I love going here. The vacuums used to be alot stronger, but they still get the job done. The guys that have helped me always are nice even when I go in there right at closing time. I like that they have the towels to get the door jams and all the little places on cars that the machines don't get. They prescrub your car a little better if you give them a tip.

Cost: $$Service: A+Would I recommend to my friends/family/people?: YES I WOULDDAVID greeted me. JOHN was the tech who was servicing(oil change/windshield wiper replacement f&b)my vehicle. The customer service was great! Both were professional gentlemen. The time and prices were reasonable and affordable. I hope this establishment will continue to keep up the good work because in business I do appreciate people who know how to produce desired results and provide excellent service to their customers. I do plan to come back and patronage this business in the future. Be blessed and have a wonderful day.

I absolutely love this place. I don't even live in Douglasville anymore, but I will happily drive 40min here for an oil change everytime. David is the best and always gives the best service. His staff is also excellent.Well, sidenote. There's one young guy that could use a little help to grow his customer service skills. I've encountered him twice & his disposition is off-putting to say the least. Once at the car wash & again at the oil change (I guess he's getting trained on that now).Despite this, I'm not taking off any stars. I've been coming here for years now and will keep getting my car serviced here because David is exemplary every single time.

Just got my emissions done and could not have had a better experience! I wish I got the name of my technician because he was wonderful but everyone was so kind and helpful. I wish I could give 10 Stars instead of 5!

This was a quick and easy process. I was able to stay in my car. The two gentlemen where professional and quite funny. From in the bay to pay was about 15 minutes! Definitely recommend!

David the Assistant GM is 10/10 a hard worker and a great person, I see him anytime I m here whether it s for an oil change or a car wash. Keep up the hard work

Guys that do the car wash are good people. It s the inside guys that always seem to have an attitude. I don t come here and get anything for free so I expect a greeting from the people who work here when getting a service. It s not hard to say hello or good morning while you are at work, I ve worked for over 20 years I know that to be the case. Telling me you have to open my door before even saying hello is a bit rude. Like I said the guys at the wash are cool so no problem there.

My oil change was super quick, affordable, and the technician who did it was very nice and professional. All in all I was there for 15 minutes to do an oil change and emissions test.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 0/0 Stars. I purchased the most expensive wash just to get my antenna torn off my car and the manager is trying to tell me via this posting that it never happened..wow. I ended up having to get the antenna repaired for over $100 so why would I lie about that? A missing antenna isn t something you notice immediately if you are DRIVING THROUGH A CAR WASH! Also, there is never anyone present to wipe off the cars after they are washed so you will be driving off with a wet car. I used this facility for the past 3 years and they are literally going downhill with everything especially customer service. There is no need for me to return to this establishment when they have already costed me more than needed. Upgrade your wash system PERIOD and don t argue with customers about their experience when a lawsuit could have been made due to the damages to my vehicle. You want proof? Take a look at the picture. DON T put your car at risk by using this establishment. It isn t worth it.

I visited here 8/10 around 9:30 am for the first time. I was greeted by a friendly white male who helped me get checked in. His customer service was great and he explained everything in great detail in regards to pricing.While my oil was getting changed, another customer came inquiring about the wait time. Justin S. was extremely rude. He told the customer it wouldn t be long and he could stand in the rain and wait or wait in his car until it was his turn. The other mechanic corrected Justin and told the customer he could wait in his car.Upon check out, I gave Justin cash and my card and requested a split payment. He asked me What am I supposed to do with this ? He then informed that split payments aren t allowed. As a fist time customer, I was completely unaware of the policy and he could ve taken a better approach and told me that.Justin has a horrible attitude and lacks customer service skills. I received fast service and a great price but I won t be returning due to the bad experience .

This is a reliable service! I love this place so much that I travel up from South Georgia just to get my oil changes. They are conveniently open on Sundays and reasonably priced. They have great customer service and every service you get a free car wash. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service!

Just had my boyfriend go to this place to get my oil change on a Sunday. Best place fr! Free car wash and it's only $18 something since I always buy my own oil. Will return for sure.

I went to Hwy 5 Car Care Sunday to get my emissions done. I was able to drive right in and as I was sitting there I saw they did oil changes too. I asked if I could get one and they went ahead and did it at the same time. The techs were very nice, fast and professional. Overall services and prices were great! My new place from now on and the free car wash is icing on the cake! Service: Oil change

I always wash my car there. Decided to give them a chance at changing my oil. I'm impressed. Great job. Even got a free car wash with purchase. It's better than or equal to the dealer without the long wait. In and out in 15 minutes or less.

For 40.00 we got our oil changed ... everything topped off a free car wash and use of the vacuums... great customer service as well

Went early on Sunday morning around 9ish..Only took 5min..Was scared because one of my emission testing lights didn't go off (EGR) but the check engine was off and I drove it thru drive cycle for a week and drove about 150 miles around 285 which was horrible but I passed and it was only $20..I can get my tag now even though I'm few days late...Not only that,you get a free wash and vac and I was about to go home and wash my car until he said that,Ain't got God good

Great place. Great staff. Great prices. Been using take5 for years. Their prices just kept going up and service down. HWY5 will be my new go to for oil change. Free wash was definitely a plus.

I ve been bringing all my cars to this location. But unfortunately today will be my last time. When I see an employee rocking a huge confederate flag on his left calf. He was still polite but if really feel uncomfortable with him working on my car seeing what the history of the flag means. And me being black.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had to go back to this place because it s the least expensive oil change I ve come across. This time I received amazing service! The communication between the two mechanics that did my oil change this time were great, so great I had to tell them how good a job they did. You get a free vacuum and car was with your oil change and when I got around to the free car wash the young guy manning the car wash on this day was one of the guys that did my oil change the first time I went and had the worst attitude then and now. He obviously doesn t enjoy his job.

Just got my emissions at this spot not my normal emissions spot, I normally went to an older gentleman that was the kindest spirit. This spot did the job, timing was decent. My issue was with a guy that wasn't even helping me, the other two gentlemen were kind actively respectful and helpful, if I was just reveiwing on them I would give 5 stars. AS I tried to exit the establishment I heard the guy direct me around the building but couldnot hear his instructions well, and my visions was a bit blurry from my blood sugar being low, and as I tried to exit the wrong way, the sign was there but I was confused and I asked him if I was going the wrong way, he just pointed at the sign and walked away. What a MF. But my vibe was good I laughed it all off, pulled off and know I will never return.
