This automotive shop is the best in Douglasville. When it comes to brakes, alignment, suspension or any maintenance related issues they have the best service and most knowledgeable and dependable staff I have seen. From the front counter to the service manager everyone is courteous, prompt, and professional. I have full confidence my RAM 3500 is in good hands each and every time maintenance comes due on my vehicle and I have to drop it off. In over 4 visits I have never had to bring my very back for improper work or rework. I pray this review moves investors to expand their facility or give them a bigger facility in an area of high visibility for the work and prices is exceptional.Myron Bethley (2018 RAM 3500 210k+ miles)

Arthur was super friendly and let us watch him inspect our tire until he found the issue. The ladies up front got us a new tire ordered and delivered same day. Highly recommend

This is the second time I have used Brightstar Tire for maintenance. Both times they have been very open and forward regarding pricing. Wait time was minimal on each repair and the staff members have made it a joy to do business there.

I ve been dealing with Bright Star over the years. When one dealership wanted to do an unnecessary break job (dash light), Bright Star saved me hundreds of dollars by simply refilling the break fluid reservoir. They are honest, dependable, and give great communication.

I got my alignment done, and the technician made sure to let me know it wouldn t completely fix the problem I was having. He informed me that one of my tires was separating, so I got that tire off the truck soon after. I appreciated him letting me know so I avoided a blowout!

Tire kid practically welded my tires on over torqued so badly that impact air wrench was no help. Took me 4 hours and finally a torch and special tool to get lugs loose in order to do other repairs on front end. Good thing i was at home and not changing a flat on hwy. After i left the place that day, i inspected my wheels which were still not aligned and visibly obvious. The also couldnt fix and clear codes that were causing the steering not to function due to the control arm replacement that caused the misalignment on this vehicle 2018 BMW 430i. I also seen that they didnt use proper technique to realign that one out of line wheel in front. It requires the tie rod end to be held by wrench while the the other end of the dually threaded shaft that goes into the steering module is turned to either widen or narrow the tie rod shaft length. So now my tie rod is tilted and stressed wrong way. Also a 260$ perelli run flat with at least 1/3 tread left on it that i wanted to replace with my new tire but keep the old one is ruined theres a chunk missing from their pry tool presumably when removing from rim, but the chunk is in the rim seat bead so it will not seal on the rim and never can hold air again. I wanted it as an emergency spare since hard to find in stock anywhere. Also greasy gunk was all over tire they changed and mounted which splattered all over my passenger fender door and a nickel sized glob was even found on my hood.

I recently had my Ford F150 , with many issues repaired at Bright Star Automotive. The mechanic and Service manager worked on it till it was done right and at times past closing. Josh took time to pick me up when i needed my truck back. The labor rate is very good compared to other dealerships. I've had my girlfriends car worked on at Bright Star also. I will continue bringing my vehicles back and would encourage others to do so also! Thanks to their team!!

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE !! Our car unexpectedly broke down while traveling to Douglasville, GA. Our daughter recommended Bright Star, where she gets car repairs. We were towed from the Huntsville, AL area to Douglasville Bright Star.. Pleased with professional service and repairs.

Authentic testimony of Bright Star Automotive: I am a new driver and vehicle owner and the first time I needed help, Bright Star automotive took care of my needs! My alternator went out in the side of the road, I called the best reviewed automotive care center I could find in my area and I m so thankful I called Bright Star. They had me back in the road in one day. Excellent service, informative help, reasonable prices and AMAZING work. Also they take care of their customers. Thank you Bright Star. Five stars.
