Was on a road trip from Tampa to Arkansas to visit my daughter. 1 in the morning my radiator cracks and I'm forced into a very bad situation. Managed to get to a gas station and rest in my car. Called Johnny's at 6:30 am and they answered. Engine was cool and topped off so I drove 4 miles to them. They quoted me a reasonable price and got the job done by 1 pm. With good news that there wasn't any head gasket issues. I'm back on the road. They saved my vacation

Work so fast my coffee was still hot!! The quality of care, service, and respect makes Johnny's worth every penny. It is difficult to find good places to care for your car and be treated like an equal with respect and courtesy. It is more difficult to find a place that doesn't exploit your car problems. I am grateful I stopped by Johnny's and you have a customer as long as I live in Douglasville... greatest!

Awesome experience with them so far. Have carried my company truck to them for both a small and major repair and have no complaint with the service or repair quality so far. My only issue (and I refuse to call it a problem) is that they sometimes get so busy that they forget to call back when checking on the status of parts or repairs progress. All in all, I will continue to use them until the quality drops too far.

I have been going to Johnny's for years with all my cars. They are helpful and honest. I first started coming here after a bad experience with another mechanic. Johnny fixed me up at a fraction of the cost, and said I didn't need some of the services the other mechanic said were required.

I can always count on Johnny's whenever I have car issues. Their prices are very reasonable and they will get you back on the road in a short amount of time.

Extremely disappointed in the brake service I received from this establishment. The brakes on my vehicle are much worse than before I took it in. I called multiple times to give them the opportunity to make it right but was told I would incur additional costs. When I called to get a possible resolution I was told they would honor my request to return half of the money I paid, only to be told shortly after that they would not return any of my money. This, in my opinion only proves how dishonest they are and do not care about the customer afterwards. Now I have no other choice but to take my vehicle to a reputable repair shop which will end up with more out of pocket expense and being a single mom this has caused a financial hardship that this "repair" shop is not concerned about... they are only concerned with taking your money. At this point, my family and I are being put in danger!!!!!!!! This is the beginning of my voice being heard and I hope others read this before going here.Service: Brakes

These people are absolutely amazing and if I could give them 10 stars, I would. Johnny Sr seems to have retired, but he has done such an amazing job raising his family to be good God fearing people that their altruism when it comes to fixing cars is unlike anything I ve ever seen.

I picked up my car today and drove off a SATISFIED WOMAN! I put the pedal to the metal to test her out and my car was running so smooth, so quiet, so powerful. Much more power than when I bought the car several years ago. I've used Johnny for over 6 years now and I've ALWAYS had great results. He is honest, respectful, friendly and everything else. It's family ran and owned, they make a great team. I will never use another mechanic. I highly recommend Johnny's to everyone!

Very good people. Johnny has always been very honest with me in everything he has done. Always tells me up front what he is doing to do to the vehicle. I've taken 3 vehicles there and they spent a lot of time trying to get one of the cars to act up but it never did, Johnny was very honest and told me to just bring it back if it started messing up and did not charge me . Most repair stations would have put parts in the vehicle to make money. Thank You Johnny's Automotive for being a good place we can bring our vehicles to and not worry about being taken for a ride.

Couldn't ask for more honest and fair people. So appreciative of all they have done for me. They've never tried to take advantage of me by requesting that I have unnecessary work done and they always look out for my best interest. Definitely my 'go to' as long as they're in business.

I have taken 2 different cars there for separate problems. Johnny's has always been honest with me, and gives fair quotes and pricing. After doing the brakes on my Ford Escape, after everything was settled, they called me up and told me they accidentally over charged me, and refunded the amount immediately. I would have never known, but they did the honest thing. That buys my loyalty alone.

My wife and I were on a road trip and had car trouble in Douglassville. We pulled into a gas station where a local couple recommended we go see Johnny and his son. We managed to get the car there and the guys sped through their lunch break to get us fixed and back on the road as fast as possible! Great work and really good people! And a fair price!

The service consistently efficient you can rely on Johnnys to give you fantastic service no matter what your vehicle issue may be they've got the remedy. They're respectful and they do the job right the first time. Most of all I truly enjoy and appreciate the honesty that Johnny's provides to it's customers cause we know it's hard to find a great mechanic and one thats honest so if your looking for a new place for your auto maintenance & repair stop in and try Johhnys they won't steer you wrong.

I've been using Johnny & Johnny Jr's services for 15 years and they are the most honest automotive shop I have ever been to. They are also a lot cheaper than any other auto shop as well!

I wish there were ten stars for this auto shop! They deserve ten plus stars! HONEST, friendly, and reliable service. BEST in Douglas county!!! As long as their doors are open, this is where my vehicle will be taken if any work needs to be done.

We always try to use Independence when we get our cars fixed Johnny's was quick and efficient. Their pricing is fair. They were able to locate and repair my problem. We will use them again.

Johnny's auto and repair has absolutely gained my business. They definitely pay attention to your needs and they are fast! And they do honest work. I don't do these alot but these guys are worth speaking about.

I would say he is the best around. He did an awesome job of fixing my 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500hd . The cost was 1/4 of what 2 other shops in the area wanted to fix it.
