Crooks! I don't see how they could have a 4.8 on reviews. They lie to their customers and miss quote you over the phone only to change the quote when you bring your vehicle in significantly! Find another muffler shop if you don't want to get ripped off!

Had my catalytic converter replaced here. They were quick & fairly priced.A few months later I noticed a leak sound somewhere & called them, they had me come in & weld the leak with no hesitation. They guarantee their work which is a huge plus!Overall great service. Thanks guys!

Went in this morning. This place is amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and fast! They diagnosed my issue ASAP and immediately fixed it! I was out in less than 30 minutes. Best place ever! I won t go anywhere else!

Came in around 8 on saturday, was finished with the work my car needed by 8:40. Service was super fast and the team working the desk and on my car were very friendly! The price was incredibly fair/ under what i was expecting, and my car is running smooth again! Overall I had a great experience!

Called them about a broken weld on a muffler, I came right and it was fixed in ten minutes. Very nice people, would recommend very good prices

I have a 05 c6 VETTE stock no performance exhaust. was about to spend over $2000 on a corsa. Brought it to Custom Mufflers Douglasville ga. They did muffler delete with straight pipes. Now it sounds like a c7 performance exhaust I'm not kidding! The owner and his crew on a Saturday had me out the door with all smiles in 1r 30 mins. saved thousands. Highly recommended especially if u hve a stock quiet VETTE. Go see them and again thanks Custom mufflers in Douglasville. o yeah No Drone!

Go NOWHERE else for your muffler needs, be they repairs, new stuff, whatever you may need. Custom Mufflers is outstanding. I needed a repair, they took a look and the owner told me my problem was a warranty issue and the repair should be done for free at the dealership. He did offer to repair it, but the honesty was refreshing. So, no satisfaction at the dealership(s) - a story for another time - and back I go to Custom Mufflers. The issue was repaired correctly, quickly and at a very fair price. These guys are great, can't say enough good things about them. Thanks for helping me out! Just wanted to write a review if this place. This place is the best business to get exhaust work done. They are extremely nice and quick. Came in on a Saturday to get a custom muffler done on my Toyota Tundra. Sounds amazing and they were really quick. In and out in under an hour. Price was great too. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting quality work on exhaust systems and reasonable pricing. Thanks a bunch.

Took my van in because it was making a loud noise underneath. Mark put it on the lift and discovered the pipe broke lose from the muffler.Mark suggested he was going to cut the old piece off and add another pipe and weld the attached piece on .I really thought going in this was going to be a major problem .But after Mark explained to me then told me it would be $60 I was really relieved. I was impressed by the polite, informative & professional customer service I received on the phone and in person. Before I decided on this shop, I went to a shop not too far from this one called CW custom mufflers. That owner was rude, unprofessional and unbelievably condescending. When I called this shop and went to check it out, it was like I entered reality again lol. My dual exhaust system was installed with the type of custom design that totally impressed me. While completing the work, they discovered a small fuel leak and decided to fix it for free. This was not expected and was totally a shock when I arrived to find them fixing it. The father and son team hear are top notch. I would recommend this business to anyone seeking custom or any exhaust system repair. You will be impressed as I was with the quality of work.Service: Exhaust

My exhaust flex pipe cracked on my car. I took my car to Custom Mufflers on Friday morning a little bit after 9 AM. I drove into the shop onto the lift right away. They looked at the problem, told me it would take 25 minutes to repair, for a very reasonable price. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, exhaust flex pipe fixed like new. This is the only place you need to go to for exhaust repairs. They were super friendly, fast, and made a quality repair and the price was right. The best muffler shop in Douglasville. If you need exhaust muffler type work, this is the place!Service: Exhaust

These guys do one thing, and they do it exceptionally well. I have had them do small repairs and also bigger exhaust install work. They charge fair prices and do great quality work on time. I needed my exhaust repaired and they were able to get me in immediately and fixed my exhaust in less than 10 minutes. They offered a good price and my truck is running better than before my exhaust line came apart a week ago. Great guys! Professional and very easy to talk to. You can stand at the bay door and watch them work. I felt like they were honest and straight forward. They had me in and out in about 30 mins. American made is important to me so they offered me magnaflow exhaust which is American made and american manufactured.All around great place. This is definitely my new muffler shop.Service: Exhaust

Outstanding service and great customer service. I've taken two of my vehicles in for exhaust work and my experience was terrific. There was little to no wait before I was seen at the counter. My car was on the lift being inspected within 15 minutes. During this time, I was brought over to the lift to inspect the work that needed to be done. The repairs were completed within the hour (less than 30 minutes during my last visit) and I was on my way. Once again, great experience and I would highly recommend Custom Mufflers as your "GO TO" muffler shop.

This is the absolute BEST establishment...truly a God-send. I just had a new catalytic convertor installed. I pulled up to the shop around 8:10AM; I was out by 8:30AM FLAT. Great owners, great price...just wonderful. I can't thank you enough, Custom Mufflers!

This was my second visit to this muffler shop and while it wasn't as quick as my initial visit, in the end it was still stellar service. I went to have the exhaust adjusted on my girlfriends car because it would rattle on the frame brace of her convertible. When we left the first time, for whatever reason the issue wasn't resolved. After the shop became aware of the issue, they had us come back to have it properly fixed and it took no more than 10 minutes. They apologized for the inconvenience and thanked us for choosing their shop. I highly recommend this shop for any exhaust concerns you may have.Service: Exhaust

If I ever need help with my car my muffler or any other car service I am going to consider using custom mufflers I went in for an estimate it didn't even take long and he fixed the problem in 2 minutes and I was in and out I would like to thank them and anybody that needs help with their mufflers please consider using custom mufflers thank you guys.

Don and his team are The BEST! They repaired my catalytic converter and installed a new oxygen sensor in less than 1 hour! Truly a Blessing and Major Asset to the Douglas County community. I would totally recommend this place to family and friends! I had to replace catalytic converter on my car like 3 or 4 years ago. They were professional and did a great job. Reasonable price too!
