Brandon M. was very time efficient, as well as he made sure that I understood exactly what I needed during my oil change, such as new filters and things of that sort. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable! 10/10 recommend!

NOTHING but good experiences here. I ve come for oil changes for my car and my wife s car and they always get us in and out quickly and don t try to sell you anything unless you really need it. Went in today for grinding brakes and figured it would end up being a full replacement, but the rear brakes just needed cleaning and they got me in and out in 45 minutes and at a fraction of the price I was expecting.Their customer service is also awesome - they re always kind, quick, and willing to explain things to you.The only issue is that the line can be long at peak hours, but with how great the place is, it s no wonder so many people go here to get their oil changed!

I had a great experience at this location. The staff was quick efficient and professional. I definitely would recommend this location for all things dealing with an oil change. And they were also very patient with me as I had numerous questions about the work that they were performing on my vehicle.

I always get great service here! Landyn is took great care of me the last time I was there. They got me a great quote on my tires that was the same quality but cheaper than the last set and even gave me a coupon on top of that. I highly recommend them!

Usually I pull in and I'll be told to Pull into the Lined area or "follow the arrows, and we will get you in once we have a spot open" and I'm all good and fine with that. We'll today I went to get my oil change done, and I pull where the arrows are, and sat and waited. And new car pulls in and IMMEDIATELY gets put into the bay. Okay fine. I'll let it go. Then ANOTHER car, same thing. Pulls in, and immediately gets put into the bay... THEN AGAIN. NOW MIND YOU I HAVE BEEN LOOKED AT AND NOTICED BY 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE.

Very nice guys here! World class service! I didnt have to wait at all. After checking my oil, they were honest and told me I didnt need an oil change. They fixed my broken tail lights in just a few minutes and gave me a very fair price. Everyone else quoted much higher prices. This is the place I will be bringing my car from now on. Highly recommend! Thanks guys!

Brandon was absolutely fabulous!! He gave me a lot of information about my vehicle and went above and beyond! I didn t even know I had a head light out and he let me know ! So they replaced it ! Great customer service EVERYTIME. !!!

Was out running errands when I noticed my tire light. Stopped by this location for assistance. The tech greeted me at my car; he was extremely friendly and helpful.He checked the pressure on all my tires then filled them based on vehicle recommendation.

In and out like a well oiled machine. I've been going here to drive up and get routine fluids changed or leave my car and let them call me back when they're done for many years.They will adjust the maintenance to your needs with a smile.Prices are totally decent considering they have to make a little money too.I recommend it to you if you don't have time to do it yourself.Good job EOC&T!

I'm changing my review due to the fact that I bought my car into this location three times and paid all this money just for them to tell me the 4th time after my car was still jerking that it's the transmission and its nothing they can do. Why in the hell would you all have me to pay all that money for other things that didn't even need to be really fixed! Also I paid 427 for an ac recharge and just a few days later my ac is back blowing hot!

I was driving from Atlanta to Birmingham, and my low oil light came on. I was due for a change, so I came here. They told me they don't typically service Mini Coopers, which I have encountered before and totally understand. I told them my predicament, and they were kind enough to add oil for me so I could make my trip safely. I really appreciate that they were willing to help! Five stars.

I always come to Express Oil change for my oil changes. I recently had the pleasure of getting my oil changed by John. He was extremely friendly and very professional and skilled at his job. He worked diligently to ensure that my oil change was done efficiently and effectively and made sure to give me my car oil change sticker. I love these guys. They are honest, kind, and do great work. They also get you in and out pretty quick. I ve been coming for oil changes. And I ve got a while till I ll need a tune up, but I will DEFINITELY be coming to them. Super friendly, efficient, and convenient.
