Again. Customer service was good. This is the second time today, that this same part was used/damaged and being sold as new. This box was completely torn open and the part had cracks from prior installation, which someone didn't use correct torque specifications. It's not exceptable Autozone! Something needs to be done. This should not be present at #1 store, let alone #2 in the same area. This makes Douglasville stores, look really bad!

Karlin was the only person that helped me today when I entered this location.While others walked away. He was very professional, and helpful. He helped me find the battery for my vehicle. He also offered to put the new battery in my vehicle. In which he did! He took the old one and put the new one in fast with precision. 10/10 recommend him.

Jabrien has helped me out tremendously with parts for my truck. My spark plugs for instance. He told me that the computer said unavailable and he helped me by going back there and searching for the spark plug. I have because he said I know that there s at least one back here somewhere they can t be completely unavailable like it says. And he looked and he searched for about 15 minutes and he found spark plug and that s all I needed. He found it when it said unavailable on the computer. This guy is a great help. Awesome person very enthusiastic about everything. I ve been here four times at Hospital Drive in the last three days And he has helped me out every single time today would have been the fifth time twice in one day that he would ve helped me if he was here. Keep this guy he s good I appreciate his help and consideration towards helping me find parts. Thank you five stars, Hospital Drive is the best door .Cameron hobby

Michelle at the Hospital Drive location was awesome! The store was very busy but she took the time to help me by being polite and professional. She knows her stuff! I could see that one of her employees was not a team player and giving her a hard time when she asked him to help out but she rose above it. She deserves a raise and more say so about who she can hire.My check engine light was on and I needed 3 wiper blades installed on my SUV. She took good care of all of it. She is a real asset to the Company!

I came to AutoZone because something was wrong with my battery. Triston W. was the sales associate who helped assist me and he was friendly and worked fast and diligently. He was able to swap my battery out quickly with no issues. He also determined that my check engine light was on because of my battery issue. After it was swapped out, my engine light went out. Great service!

We came here today because of a problem with our car. It was one of the best service we received in America. They solved our problem, and even if it wasn't solved, we owe them a big thank you for their attention. Michelle, Megan and Tee, if you read this, thank you very much for your smiling faces and care. If we have a problem again, we will choose this place without thinking, we recommend it to everyone.

Hate to do it, but I asked for a part I found in stock online. That's specifically why I went to the particular location. But when the "counter person" is being short and looks at me like I'm crazy when I ask for a part and they tell me they "done haaa dat" I'm going to knock a few stars. Overall not bad. Corrected said employee and got my part so the family could get back on the hwy. HAPPY EASTER Y'ALL!

I received fantastic service tonight when I really needed it! A young man named Devante helped me and did a wonderful job. My battery went out and needed to be replaced. Despite the fact that the store was very busy and there was a heavy demand on the employees, Devante went above and beyond to help me replace the battery. Kudos to the store, and especially to Devante! Great job guys!!!

The infamous "Check engine light" ....I called and they told me to come in they would check the system. Arrived and immediately a friendly associate asked if I needed help. Explained my dilema and got she the Diagnositic Reader.We went outside to the car and ran the test.Boom! The Thermostat code came up.She even gave me a printout of the results.All this at NO charge!!!!.Thank you Auto Zone great to know customer service is still a blessing.

Michelle, the store manager is awesome. The two young men she has working with her are very helpful and kind. Michelle went above and beyond to provide me with quality service. She was very welcoming to everyone that came in the store. I shop at AutoZone for all of my vehicle needs, because I know I m going to get excellent customer with knowledgeable store reps. Michelle you Rock!!!

Triston W. Was an amazing an awesome person and employee!! We are from Florida and realized we had lights out. He helped us get the old ones out and the new ones in and that was not an easy task!! Above and beyond excellent service!!

Horrible service. Just left there said I needed to get an air filter and I was told to go read the book like I was an idiot and he didn't want to help me. Hope this guy gets fired, I will tell everyone I see for the rest of my life. Never to go to this AutoZone, back to protest soon.

This used to be my to go auto parts store but the attitude from some of the employees is just not somebody that needs to be helping people. Especially the one with the Braves logo tattoo on his hand. He sold us the wrong part and made it seem like I messed up. Just try to avoid this place if you can.

The other day I was driving down the road when my 1987 GMC s15 died while stoping at a stop sign so I put my 1987 GMC s15in park, turned it off then tried to crank my truck but nothing happens so I open the door get out my truck and walked over to the front of the vehicle the latch for my hood is broken so I tied a string to the latch so i could still easyily pop the hood . when i looked under the hood I end up seeing the boot to vacuum hose had gotten old over the years and need to be replaced so when to I went AutoZone the cashier was quick to ask if he could help us with anything I said no thank you im gunna look around for a moment but if i happen to not find what I'm looking for i will kindly ask you for your assistance so I looked around for a minute and i ended up finding the vacuum hose boot I need for my vacuum hose I go to check out and buy the boot for the vacuum line i needed for my truck I put the vacuum hose boot on the truck and haven't had a problem out of my 1987 GMC s15

I had my lightbulbs for my low beams burned and came onto here than in other auto zones because out of all the calls I did this was the most respectful and wanted my info while others didn t even had any motivation to keep working. And the best part was that he helped me to plug the lightbulbs into them which I very much appreciated. I will give this auto zone 5 stars: they earned it!

The lady with the brown hair!! Had a very nasty attitude when I asked her a simple question about a break fluid cap for my car. She made very nasty remarks after I told her that her ATTITUDE was very ugly and distasteful! Very disgusting customer service!

I got great help today! Ms. Liz M is fantastic, she helped me get wiper blades that will last! Super sweet and helpful. Mr. Wes was nice as well. 10/10 customer service.

I went to auto zone yesterday for antifreeze and had no idea what I was looking for as I am not car savvy. A man by the name of Carlton I believe helped me with no problem! He showed me where everything was, told me how to use it, and even offered to take a look at my car for more answers to the questions I had. He was very helpful, friendly, and all around awesome dude! I d highly recommend coming here and I d 10/10 will come again!

I received the best customer service from this location. I went in to get some keys made and the service was awesome!!! Born, Denisia and Tristan assisted me. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They were also very pleasant and nice. I highly recommend this autozone because those three young people have great customer service!!!!

The manager Toni was totally amazing! Super helpful and very knowledgeable and such a great experience!!!!!!! For a change!!!!! I drove from Hiram to get the parts and I will most definitely come back for anything else I may need in the future!!!! 100 percent satisfaction is a guarantee!
