pressure as 20psi. I added air, but as a precaution, I Googled the nearest shop to my location and chose to stop at Mavis. The numerical reveiw did not disappoint.Once I stepped out the car, I was greeted by staff. Seeing that he was the only person covering the front desk and checking in cars, the speed of service and professionalism was excellent. I felt that my concerns were heard and even with the unexpected expense, I can leave this establishment with confidence that I received quality care and service. Oh, and everything was completed in less than 2 hours.Thank you Antron for your assistance

I'll always bring my vehicles here purely for the staff. They make you feel like family and they do great work! I had my brakes replaced and couldn't be happier with the service I received! Even getting my check-up done today was a good experience. Help keep these folks in business!!

I stopped by after WalMart didn t have my tires in stock. Not only did I save over $40, John and Antron took amazing care of me. I was immediately attended to and got excellent service from the entire team. I recommend that you give Mavis Tire and Breaks a call for all your tire and break needs.

Antron, was very helpful. I came in for an oil change. He checked my vehicle thoroughly unlike others. I m forever grateful and thankful I came here to him. I needed tires and didn t know. He was very informative and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for other services. I highly recommend this location in DOUGLASVILLE of Douglas Blvd. Ask for, Antron!!

The team here at Mavis Tires did a fantastic job with accommodating me to an earlier timeslot than my scheduled appointment of 11am. Antron and his team got my car s oil changed, topped off the car s coolant fluids, as well as the windshield wiper fluids. They told me that my tire had some air leakage coming off the side of the tire and they would replace the tire with a new one. I agreed and they were able to replace the old tire with a new one and get everything else I requested within about an hour. I was extremely satisfied with the work that they did today. Thank you, Antron and Mavis Team.

My tire went flat on the expressway headed to Hwy 5 in Douglasville, GA! When I say that God was looking out for me! They were there and took excellent care of me. They were patient and we were not there all night! Thank you all again!!Don t forget to visit Jewel s Treats & More on Fairburn Road in Douglasville. We got Pound Cake!!
