My car was unfortunately in a hit and run, which was not my fault. Insurance scheduled this shop to repair my damages, and it was the best experience. There was absolutely no hassle, and they communicated with me about everything through the process. I truly appreciate the staff here, they are thorough and care about their customers vehicle s repairs. 10/10. Definitely recommend to anyone!

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing Classic Collision as an Allstate approved body shop, and I must say, their service exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and a genuine willingness to help.The team at Classic Collision not only fixed my car promptly but also provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. When an issue arose after I picked up my car, they immediately took action and went above and beyond to resolve it.Despite facing challenges with Ed Voyles Kia, who held my car for an extended period without addressing the issue, Classic Collision remained proactive in communicating with them and keeping me updated on the status.Although Allstate was unhelpful despite my repeated calls for updates and assistance with rental car return, Classic Collision continued to advocate for me. When it was discovered that the car's issues were unrelated to the accident, and Allstate refused to cover the relocation of my car back to Classic Collision, they stepped in and covered the cost themselves.Their dedication to customer satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart. I cannot recommend Classic Collision highly enough. If you're in need of auto body repair services, look no further. They are simply outstanding.

David was very helpful. I was quoted a fair price for a quick job. They had the best estimated turn around time in the area as time was an issue for me. Not only were they accommodating to my needs they completed the work same day! I had them paint the inserts for the new grille on my 1974 F100 and as you can see they turned out very nice! I will MOST DEFINITELY be back for any auto paint/body needs! I was treated like a friend and appreciate the hospitality! Thanks David and everyone at Classic Collision! Allstate was the insurance company that used them to fix my truck. I m very unhappy with almost everything that they did. They left some mounting screws out of a wheel well they did not know how or desired to use the cheap paint that does not match the rest of the truck. Seem line did not match and their guys could not figure out how to adjust them out to lineup with the rest of the parts. Replaced my factory bumper with a cheap replacement brand. I will never have a car worked on there. Even if the insurance company wants to use them. VERY UNHAPPY.

This is what my car looked like after they repaired it!! Don't take any car here. I will not take it back because I'm so afraid what else they will damage on my car. 2019 brand new car!!UPDATE: Another location took over a week correcting the issues that were done by this location. The emblem (where the camera is) on the front of my car had to be replaced because they damaged it. The repairs that Marietta had to correct cost more than the initial damage.

Would like to have been able to have car repaired, but due to its age and damage it was a total wreak. Had this suv for a little over 20 years. They don't make them like that anymore.

My car was in accident. And it was taking longer to fix my car. So the lady Samantha, I had to return my car buy the end of that week and she told me that she would take care of it for me. I also her if I needed to call and make arrangements and she said she would take care of the everything and the money for the rental. But when I called back to check on my car Samantha had quit. I tried a free times to call back but wouldn t answer the phone. I called on 7/1812022 and finally got to talk to a man Johnny I told him what Samantha had said. He connected me to a man Mike and told him what Samantha told me and he told me that could honor what she said.It was my fault she quit so I think they honor what she said she would do to pay for my rental because the where behind and it would take longer to fix my car. So no I would not recommend to anyone for their service.Services: Transmission, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

My vehicle repair was finished in a timely manner in spite of the present supply crisis.The staff was pleasant and helpful from the time I walked up through the final inspection before I drove away.Rachael was my contact during the process, and she made sure my concerns were addressed, and she kept informed on the progress of the repair.* A special acknowledgement goes to the guy who details the vehicles before pickup; it is so nice to get more than you expected from a company nowadays.

I would highly recommend Classic Collision to potential customers. Service is amazing and got my vehicle back in less than a week. They keep in contact throughout the process and are wonderful from beginning to end. If I need any type of car body work, I will definitely be back

Very disappointed. My Lexus was barely hit in the rear and its been almost a month Ive been without a car. I used to always bring my car Up here for any body work damage but after this experience Im never taking any of my cars to them again. Very very disappointed in their service. I do not recommend.

*Do not I repeat Don t take your vehicle to this place and expect quality service or work.After almost 2 months of patience with this place I still have not received my truck after being told initially it would take only 2 weeks to replace a hood, front bumper, 2 fenders, and paint. I was lied to from day one and it still continues. They claim to use new OEM parts that are aftermarket but they will charge you for new. My truck was left outside over the weekend it s first week there with my complete engine compartment exposed to the weather... no hood, no fenders, no front bumper, no cover on the fuse panel under the hood. I asked if this was normal and was told by the General manager that it wasn t and he apologized for it. (Fast forward) Current GM there doesn t speak or acknowledge the customer. After being told my truck was ready for pickup, I m like finally only to get there and find the didn t complete the work and wasn t inspected like they said they did because my a/c no longer works, body panels not painted correctly and pinstripes peeling on panels that were painted.This has been a really bad experience for me and my family.I still have heard from the current GM, Regional Management, or Owner with any type of apology for my inconvenience or their mistakes.

Horrible experience and will never go back! It s been 3 months since the originally fixed my issue and it was not properly done so they had to redo the work, it took another 2 months for me to arrive yesterday and see they still did not fix the car properly! I gave my insurance rep a call she told me yes they are having issues and Geico is not accepting anymore new work from them at the moment so Geico is allowing me to go to another shop to have my work done. It s crazy, I ve never had this many issues with getting something as simple as a bumper/finder replaced and done properly. Also the communication is terrible, I would never receive updated calls or information unless I reached out first and they are supposed to give u regular updates according to the policy they have with Geico! WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP!Service: Body & Trim

Everyone there was very helpful, professional and did a great job on my car! They finished ahead of scheduled promise date and kept me informed of progress along the way. I will definitely go back there if\when service is needed in the future!

When calling to check same day availability on exhaust system repair, the young lady at reception - after checking the proper department - was nice enough to suggested a practical solution. Surprisingly enough, it was to take it to a muffler specialist! Now, if that isn t customer service, i don t know what is.As it happens, i had been planning some body work for my Black Mamba. Shows how far honesty in service takes you...i will give Classic Collision a try. Just for good 1st impression.

5 stars is not enough! The staff are very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable! My vehicle was ready a week ahead of schedule plus it was completely detailed inside and out! Tiffany, Johnny, and another female who's name I didn't get (sorry) were outstanding! All of these employees represent Classic Collision and Geico exceptionally! Give them all raises ASAP!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

Cleaning guy does an awesome job. I like the people but I did have to bring my vehicle back several times....QA not so hot...after my wreck they never did an alignment causing my front tires damage to the insides...they have aligned it now but I'm still trying to get my tires replaced....I wouldn't take my vehicle there but my Insurance company uses them and warranty parts and labor so.....

Classic Collision Douglasville is by far the best automotive repair shop ever. The staff is highly trained and skilled at addressing your automotive needs. Stephen provided top notch customer service, informing me on the progress of my vehicle every step of the way. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable body shop.

I was told by company representatives they are a certified BMW repair facility. However, this was not the truth and the repairs completed on my car were subpar. What started off as a minor repair to correct scratches across 2 doors and a rear panel ended up becoming a nightmare. I had to reject taking possession of my car twice and when I finally did get it the speaker on my door panel was broken off and they had wiped some sort of substance throughout the interior. When I questioned the company, they offered to tow my 70k car to another one of their shops in Kennesaw to fix their mistakes. I refused to allow them to touch my car for a 3rd time. I took my car straight to BMW and ended up having to have the entire side of the car painted due to Classic Collisions poor quality and incompetence. Do yourself a favor and don t allow this company to work on your car. I learned the hard way. Also, don t be fooled by their lifetime warranty. With the quality of their work being so terrible you ll gladly beg them to keep the warranty. Again, please learn from my mistake.

Wonderful front desk customer service. Unfortunately, the technician failed to refill the radiator causing my vehicle to overheat leaving me on the side of the road the night I picked up my car after the repair. In addition to this major oversight, the windshield wiper fluid container was not reconnected, leaving it flapping in the wind. Also, multiple clips that secured the seals above the headlights were left off. The front desk employees were superb. Too bad the technicians do not posses their attention to detail. Upper management at the location, Josh, in particular, was very disrespectful and refused to take responsibility for the error. Save yourself the hassle, take your vehicle somewhere else.

I was completely satisfied with the service that i recieved here. I LOVED the fact that they truly cared about what needed to be done, and ensuring that I was happy throughout the entire process. My service advisor was Ernesto Flores who did an amazing job! I THANK YOU ALL for the service provided to me and making sure i was satiafies with the completed repairs to my car.

I brought my husband's truck there two weeks ago to get it repaired from an accident and every last one of them except the guy in detail was rude & nasty. The advisor NEVER spoke with us and after this last time, they have lost a customer. This was my third time there for repairs to three seperate vehicles. No communication, & well over priced for after market materials.
