Bought a battery from the Newnan location but within a year it had gone bad... it was still testing fine, but wasn't holding a charge for more than a day or two. Douglasville location tested the battery and offered to do a full cell battery test on it. They went ahead and ordered the replacement since they didn't have it in stock and I brought it back up a couple weeks later. Unfortunately after 6 hours (I left my car there) the battery still could not complete the test so they deemed it a bad battery and put the new battery in my car and I was on my way! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great customer service and they know their business!! I was able to get a replacement key fob at a very reasonable price. They were actually priced below anyone else. I also get my batteries at this store.

The staff here was friendly and attentive. they took care of my repair quickly and with a smile. I was blown away by the quality of service and would definitely recommend this location and staff to anyone in the area.

I know absolutely nothing about batteries and I needed some reliable batteries going in there. Your associate Tyler was just a blessing, he was sweet and helped me find a good pack of batteries in a jiff. I was in and out I'm minutes and he was respectful and explained the batteries to me the whole time. Definitely coming back for all my battery needs!

I m saddened by the experience my family had at this location. My husband had a warranty for his battery and according to policy, the battery should be replaced. The young man Tyler wanted to upsell my husband immediately. Gave my husband the hardest time, kept making his co worker retest and retest the battery, searching for a reason to not adhere to the warranty policy. Tyler then told my husband they would need to charge the battery and my husbands truck would need to stay at the location overnight. My husband asked to speak to the manager, he s telling the manager what Tyler said, once finished explaining, the manager ask to speak to Tyler and replies I didn t say that, stop stalling . After that Tyler no longer wanted to assist. He never communicated with his co worker Aaron what next steps were. He just shut down and went to work on cellphones. Aaron advised the battery will need to be removed brought inside and tested again. Keep in mind when tested outside it read 12v, the two times and now it s going inside to test again. While that was happening I went to speak to Tyler who clearly didn t want to be bothered, to ask what s the warranty policy and process? He replied it s on the counter . I m now asking questions and he states he just wants to fix cellphones. That may be so but you have customers and I have questions, one being why wouldn t the warranty apply? From what I m reading the warranty should apply, he states not if it s user error in which I ask user error? That s a very assumptive statement . By this point my husband and Aaron are testing the battery again on the machine inside and it still reads 12v. My husband said we aren t going to get anywhere with him (Tyler) and to end the conversation. Aaron proceeds to assist my husband, adhering to the warranty, as everything checks out. As soon as the battery is replaced the car turns on and is back to normal. Clearly Tyler was given some responsibility in the store and it has led to his ego outweighing fair, responsible, and trusting customer service. We felt bad for Aaron, as Tyler had an adult tantrum, Aaron stepped up and kept professional composure the whole time. I never want to leave a bad review. We love and support small businesses all over. But I am an advocate of decent and fair customer care.

I locked myself out of my car and I was trying to see if the second key with remote could be programmed to open my car, but he was giving me an attitude and making faces as if I'm stupid for asking questions. I do not appreciate it. Do better!

The staff at the Douglasville location were very professional. I was greeted as soon as i came in. The employee had to answer the phone while i was being waited on. He said excuse me sir, and answer phone in a calm professional manner. Then after the call said I'm sorry sir. Then he had the other employee pull my battery from the bin and we headed outside for my installation. He was very friendly and really quick and precise. I will always use this company for my battery needs.

Although Batteries Plus Bulbs didn't have the battery needed for my key fob, the salesperson/ cashier went far and beyond in his attempt to accommodate me. Also, their prices are very reasonable. I will return when needed.

Manny "the so called manager" was very rude and unprofessional. He demanded my passwords and became very upset when I asked for time to lock up my clients sensitive information on my phone before unlocking the phone. He refused to fix my screen and even though there was no one else in the store, he said he couldn't get to my phone until the next day and I came by 12 PM. I ultimately went to the EW connector store to have my screen fixed because I no longer wanted to deal with Manny's unprofessionalism and very poor customer service. I went there around 5 and my screen was repaired before they closed at 6PM. They were very professional and gave me service with a smile. I will go to the EW connector store in the future to ensure that I get the service that I am paying for with MY money. Thank you guys at the EW Connector Batteries Plus store! You turned a bad customer experience into a good one. I will be a return client if the need arises.

Great service in and out as expected. The end cost was actually less than the quoted price from their web site.The scheduling process isn t there yet for instance the web site allowed for the scheduling of a battery replacement for a iPhone with a scheduled time of 6 pm. In a few hours after making the appointment online I receive a call saying their technician is only in store from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Of course we had to reschedule (verbally) for the next day.If the scheduling option isn t accurate I would recommend that customers should be told to call store to schedule.

Great customer service!!! Chris repaired my iPhone 6S quickly and professionally. He even replaced the "home" button. The whole process only took about an hour and the price was very reasonable for what he repaired. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone needing a new phone screen! Extra kudos to Chris, he is a very friendly and knowledgeable sales associate!

Bought several batteries on line for dive computer at significant savings compared to dive shop. Great communication from store staff to inform me that they were ordered and then follow up call when they arrived. Highly recommend these guys.

For the battery I was looking for, Batteries Plus had the best price. Ordering online and picking up at my local store was very easy. The product was in stock and ready for pickup very quickly after the order was placed. When I arrived at the store, the item was ready and waiting. I was in and out very quickly.

I have used this store on three different occasions. This last time I placed my order online after calling the store. I was looking for two truck batteries and wanted to make sure they were in stock. I spoke to Bob who was very helpful. He told me they were not in stock but took the time to check the shelve and did find two batteries for me. I place my internet order and the batteries were there the next day when I went to pick them up. best price I found in the area and very easy to do business with.

They were awesome in helping me to solve what l expected to be an expensive issue. One young man stayed past and of his shift just to accomadate me that night. Many of my days are packed with little to no time to deal with a problem that occurs. Also, cost was inexpensive compared to what dealerships wanted to charge me

Ordered online and picked up within 15 minutes. The battery seems to be built well and was fully charged when I received it. Great service combined with a very easy transaction is why I will continue to use BPB.

Came in on a Sunday, and yes they do have a wide selection on Batteries and Bulbs! Although it is on the pricey side, but I still made my purchase. The guy was who was working was in slow motion. He was in the back working on something for another customer, which is cool, but you could've came out and acknowledged any new customers that came in, and told them you will be right with them. Other customers came in, and left. I was in the store for atleast 30 minutes, just to pick up a pack of CV2016

5 months ago I did a positive review, well I had a battery go bad went to get it replaced, the employee could not find my account, so I pulled it up on my phone and showed him my account and where I purchased the battery he said it don't matter it was not in his computer, I showed him the date purchased the receipt #, he said would have to wait on his manager, manager showed and was rude and told me the same thing, turns out they were too stupid to find my account, I went to another store and got battery replaced in and out 5 min. The douglasville has ridiculous bad service. I will do my business at the Austell store.Ordered on line, and picked up at the store, got a good price and great service.

Counter tech had excellent knowledge and gave great advice. Whenever I need a battery, I first check Batteries Plus Bulbs. They also have flashlights and of course, bulbs! I have bought several laptop and UPS power supply batteries from BPB. All have been fine and performed as well as the original or even better.

I ordered my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 battery online. The process went smoothly. I was emailed right away that the store had received my order, then within 1 hour I was notified that my battery was ready for pickup. I sent my daughter to the store to get my battery. I gave her all the paperwork she needed plus my Driver's License and the Credit Card/Debt Card that I used for the purchase.I put my new battery in my phone and so far it is working perfectly. It is not doing all of the crazy things that it was doing with the old battery. The battery I replaced was the original one when I bought the Galaxy Note 4. It is so nice to have my phone back. It is holding the charge and working like a new battery should. I also like the Lifetime Warranty that comes with the battery. I am very pleased with Batteries Plus Bulbs - As the kids say " They are the bomb!!!"

I went in a little over a week ago to replace my key fob battery. I purposely got the lifetime battery on my last visit years ago. My name was in the computer but they had my car listed in the wrong color...tan. No idea who applied the color tan to my Lexus, but they would not honor my lifetime battery purchase due to their error. Had I not been desperate with a low battery and travel plans, I would've left. So let the record show that I'm now a TWICE paid lifetime battery member. Shameful business practices do not go unnoticed.

This was the first time I purchased a replacement battery for my alarm system. My alarm company recommended Batteries Plus Bulbs. I was able to find the battery online. I was elated to find that I would receive a ten percent discount for the online purchase with in store pick-up. The store personnel were friendly,courteous and helpful. I will consider Batteries Plus Bulbs for future battery and bulb purchases.

Told me it would only take minutes to test my car battery for warranty. They ended up trying to charge it overnight and came to the conclusion that it didn t work. They did however fill my warranty, which is the only reason I give them 3 stars. I have 1 car and a missing battery for a day means missing work.
