If I can give this place less stars I would!!Holding hostage a vehicle on the lift, until payment was made for a service not rendered, is ridiculous. Thank you for letting me know my money is better spent elsewhere.

Terrible experience. Asked for a tire and he plugged it instead. Tire was flat again the same day and he said it would still be full price for the tire. Employees sitting on the job site doing shots of Jose while screaming in customers face. Owner doesn't care that the customer is right, just cared to defend his son that was in the wrong.

Fast friendly service and great price. Locally owned and operated which I am a fan. Took my tire to two different corporate stores and they wanted to sell me a new tire as mine has a staple in it and was less than a month old. Als took 10 min and won a customer for life thank you!

Absolutely disgusting behavior from the employees of this establishment. Employee tried to fight me and pulled a gun over me saying I got ripped off on a tire patch that didn t work and was charged anyways. Not to mention they were taking shots of Jose Cuervo in the parking lot. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Sheisty owner and employees

Drove all the way from the Alabama State line just to get 2 used tires -Great people at a great price and the used tires were in great condition.Definitely saved me! Tire prices have went up tremendously along with everything else - New tires weren t in the budget this week - I called 15 different tire stores and Al was the only one who was at his shop at opening time.Wonderful experience!! Also it took less then 20 mins and I was gone.

Service was not good they scratched every rim and broke my sensor. I won t go back even for a deal they don t have the experience

I went to this guy to get a tire patch because all the reputable places were booked. He did the patch then when he was putting the wheel back on I noticed 13 gouges and scratches that he put in my wheel. I pointed them out and he denied doing it. He said they were there before. 100% lie. I know what my wheels look like and he called me a liar then still made me pay $25 for the tire patch then said you can take me to court. He knows that I can buy a new wheel for less than it will take to take him to court. Basically this guy does horrible work then lies about how bad his work is then dares you to take him to court. This guy should not be in business. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

The business was busy but the owner or manager was very accommodating and I didn t have to wait around to inquire about the tires that I was wanting to buy, unfortunately they didn t have my size tires but I will definitely check themout again.

I drove in on a Sunday at about 2PM, and told the owner what I needed and he gave me a fair price. I originally was going to replace just 1 tire, but the price was excellent and I needed 4 and I got a 30 day warranty. They were fast and polite. Thank you

My husband and I have taken several of our vehicles here for years. We have bought tires as well as had some plugged or repaired. They are always very friendly, polite, fast, and they have great prices. Our last visit was to plug a tire with a slow leak. It did not even take 10 minutes from start to finish. We highly recommend them and will continue to take our cars to them.

If you re looking through the reviews and come across my experience, DO NOT COME HERE FOR A USED TIRE, and this is why; Initially I had tire that I simply wanted changed, so I had someone look for a used tire location for me, and they came across this business, so they were notified and given the right tire size, but when I got there, the individual said, oh they must have said the wrong tire size and I merely thought it was a misinterpretation, I later found out that the individual lied to me. Yes, the individual gave me options for choosing other tire sizes, unfortunately I thought the tire appeared to be good, it wasn t. So after getting my tire changed, I noticed that they didn t balance and rotate my tire and that they must ve done it while I was not looking, they didn t. Later that day my tire gets flat, and I had to change the tire myself, unfortunately I didn t have enough time to pass back in the same day so decided to go the following day and as I did, they attempted to reuse the tire and I thought it was all good now, not at all. I decided to head Premier Tires and the experience is far better, I explained the situation to one of the workers and they fully inspected my tires, and they said that the tire was not put on correctly, air was coming out very slowly, the tire was previously patched, the tire was flipped so that I wouldn t notice the large seam where air was coming out and that it would go flat again pretty soon if I would ve proceeded to drive.I was busy for a few days and decided to pass by this business again a few days after and asked for a refund and they said they didn t do refunds, and so they proceeded to take the tire back. As a car enthusiast, I am WARNING everyone that this was by far my worse experience, the work ethic is slow for nearly if not all the workers, the communication is horrendous, and the overall customer service is a disappointment. I don t want anyone else struggling the way I did for a tire, so please avoid this specific business.

Great customer service bad quality and work. Came in on a Sunday and got two used tires and a rotation. I woke up on Tuesday morning with a flat tire and a near flat tire both I had just purchased. I went back to the shop thinking they opened at 8 but no one arrived until almost 845. There was a hole in the flat tire and a nail in the almost flat tire. He plugged the tire and changed the flat. The same day I noticed I couldn't go over 60 mph without the car shaking very bad. Unfortunately I had to work and couldn't get back to the shop until Friday morning and went back to get the tires balanced and I was told that the balance machine wasn't in the shop and the boss had it. So I asked about the price that I paid and the service I had done and was told that the balance on the tires aren't included when they put them on and I didn't pay for a balance so that's why it wasn't done. I will not be returning for any work done to my vehicle. But like I said they have good customer service but bad quality work.

Very dishonest and disappointing. I am a single black woman I went to them and asked for 4 tires in a specific size, I was given 1 tire correct size and 3 that were smaller. When I realized a few days later I went back and let them know the guys who work there told me it was not a bug deal and tried to dismiss it they then told me they really didnt have 4 tires in my size I asked why didnt they tell me that and the reply was"im doing too much" they told me they can order new tires in my size however I would have to pay for them. I will never recommend anyone go there and of course I will never go back just based on how they never informed me they didnt not have my size they are very very deceitful it is very bad bussiness.

Bought a tire yesterday morning and it went flat by the evening. Came up here the next morning expecting them to be open since the hours say 8am. It s 8:46 and no one is here. At this point I don t even trust them enough to get a replacement. I drive with a 4 month old in the car. I just want a refund. I would not recommend. Stay away!

Please keep away from this place. They are crooks!!!! The worst customer service ever. I took my car there to repair a flat tire. They severely damaged my rim. The owner promise me in writing to reimburse me if I got the rim fixed. I spent all of my time and energy to go have the rim repaired. The owner of this place is refusing to reimburse me what I paid to have my rim repaired. He is also extremely rude and disrespectful. Do not do business at this place. I have to take him to small claims court in order to recover my damages. BY THE WAY WHOEVER IS GIVING THEM THE 5 STAR RATING IS LYING! A simple reminder, no good deed will go unpunished!

They are horrible. I bought 2 tires from them and had a issue with one. I went back and they took it off and discovered an issue with the rim and put the spare on and while dropping it down they broke a piece of the fender off and wanted to only pay for half of the damage. And then refused to put the tire back on and basically admitted to doing damage. I will be getting a lawyer to get my repair done and please don t go there if they mess it up they don t want to take responsibility

Please do not go here! They terrible customer service and on top of that I was sold two incorrect size tires and didn't realize until I have to come back three days later because one of them went flat. When I went back for them to replace or fix they also tried to sell me an expired tire. Yes, tires have an expiration date. They refused to refund the money after selling me two wrong sizes. RUNNN!!!!

Nice folks and super quick. Got some matching used tyres and was in and out in a matter of minutes. They mounted and balanced and checked for leaks around the seam and warranty them for 30 days! Only $45/tyre

I don't know who serviced the people who gave them high ratings but they are horrible. They tried to change the price they quoted me on the phone. The guy in charge frequently used profanity toward his subordinate. The waiting room is FILTHY! one of the tires I bought went flat inside the warranty. They fixed the tire but wanted an extra charge to take the doughnut off and put the repaired tire back. I would NEVER recommend any one go there.

I went there to get a few used tires and they forgot to screw the lug-nuts back in and sent me on my way. Once I started driving my tire came off I was stranded on the side of the road. They came and helped me put the tire back on but now there is damage to my car. They did a free tire rotation but something else is wrong with my car from this. It is now shaking very bad every time I drive it. The owner was very nice, I should have asked them to do more but they said they don't do alignments so I didn't know what else to do about this situation.

The guy they have out front to greet people cannot communicate very well. He went to get the owner's son. The shop smelled of marijuana. I was getting a used tire as a spare. They went to put it in my car with out balancing the tire. I said are you going to balance it and he said we don't balance spare tires. I said I wanted it balanced, so they did. Why would you not balance a spare? If you have to use the spare wouldn't it need to be balanced. Watch what they do if you go to them. I would not recommend. If it was more than a used spare I would have went to Discount Tire instead.

This is a great shop, with a great deals on used tires, especially when you are a budget. The owner is very experienced and will not take advantage as a woman, but he will give the best advice! IAM a happy customer, all the time.

Went to get tires replaced. Tires kept leaking and you have to tell them to balance your tires. Had leak fixed twice and they never did it correctly. Still leaks. Scratched up my rims then asked for a tip.

Got a used tire with good tread on it but the guy charged me more than he told me it was going to be. He said it was going to be $90 but he charged me $96 plus tax for a total of $99. Only $6, I know, but it's the principal of it. I will not be giving them my business again.

Great service and value. I dealt with the owner and he couldn't have been nicer. He was very straight forward and they took care of the work quickly. I'll definitely use them again.

The owner and his staff are very friendly and courteous. Work is done fast with a short wait time.they have used tire sizes that nobody else stocks.

They pretty cool. The only price they accept is the price they ask. #NoDeals but they do have nice tires & decent customer service skills. I wasn't impressed but I'll honestly go back.
