Got there at 8 am on Saturday with no appointment for 4 new tires. There were a lot of customers, so i was put on a waiting list. Still, i was out the door by 9:10. Even had new windshield wipers put on. Staff was super quick and efficient. Customer service was great. Will definitely be back to do more business with them.

Everyone here is always so pleasant! I usually buy my tires here and get the air checked! I visited today at 8am 1/18/2024, they guys working the tire air station were nice and sweet! Hope they re staying warm! Get them guys some pocket warmers PURCHASED BY THE COMPANY!! To make sure they re staying warm!

Good people...I feel like my stuff is right when I leave there... It gives me peace of mind being a single woman is it nice to know I can go there and count on them to fix my stuff correctly

WON'T GO BACK. I heard the Manager "Arabram"(?) talk so rudely about a customer. The manager bragged he didn't care about the company or the customers its just a job. Wow, we are right here and can hear you. I left because if he is this way are his employees the same? Employees are hearing him. Don't like or appreciate your job? I know people who would. I won't go back, going where my business is appreciated.

I came in for my appointment at 5:06pm. 5 customers with appointments came in AFTER me and were in and out way before the rep even notified me that "now my vehicle was being moved into the bay" (6:00pm). The staff member that checked me in did not communicate anything to me beforehand that I specifically would be last in line, waiting well over 90 minutes (until after hours) to have ONE tire replaced. I made this appointment over a week ago. The waiting room was freezing. The only thing the manager could say was. "Sorry." Hiram Discount tire has never treated me this way. Lance, the sweet tech that brought out my car was the only highlight of the experience. He was kind. Nonetheless,I 'll never be back to this location again.

Best experience with discount tire ever! Or any tire shop for that matter. Brought in some freshly powder coated wheels to have tires mounted and balanced. I was worried because I ve had wheels scraped or scuffed in the past, but these guys took extra care and the wheels still look great. Super nice and just kind they even helped me load and unload them from my car and put tire shine on there. These guys take pride in their work and I couldn t be more impressed!

They scratched my wheels on my truck installing the tires. Had to return twice to get tires rebalanced. The second time I had them rebalanced i was informed I had a bent wheel, even though the truck was smooth before i got the new tires. Had my dealer rebalance and check my wheels. The wheels are not bent and they ride smooth now. Cost me an extra $50.00 to get it right.

Only leaving 1 star because it's the lowest I can go. I made an appointment in advance given all the details regarding the needed tires. After waiting over an hour before my car was even started on even with an appointment and my 4 year old toddler I was then told they didn't have the needed size tires and they would have to order them. I then went to Mavis tires up the street and was taken in immediately and even for a cheaper price.

I've been coming here for years. Recently came in due to a cracked wheel that was causing my tire to leak air. They sold me a new wheel but didn't offer to put on the spare so I could safely drive around. Not sure why they didn't but not a good experience. On top of that, I specifically asked for a black wheel. When I came in to have it put on, the wheel was silver. Very disappointing when I specifically asked the salesman to ensure that the wheel is black. I'll be going to a different location in the future, my last few visits have been extremely disappointing. They're only concerned with sales, aren't transparent and do not value their customers after thousands of dollars have been spent.

Brought my BMW in for the 2nd time to this location. In one word.. Unprofessional !! Bad Customer Service! This guy was too busy eating ice cream at the counter. I Used my discount credit card for the first time & it was a headache. Never coming back!! Sticking with the BMW dealership from now on !!!!

Got up and arrived at Douglasville store at 7:55 am, entered at 8 am, told them the one tire that I need replaced and rotated. Was back in my car my 8:35 am. You got my business for respecting my time. Great Job!!!

2.23.2024. My tire had something in it. It went flat this morning. I made an appt for today. They replaced it. They even put the bad tire in my back seat for some reason this time. I'll spray paint it and use it for something colorful in my flowerbed. They've been my tire place for several years. I drive from Mableton to Douglasville just to go there. R Clark

Had a 8:15 am appointment. I arrived at 8:06, stood in line for 11 minutes and then told I would be put on the wait list before they would check me in. The bar code scanner to check in was not working.Why even have appointments if they are not going to honor them. It isn t like this was mid-day and they got slammed. They did not pull the 1st car into the garage until 8:14.

The store in douglasville did a fantastic job. Time frames were accurate, and David helped explain some questions I had about some website offers and was very helpful. I was worried about taking my bmw there but I will be back!

Let me first state that Jeremiah is awesome! He definitely deserves a raise. He s professional, attentive, and caring. You walk in the door, he comes straight up to you and asks what he can help you with. So many other places are unprofessional, rude, and not attentive. Jeremy is the opposite of that! But besides from that, I want to just state that I ve been getting my tires done at Walmart for years, but not bc the service is great or anything, it s bc they re cheap. But unfortunately for Walmart, I recently had a horrible experience with them when trying to balance my tires properly. I had to call the corporate office 4 times and after a month and a half of riding with unbalanced wheels, they finally fixed it. It took the service manager himself to resolve my issue. To say the least I was incredibly upset. I would take my car up there and say it s not balanced properly, then an hour later they would say it s done without actually doing any work. I know bc I checked the wheels myself afterwards. Anyways, I went into discount tire bc they have always seemed pretty good the few times that I ve visited to get a quote.

Waited in line 30 minutes when dropping Car off to get tires changed. The customer service people would not even look up to see if anyone was there. They were more interested in helping the people on the phone or talking on phone. Went back in today to get tires Rebalance because Car was shaking and ended up waiting another 20 minutes to get my keys. Same problem the one customer service counter lady would not even look up from computer to help and the other guy stayed on the phone the whole time. I wish I did not have lifetime balancing here so I would not have to go back. The Guys installing do good work.

We'll see about the tires, but the service techs went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me with my battery (unrelated to the tire service, hence, not their job), in the rain, after closing time. I am SUPER GRATEFUL for that!!!!!! Good customer service/compassion is like finding a unicorn these days.

Always top notch service. I needed a replacement tire late on Friday. They hustled to get me done before they closed. Very professional, fast and courteous. I will never go anywhere else.

Reading many of the reviews is shocking. I m back here again, August 16, 2023.My tire pressure light was on this morning. I got air placed in the tire, saw the tread and decided to get two new tires. The customer service was great. No issues, etc.I do recommend getting the insurance on the tires. I ve had to use that coverage a few times!! They ve fixed a few tires at zero cost, etc.Including today, I m a regular customer for four vehicle.

Wife went by to see if one of her tires needed service. The shop offers free air check for cars that have a low pressure indicator on the dash display. Come to find all tires were low. The tech fixed all the tires to proper pressure. She tipped the tech for his time and the dash light went out. She was very happy. Glad they provide this service. Tip the Tech a couple of bucks, you could be on your knees checking it yourself.

Picked up a screw in our rental cars tyre. Called into Discount Tire in Douglasville, spoke with Thomas who was very friendly and really helpful. He booked us in and said it would be about an hour to fix. After about 40 minutes we got a text to say the car was ready. This was done free of charge. So a huge thanks to Thomas and all at Discount Tire. Thanks for helping an English family out of a hole.

Went there to get a free plug and left with four new tires. Next day, entire car drifting, swaying and not able to ride faster than 50 miles an hour. Will not recommend. I value my time. If you value yours, go somewhere where the job is done correctly the FIRST time.

They are Amazing!! They have Amazing customer service and will continue doing business here. Came with a flat tire, two hours to closing and they took me right in and fixed it. Thank You Discount Tire for Amazing Customer Service.
