It is not the prettiest place, but they do very good work, and the prices aren't outrageous. I always go to them for all my body work and painting needs.

Great body work on my 2006 Dodge Stratus. After my son's little "fender bender," we did not think the car was salvageable. My trusted mechanic referred me to Autotech. After they inspected the car, they gave me a great quote. I've used other major brands (Maaco/Abra) but they were expensive (especially when paying out-of-pocket). Autotech Collision was flexible and there pricing was MUCH cheaper than the competition (nearly 30% cheaper).The quality of work was phenomenal. At a glance, most of the bad reviews seem to be related to towing. While I can't speak to the towing rating, the quality of auto-body work is 5 Star. I would highly recommended Autotech Collison to anyone in need of auto-body work !

They did a great job on painting a new front bumper in black for my Lexus. I was given a simple price (less than $300) and no fees. Their convent hours allowed me to pickup the part within 3 days! Thanks again guys.

I called this place to get a quote on opening the hood of my vehicle and spoke with Chad, who wanted me to send an email of what the car looked like, I did, both he and the owner looked at the pics I sent and told me they could tow it and if they could fix it, charge me a reasonable price, I agreed and we both said either they could tow it or I could have my insurance company tow it there.I waited on a phone call but never got one back from them. I pass that business every day going home from work and I see guys standing outside talking, but I guess they are too busy for my money.. I am also a business owner and that doesn't look good for business, especially since it was my first time contacting the company. If they would have taken care of me, they could have had a lot more business from me and friends of mine.

Super smooth and fast transaction! I was informed by another tow company they specialize transporting Mercedes Benz or vehicles with all wheel drive or if you do not have a key. They were able to transport my car from Douglasville to McDonough on roller skates without a hiccup. My man Chad! Who I ve never met before was super cool!..... almost like I have known him for years. Lol!.... In 20 minutes he pulled up and he was out! over the phone, I closed out my tab with Miss Amy....And the rest was history! Thx ACT!!

Mr. Gibby called me to let me know that his driver would be bringing my vehicle back from the repair shop. He was very professional and verified my information over the phone. I received a call from Josh, and was told that he was en route, and would be at my location in about 30 minutes. He pulled up, was very pleasant, professional, and handled my vehicle with care while he unloaded it. I would definitely use this company again should I ever have a towing need.

I wanted to have my 2003 pickupsHood and fenders repainted due to the clear coat peeling.He had the best quote in town.It took longer to complete the work. But the job they did was worth the wait.Mr. Gibby was great to deal with.

The guy was friendly and gave me an opportunity to explain what I needed. He responded in a timely manner. He quoted me a great price on towing. They did exactly what they said they would do. Whoever the tow truck driver was sat the car back in my driveway better than it was parked when they picked it up. I think you guys deserve better reviews.

This review is for their towing service.If your are assigned (through your insurance, for example) to this company, call and cancel. You will probably be better off waiting for someone else with a later arrival time vs. going with these guys.My insurance had them come tow my disabled vehicle. An ordeal that lasted for 5 hours, in metro Atlanta, during the week, outside peak traffic time. They somehow managed to order the wrong type of truck, not provide the correct address, and were just super slow in correcting their errors and keeping in touch with me. I was told 'we are 20-30 minutes away' like 5 times. Called my insurance around 6 and was picked up after 10pm.Two stars because my car eventually got towed and because the two gentlemen (John and someone else) who showed up were nice and professional.Taking three stars off because how terrible the rest of my experience was.

Absolutely the worse customer service ever! The owner Amy is rude. I called upset because the tow truck hadn t arrived after over 2 hours of waiting (1 hr eta was originally told to me) and she tells me i don t want to hear all that mouth. Then hangs up the phone. The co owner Gibby (sp?) is equally as rude telling me he tells his staff not to tolerate anything, and proceeds to tell me that something is wrong with me to be worried about being disrespected versus a tow...ignorance at its best. My advice please don t use this company. I m recommending they be removed from roadside referrals

A few days ago, my car blew a flat, and I didn't have a spare. The tow truck driver, Terry Hawkins, came and picked me up. He was very nice; he even helped me into the tow truck. As we were waiting for my insurance to send the new drop off destination to the autotech dispatch, he kindly took me to a tire shop to see If anything could be done. After a while, he had to leave and pick up another Passanger. Unfortunately, my insurance failed to send the updated information. I didn't have a enough money to pay the tire shop that overcharges for used tires, so this gentleman quietly payed for me while I was figuring things out with my insurance company. As he was unloading my car, he told me that the tire people would take care of me. I had to practically badger him to find out why they would. Anyway, I just had to write a rave review about this company, and about Terry Hawkins in particular! Who is this nice this day and age? There's alot of racial tension, financial tension, and general divide going on in America, but his act of kindness reminded me that good people still exist and that the spirit of kindness transcends it all. God bless you, Mr. Hawkins!

So I have roadside assistance through my insurance. They sent this company 2nd after the first wasn't able to tow my car without damaging it, which I appreciate. So they sent Autotech Collision. The driver Cody, was super friendly and managed to fix my car!!! He picked up my car and brought it to my house in an hour. Thank you!!

Gibby - you are awesome. The last of the great Mohicans! Two body shops priced me into being declared totaled. Autotech was able to save my car and saved my financial ass! Not only am I impressed with the work but my co-workers are raving too! Don't waste your time with the big brand named body shops especially if you don't want to get totaled and have to get into another 5 years of car payments.

I had the worst customer service experience that I've ever had from a business in all my life by this so-called business. They were selected by roadside assistance to tow my 2018 Ford F-250 to the local Pep Boys to have it looked at. This super rude scumbag arrived and started banging on my glass-framed door like I was wanted by the damn FBI. He frightened my young child and everything. When I got to the door and opened it, I asked him why was he banging when I clearly had a doorbell that he could have used. This jerk yelled at me and told me to have someone else tow my vehicle and stormed away. I was going to tell him to get lost anyway, but he beat me to it. It is obvious that this scumbag has an issue with people of color and it was evident right away. I've never experienced this type of rude behavior from a business and it really upset me. And to put the icing on the maggot cake... when I called to complain about him to the manager, he'd already called them and lied by saying that I cursed him out. My mom and my daughter were present; so, no, I didn't curse him out. But, how I wish that I could have. Remember, what goes around comes around, jerk! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Daughter's car broke down. Tow service was to be provided within 75 minutes. Car was not picked up 3.5 hours later and no call was made to my daughter notifying her. By the time the car is now supposed to be picked up it will be at least 4.5 hours later. Terrible!!!! Will report this service to BP who provides our roadside service plan.

Autotech was sent by my insurance company. Based on the reviews I was expecting a lot of trouble. However, I was told of an expected arrival time and received call from the tech when he was 15 minutes away. Arrived on time. He was friendly and professional and took care of my dead battery in no time.

AWFUL !!!! DO not use them for any type of tow !! They scratched our wheels when they loaded/unloaded our vehicle and the owner Gibby was awful and rude when we called to discuss this with them. Please use one of the other services in Douglas or Paulding DO NOT CALL OR USE AUTOTECH !!!!! ... by the way I only gave one star because you could not post a review without...

Service was bad buisness. Tow guy was not clear of forms of payment and towed my car to a mechanic but did not specify type of payment he took to mechanic. When told I was 2 mins behind him he left with car, charged me the fee and still would not take car back to mechanic after being paid. Out of $75 bucks and still had to pay another tow company

Came and picked my car up and told me it could be finished in about 4months,1 year and 4 months later I still have no car,they put insurance jobs in front of regular hard working people with dreams,,I can't give an opinion on craftsmanship because I haven't witnessed it yet

Bad roadside assistance. I had to call my insurance and cancel. We called at 11 and its now 3 and they keep telling us we'll be there in 15 to 20 min. So call and cancel if your insurance tells you this name. Very unprofessional.

Horrible horrible tow service. I have waited for 3 hours for a row truck. I'm on Riverside parkway and the company is located in Douglasville, why should it take 3 hours. And every time I call dispatch it will be 15 minutes and I have call 4 times.

Worst experience with their roadside service. Jessica was no help. And the company that was suppose to come out went to the wrong house. The call back number was wrong. Needless to say, A bad Sunday morning start. 2 hours and waiting for help.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, THE DRIVER LET MY CAR ROLL OFF THE TRUCK AND DAMAGED MY HOME. I CALLED THE COMPANY FOR 4 DAYS THE FRONT OFFICE DIDN'T KNOW THE INSURANCE INFORMATION. WHEN I FINALLY SPOKE WITH THE OWNER GIBBY HE REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE INSURANCE INFORMATION. HOW CAN THEY BE A COLLISION COMPANY AND DAMAGE YOUR PROPERY AND DON'T WANT TO FIX IT. THIS PLACE IS A 0 SCORE, HAD TO PUT 1 STAR TO POST. HELL TO THE NAW DONT USE THEM THEY SUCK.
