Shop did a great job and in a few hours in putting my rims and tires on my bike. Went by one day to inquire and they said bring the bike back. We did that same day and they put them on the same day. They actually had the rims in stock. Great folks to work with

Purchased a used exhaust. Asked if there any damage. Buyer said not he could see. Didn t care about the finish but the dents dings and rust holes made this 500 $ unusable. Won t Respond to messages

John and Shawn know their bikes! Needed my tires changed and Harley wouldn t touch my bike because of the age. Needed a tire for the 4th of July weekend. I called Chief Custom Cycles on a Friday around 4PM, knowing they close at 5, and they took care of me no problem. I just purchased a 2016 American Ironhorse Texas Chopper and I needed to have the front tire replaced as the original rubber was showing dry-rot and cracking. Because of the long rake and overall length of this chopper it was difficult to find a shop that could do it. I tried Earl Smalls Harley Davidson and they gave me the run around having me bring the bike in for service, only for the tech to cry the bike didn't fit on his lift (terrible customer service at Earl Smalls). Then I found Cherokee Chopper and spoke with the owner Scott who assured me this was not an issue. I scheduled service, brought the chopper in and the repair/service was perfectly by Scott and his tech. It was done on-time and for the estimated price. I will continue to have my chopper served at Cherokee Chopper and highly recommend them.Service: Tires

John installed a new k x lighting system under carriage on my 2021 polaris slingshot and it is Awesome! He did a professional and exceptional job and we would recommend him to anyone that wants service done right and very dependable!

I am very pleased with the smooth and powerful performance of my 2018 Indian Roadmaster. But uneven tire wear and a low speed (30 - 35 mph) wobble in the front tire was annoying. In replacing the front tire, John found that the directional tire was mounted backwards. My like new ride feels like Christmas in July.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Great work and dedicated to doing the work right! Had some custom paint and body done, to include custom work on my rear fender to shave and install a new taillight that's awesome! My Indian Chieftain looks unique and custom!
