Always a great time here with these guys. They genuinely care, they do awesome work and they make sure everything is tight, secure and fixed properly.Been going here for almost a year and has work done on both mine and my wife's vehicles. 100% awesome experience!

Lugard always takes care of me I needed a tire today and they helped me out so much no other spot in town had a tire of my size they went over and beyond to get me back on the road! I m a local and will be always promoting them!

My breaks were not working properly and I didn t know where to go. I googled the closest place to me and it was J.U. Tires. At J.U tires they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of! They did such a great job fixing my car! I would not go anywhere else and can t recommend them enough!

I had a fantastic experience at lugard thanks to the excellent service provided by the owner. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a willingness to help. The owner took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me choose the best tires for my vehicle, all while keeping my budget in mind. The installation process was quick and efficient, and the quality of the work was exceptional. I was truly impressed with the level of care and attention I received throughout my visit. I highly recommend J.U Tires for anyone in need of new tires or other tire services. Thank you to the owner for taking such great care of me

Don't do business here they don't open at 8 they open whenever they get there and they tell you one price and charge your card a different price. The short guy Jarrod stole money out my car I will be filling a complaint with Douglasville police beware of this place

I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it real fast and had me on my way. They didn t try to upcharge or anything. Great experience!

Called and asked about 2 hours before closing if they would be able to mount and balance 4 brand new tires on my S2000, and they agreed to do so, I was quoted $80 on the phone. I brought my car in and the tires and upon arrival the tech working on 2/21/2021 told me that "he wanted $200 to do the tires because it was a hard job and he would have to use his brain" After I told him I'd pay the agreed upon price, he threw his hands up and said "i am closed I am done with this" and walked back inside, so we left.

The guy that runs the place is always on the phone doesn't pay full attention to the customer standing at him and just plain and simply is rude and cannot follow simple instructions. I would not now or never recommend him this is my second time to give him the opportunity to prove me wrong.

I got my tires for 55$ here, they even disposed my old tire. The place by the interstate was charging me 90$. You guys found a new customer.

If I could give a lower rating I would!!! This man stole from us!! Lied to us about this good used tire! Had his thumb over this one spot the whole time putting on tire and come to find out when we drove straight to Walmart to have it checked out...it has a nail in it and a slow leak as well. Now we re down $35 for tire and $15 to have plugged!!! Will never go to him again!! Outright lied!!! Wouldn t send my worse enemy to this creep!!!

This is the second time I've gotten a used tire from them and they are excellent I love that they try to match the tires that you have on your vehicle at the time you come in the price is phenomenal for used tire and I will continue to use them when I'm in need of a used tire.

I bought 2 new tires. He didn't tighten one of my tires and I almost went into a head own collision.ive called the guy over and over. He keeps holding the button down. For 3 mins I have it on record. He keeps saying hello until I tell him that I'm going to put a law suits on him then he starts talking. Then he tells me to get a jack to put the tire back on and bring it back and he will fix it. How am I supposed to put the tire back on.then I ask him if he will get a tow truck. Then he starts saying hello over and over. I have every bit of this on camera. I would definitely not go to this business.

The customer service is terrible i called to get pricing on a tire and he told me one price.Then when i got there he acknowledged that i was the one who called and he changed the tire. He then changed the price from what he originally told me and tried to start an argument with me to ask me if i was ok as if i was stupid . I will never give my money to this company again

Great service. Fast and friendly. Definitely recommended.just remember it's a slight pain to get there due to the construction. Worth it though.

I. Was out of town and a nail went in my tire and I had to drive 6 hrs home. And drop my family off at the airport in 3 hrs...He was fast Efficient and fare...Thanks so much.

This guy tried to fix a flat and made the hole to big and insistes i buy a used tire. He probably sold my tire later. Lol dont go there rip-off.
